Alright it's been my third time getting this CTD.....Not sure when this error started but in general it happens on flight from Hong Kong to Europe. I have done the following: 1. Updated to the latest Nvidia driver (This CTD probably happened with the old driver as well) 2. Disabled Objectflow.dll from dll.cfg (Only active modules in dll.cfg are: IVAP, PMDG related stuff, RAAS, FSUIPC 4.9.6.1) 3. No exe.cfg 4. Used ONLY default scenery 5. Ensured every driver to be up to date 6. No OC at all, sim ran on my ASUS Zenbook Pro, 6700HQ, GTX960M 7. Ran system file checker to ensure system files are in place. 8. Hi, I'm running P3D v3.4.18, Graphic Card MSI nVidia GTX 960 with the last driver installed (378.66). All was going well until yesterday when, from the morning to the afternoon, on opening P3D I got this message: is it possible that a part of my memory card has broken, or something like that? ALSO black screen in gaming! Hi, Today when I completed my PMDG777 flight and exit P3D normally and I launch P3D again, the picture with Prepar3D icon shows in middle normally. BUT after few sec it was black screen, no start-up menu. And then click my mouse at black screen, Win10's warning sounded. When I tap ESC, exit menu window showed. Then I try to load a flight in exit menu window, loading window showed. When it was completed, black screen, sound only. To push my yoke's throttle, engine's sound changed. I don't know how to fix my problem and my PMDG747v3 has not deactivated, I really can't reinstall P3D. Could someone help? Thx a lot. Eric P.S.…

Hi, I'm a week into P3D, I've been on FSX for 2 years. I bought a beefed up machine (6700k, gtx 1080 etc) with the intention of bringing my love of FSX to P3D. After reinstalling everything from my AI traffic (WoAi), PMDG 777, to Orbx Global and Vector and about 50+ Airports, I have yet to complete a long haul, 8hr plus in my case, something I was so used to in FSX. For those with a similar configuration and experience in P3D, what should I be doing differently? An example of my last long-haul failure: Imagine Sim's WSSS to FlyTampa EHAM with PMDG 777, about a 13-hour flight (A flight I somehow pulled off in FSX). .... no matter what I do no matter how many times I installed & reinstalled the OS & FSX-SE, it all ending up with CTD due to *.dll I tweaked following the AVSIM guideline, I follow up with the CTD guide as well No OC no addons but FTX SoCa, new Win10-Pro, all drivers hardware & software are up to-date Nice Intel Base Rig with NVIDIA GTX970 and can't accomplish one flight with my little Carenado C172 without this thing crashing Is it a time to give up and focus on finding alternative ???? Long story short every time i select DX10 preview on my FSX, after restart the sim opens the welcome screen and at Fly Now button restart the sim, no matter what i do.. Never Happen before.. The full story is: I saw this video in YT did all steps and my sim restarts not even try to load.. I erased the FSX.CFG file but same result (Restarting) I downloaded the DX10 file (even DXDIAG said i have DX12), still no success I dont know what else i can do.. An other weird thing is that i erased the trafficAircraft.bgl file from scenery world scenery and default traffic still appears, i have to remove the planes default folder to remove the traffic.…

These days, my P3D 3.4.22 in the start running after not long time to start a black screen, the computer screen is black, you need to manually restart WIN, I do not know what is the problem? Dear all, I'm helping my friend to install flight sim. I had a fresh install on the laptop then I started a flight without any addons, the sim is able to load with the default scenario but if I choose a different airport to start, the sim will crash to desktop without any message after I click the "Fly Now" button. No errors indicated in the event viewer. Anyone had this error before? Much appreciated! Edit: Just checked, changing the time would also result in a crash. No addons installed at all. Hi So I *think* I just experienced a P3D CTD - however there is zero information. The only reason I noticed P3D had crashed was because I checked IVAO webeye to see my position and noticed that another aircraft had overtaken me (that had a slower GS than I did!). Went to check the sim.....and noticed that the sim was simply not running anymore as the icon was not in my taskbar. I had zero dialog windows informing me of a crash, absolutely nothing. I've checked AppCrashView and event viewer and referenced the Avsim CTD guide and there is zero entries for crashes today. Erm..any ideas? Hi there, I keep getting a BSOD after hours of flying in p3d. I know its a BSOD because the bluescreenview tells me so. This just started. I load P3D and the progress bar goes to 100% and then the program ends and goes to the desktop. Any ideas what causes this? Also, what is the path to the P3D.cfg file? Thanks, Howard

I have p3dv3.2..I have pmdg737; chase plane, as2016 and asca. here's my problem. My mouse and keyboard freeze up. Rain is falling and atc is continuing but can't use keyboard or mouse..froze up...usually have to push button or turn off power switch to shut down..Any ideas. Hi guys, i've a really strange issue with P3D 3.4.14 (i updated P3D and my graphic card drivers): Prepar3D Client: 3.4.14 NVidia Drivers: Latest (375.95) Windows 10 i7-6900k GTX1080 Everytime i open up a document in photoshop (and sometimes after closing photoshop) Prepar3D hangs (it's not directly crashing, just not responding. I resolved what i thought was my ezdok crash by going to v2 - no more crashes in Eventlog however 12.5 hours into a KLAX-YSSY trip I hit a snag when I hit Q to turn my sound back on after muting it as I wanted to watch something without the engine noise. Hi, I know this has been discussed extensively over the years, but as a newcomer to FSX, I'd much appreciate if you let me know what's the latest word on it. I'm using FSX Acceleration under Windows 7 64bit, and no matter what I do, it eventually freezes after a random period of time (between 1 and 30 minutes or so). When it does, sound keeps sounding, but I can't do anything other than shutting off the software from Windows Task Manager. Hey guys, I write this because I got some problems with my sim. I still got the FSX Gold Edition with the PMDG 737 NGX and the Airbus X add-on and every two flights it crashes. The sim doesn't respond anymore and to close the program I have to open the task manager. I already avoided to set ultrahigh graphics, applied the highmemfix. I would add that I use smartcars ( Virtual Ryanair ) and that I fly for the IVAO network. In addition to this, I absolutely don't think the problem is caused by the pc itself.
