Hello, does anyone know if there any videos available, as I would like to see how these 2 work. I just saw the video with the default FSX 747, but I would like to see one from the flight deck throughout tut the different stages of flightThanks

So I went to load the panel state, and clicked on SAVE instead of load. Yes I Clicked OK before I realized what I was doing. So I have over written my panel-state. :(I know I can simply reinstall the program, but I was wondering if the panel state was available for DL or if there is a backup already on my HD. Would it be OK form someone to paste the text as a post to paste into the sav file? I only ask because if I was stupid enough to do it once, there remains a chance I will muck it up again.

Hello BryanI'm one of those multi mon menaces. I took note of the advice in the manual re the overhead and plumped for option 2 - doing the FO's work for him. Unfortunately, this is not quite what happens. In fact the FO does pull the correct switches and, as you would expect, the o'head panel then disappears. I would like to avoid this if possible - is there a way to pull the start switches manually afore the FO gets his hands on them. Alternatively is it possible to skip the ES phase without disturbing the overall flow of the program. Bud

Hi everyone,Sorry about the delay getting this to you, however the new flowchart is now located on AVSIM and ready for download.http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=...atID=fs2004miscThis flowchart is based on the operations of the same company FS2Crew was modeled on so if you want to do it like the real guys do then this flowcharts for you. Some things are done at the pilots discretion (like when certain breifs are performed) however I've detailed them when they are usually done. Thanks heaps to Steve for all your help with my questions about what goes on where and who does what.Hope you find it helpful!RegardsJeremy

Hi Bryan,One again congratulations on a wonderful product. I cannot explain how it has increased the simming experience with the queen.I know that you will want a short rest after this release, but I was wondering if I could make a suggestion for your next release.***PSS AIRBUS A330/A340***If you are going to wait for the FSX release, then I will understand. Not a #### of a lot of new products becoming available right now because of the fact that the FSX release is around the corner. Loyal supporter,Andre

Last night, I did the tutorial flight from Seoul to Tokyo...Everything went good, and I must say that the interface is really easy-to-use. The immersion is total and the goal is achieved.Love the FA annoucements, the ground calls, and the FO relieving support. You can really focus on piloting the aircraft !Thank you all at FS2CREW and keep up the good work :-sun1

Greetings,I am wondering if the FS2Crew PMDG 744 version manual is ready. If so, I'm wondering if we could get it earlier (like... today). (For me this is the first FS2Crew I am buying and I am quite curious how it all works.) But also so we can get up to date with the 'SOP' for the FS2Crew airline.I bet I'm gonna love it. --Eric

Hi everyone,I've completed my first draft of the flow chart for the 747 edition and although not as detailed and comprehensive yet as my 767 version it still provides the basic flows.I'd appreciate some people downloading it and seeing if the flows are accurate. I've been working on it all day and am sick to death of running the startup procedure! :-lol Grab it here:http://www.users.on.net/~jermslio/I'm leaning towards not doing up the individual approaches like I did with the 767 flows due to the similarities and simplicity of these approaches, that coupled with the fact that they most likely won't be used very often. It's the same deal as the 767 flowcharts, ATC prompts…

Hi Chris First of all, thank you for developing such a great addon. It was certainly a good enhancement to flying 747. But I wish I could see some autoland monitoring flows such as captains and first officer cross checking LAND3 at RA 1500feet, FLARE at RA 50feet, and ROLLOUT at RA 5feet. FO usually calls out those different modes whenever they are engaged and captain confirms that while the aircraft performs autolanding. Can you implement those functions into your future updates? Greetings, Ok I was doing the tutor thing and was having great sucess. Great tutorial to follow. Ok, on take off pulling back 12 degrees as stated on my sheet in green book then I will be darn if steve doesn't start acting all weird and starts sweating, almost like he forgot to do something, and boy was I right, he starts coughing, whistling kinda looking around next thing I know he has pulled up the overhead panel (this is as I am just taking off trying to clear the cows and stuff at the end of the runway) and it messing with the fuel controls, of course next thing I hear is pull up but the overhead panel is there and then well steve and I don't work for Korea Airlin…

Hi I have a minor problem with the checklist buttons. I start by loading up the saved pannel and following my flow up to the pre-flight checklist. When the FO calls for the pre-flight checklist, I press the pre flight checklist button and the yellow light illuminates, but the FO remains silent and do not read out the relevant checklist that I requested. Other checklist buttons do not respond as well. What's the problem?RegardsChris

Hello Brian!Just did my first flight with this add on and it's just great! However, I did notice a couple of things when doing the tutorial.1. When I select the fs2crew panel file, the IRS are alligned, but in the tutorial it says that I need to turn it off and then realllign it. Why?2. The tutorial states that autostart only works with GE engines. I coulnd't find anything in PMDG manual that says autostart ain't working on PW and RR engines.3. It seems like the FO fails to set the correct trim. For my flight, the trim, as calculated by the FMC, should be 4.9, but the trim stays at the standard 4.5. And again, this is a great add on! Thanks!

Hey Bryan,I did another check on the taxi light. The FO again didn't turn it on after landing. He did turn it off at 10.000 and the landing light operation was allso OK. All lights is assigned to "L" & landing lights to "CTRL+L", no other add-inns running. I've checked the position on the switch before landing (I never touched it after turning it on before the taxi)& it was still in the OFF-position. But again, just a minor problem.Greets,Jeroen

Hello,Let me first say that I'm a fairly new user to FS2Crew, and originally had my doubts, but after buying the 767 version I knew I'd love the 747. It's really adding a whole new dimension to my flying and I thank you for that. Now, I seem to be doing fine with respect to procedures, but I'm finding there to be a fair amount of wait time, especially between testing the oxygen at 35 minutes, and the FO flipping on the flight director at 20 minutes. Is there anyway to adjust the start time down to 30 minutes like the LevelD version? The wait time is probably more realistic, but I start getting a bit impatient since most of my flight planning has already been done ahead of …

Hi,There is a useful website where we can put some datas and it calculates for us the good numbers to enter in the PMDG747 Pushback Gauge in order to be pushed on the taxiway accurately. Is it possible to replace the FS2Crew pushback tool and reinstall the original pushback tool to use with FS2Crew 747 ?Have a look here : http://www.vapdesign.com/PMDG744/pushbacktool2.aspIt is a very accurate and good tool !rgds/St

Hi there Bryan, Loving the 744 edition. Just one thing, would it be possible to have a epr takeoff selector as there is only currently one for N1.I know it says to use the GE version because of the autostart but the rolls powered aircraft can also be started in the same way, its only the PWs that can not be cranked simultanously. Thus using a rolls powered aircraft becomes difficult because of this. I appreciate that the different engine models were only introduced with the freighter (which I understand will come as a future upgrade/version) but for those who have the new engine types I am sure such a move would be appreciated. Many thanks, and keep it up!!Jamie Whit…
