Hi if your familiar with the above controls maybe you can tell me why all of a sudden I lost all rudder control. The rudder seems to always be all the way to the left (as you face the tail from outside) I tried recalibrating and it does not work. I updated the driver and it seemed to "quirk" the game a bit. I was having problems adding new airports from another hard drive. I removed the driver and then did a system restore to bring me back before I installed driver. After this the game worked again but of course I have no rudder control. Figuring I did something wrong I went back and reinstalled driver (Mad Catz?). Fly AZ alot and find many significant airports have no frequencies for ILS. Some of these are significant fields and am sure they must have freq in operation. Any recommendations on how to update the FS4 data.

I hope this doesn't get bumped off the forum for being "off topic" but if you want some outstanding additions to your FS9 hangar at a ridiculously low price, check my comments in the "bargain hunters" forum. The A1 collection is a lot of fun and the A4 Volume 4 is also worth having - at $5!!!!!

Hey guys recently I have been looking for some repaints, and recently I learned about MGM Grand Air, pretty amazing airline if you ask me, more like the emirates of the 90s. So I went through their fleet and saw they had 727-100's and dc8-62's. I have been looking for repaints for any model but no luck ): so does anybody know where I can find one or if somebody would be willing to make one, Id really appreciate it, because it not only is a really cool airline, but in my opinion has one of the best liveries of all time. Probably a dumb question but how do I see AI aircraft in FS9? I can see the text detailing make/model etc but I don't see an actual aircraft. Do I need a separate add-on for AI aircraft?

Hey everyone, This little ad-don is very useful for those who are unfamiliar with reading analog Gauges. This is only for those who don't know how to read Analog gauges ON smaller planes. Just when you think all is well and stable ..... BAM! I can't start FS9. I get an error that the computer is "Out of Memory", then it gives an error about FS9.exe and memory location (See attachments). I was flying just fine 2 days ago and have never had this problem. I have not added ANYTHING since. I did nothing regarding my PC. I have loaded two ghost images of my PC (4 days ago/8 days ago) which were created when "all was fine". I still can't load FS9 and get the same errors. I'm old, been running FS9 since it first came out, and I'm at a loss. This doesn't look good, but can anyone help? Glenn

I opened up the overhead panel and somehow after I second mouse click to close the overhead panel my virtual cockpit disappeared???? Even the 2D cockpit disappeared but I was able to get that back any idea on how I can get the virtual cockpit back????

I have searched but unfortunately all I can come up with are add on airports for DFW in FSX. Can someone point me to a good payware DFW add on or to a good Freeware DFW add on? Have been using FS9 since the day it came out. I've downloaded and installed add on aircraft and other programs. But am just now getting into upgrading airports and scenery. So I guess anything out there would be better than default. But I'm having a hard time finding it. Thanks to annyone that can help. Bob

Hi Since last saturday I have been experimenting and setting up my FSX. Bojote's, Word Not Allowed's, Nick's.. you name it, they are all genius and have done the best they could to help us improve performance of FSX in our system. but tweakings have screwed my head and I turned to work on the sliders inside FSX menu instead. I have suddenly developed an electrical problem with my favourite aircraft, Aeroworx King Air B200. I have posted on the dedicated forum for the aircraft, but am also posting here as more people will see this (I hope). I am starting the engines as normal, and the battery and both generators are switched on. However when I check the electrical gauges on the overhead panel I notice that while the DC gauges are fine, the AC gauge is not. It should be showing 400 Hz and 118 volts. Instead I am getting only 300 Hz and barely 110 volts. A few minutes later this has dropped to 200 Hz and a similar drop in voltage. A few minutes later the needle on the gauge is not registerin…

I've got a really strange problem. I recently bought a new computer with win7 and after searching the forums I am finally almost done loading scenery. Now, all of the sudden my desktop icon (the little airplane) has gone missing and I have one of the generic icons in it's place. If I click on it FS9 still loads just fine so there's not a problem with the program, just an awol icon. I checked my start menu and it looks the same way. I tried going to properties and change icon but that just brings up an error message "windows can't find the file %program files%\microsoft games\flight simulator 9\fs9.exe" I know that file is there because the game still loads....jus…

Finally i was able to connect FSINN to FS9 The problem was not the way i installed FSinn nore FScopilot here is the link of how the problem was resolved http://forums.vatsim...=470766#p470766 Thanks to everyone including the Staff whos been helping me through this situation and encouraged me to continue to fight LOL in resolving this issue Seems like my problem was FS9 refused to connect automatically (Possibly my router settings) I confirmed this by trying to connect manually and that did the trick. FWINN HAS now joined the session and i was fully connected to VATSIM B)

Hi; I am seeking advice on how to judge the height and distance of service vehicules to be placed around an AI aircraft using IS-2 for Fs9. I am trying to add vehicules to my airports in Fs9 and would like to know how scenery designers do it. I have been playing around and still have a lot of problems getting the distance and sizeing to a point which looks right. I also use AFCAD to move my a/c around to the various Aircraft gate and ramp positions. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Robin

Hi, I run (or better ran) SB4 through WideFs on a 2nd PC, connected to FS9. I stopped using it and moved to FSINN because I have issues when there are a lot af aircraft online (and nearby) With appr 20+ aircraft, SB4 can't keep up anymore and becomes very inresponsive, sometimes not responding for a minute. Specifically at approach and on ground at busy airports this happens. (Lowering the amount of aircraft SB4 shows doesn't seem to help) Since I like SB4 much better then FSINN, I was wondering if anyone else experienced this too and if there is a fix/work around? Egbert
