I am not heating ATC giving me an initial climb out altitude with my departure clearance, but it does for AI. Shouldn't ATC say "climb and maintain ___, expect FL___ within 10 minutes after departure" ... or even on takeoff clearance? Am I just missing something here?

Hi in need of some help. After a long time away from sim I am trying to update to 7.43. Ive uninstalled previous versions and have tried numerous time and get stuck at the same spot. Every time the indexer hangs at C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3Dv4\WebSimBrowser\egm96 any help is appreciated Thanks Wes

Super new VoxATC user (as in departing on 1st flight with it). I have a ton of AI aircraft installed from AIG AIM, but it looks like VoxATC imports it’s own AI. Can I turn the AI from VOXATC off leaving only the AIG AIM traffic, and will VoxATC still communicate with AIG AIM traffic?

I have used Vox Atc for a time now, and I like it very much. Normally I open the flightplan in flightplan extra, and save the flightplan with no vector to final. In the PMDG737 fmc I set up the flight with SID and STAR. I also let the flight officer do the speaking. When I start a flight, everything is ok, but during the flight my flight officers readback is cut in the midle of the sentence, when we are handed over to a new controller. Is it a way to adjust the time so I can hear the whole readback? On descend and final, I am told to fly the selected STAR, and report establised on procedure, and 4 nm before landing. I'm using VOX ATC 7.43 in P3Dv4.5 without any problems. When approaching Danish airspace VOX ATC tells be to tune to Copenhagen centre 143.xx. I use mostly default aircraft and can't tune to 143. I've tried 142 and 145 without any luck. Maybe expensive payware aircraft will let you tune to individual frequencies, but can't with the default radio set up. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, I'm just reinstalling P3Dv5.1.1 after a hard drive failure. I've edited VAsettings.xml with these settings: <MaxParkedAircraft Value="50" /> <MaxEnrouteAircraft Value="30" /> <MaxActiveTerminalAircraft Value="20" /> <TrafficGeneratedAtAllAirports Value="TRUE" /> Previously, I had a fair bit of all GA, but currently I seem to only get corporate jets. Is there a way to get more single engine prop traffic? Maybe I just need more single-engine flight plans? In their latest update bulletin, Navigraph says that from now on they also supply navdata update support for VoxATC. But they don't explain how you must do this. Usually the FMS Data Manager finds the target folder itself, but concerning VOXATC that's not the case. And I also don't know where it is. As far as I know, VoxATC retrieves it's navdata from the simulator (P3D5 in my case), eventually updated by fsAerodata. Can anybody help me?

Does the new Navigraph work with version 7.42?

I have not used P3D since v3. I have been buzzing around XP11 now for a while but someone talked me into giving P3Dv5 a try and I have to say I am enjoying it so now I fly both sims. I use Pilot2ATC on XP11 but I have liked VoxATC on P3D in the past and I have been using the demo to see how the new version is. Below are some of my observations of problems I have seen while trying out the demo. Those of you who have been using VoxATC for a while now may know the fixes and work arounds. Hi Guys, For some reason VOX ATC is now failing to keep my voice configuration settings...It now chooses my output at random and different every time. I have to manually check prior to launch which is frustrating. Not sure what has changed.. Dave

Hi Everyone, not sure if anyone has experienced this problem I get. It’s always been a problem since I upgraded my system. I’m running W10 /P3dv4/ Voxatc 7.42/ UK2000 airfields. Mostly fly VRF from UK airfields. I’ve used VOXATC for many years, I have found it to be very close to R/L but of course with it’s odd bugs which you can mostly workaround. The main problem I have is completing a landing sequence at a UK A/G or FIS airfield. When on final I get the normal ‘Call sign-Land at your discretion’ instruction but when I reply ‘landing + my call sign’ Voxatc just repeats ‘Land at your discretion’ as thought it doesn’t recognize my response. I have used Vox ATC for years without any problems. Today suddenly it is not recognising my many add on aircraft; this has never happened before. This is in P3dv4. I uninstalled VOX and reinstalled with no joy. I have several Virtucol aircraft as well as many others downloaded over the years. Help!

Hi, I would like to add my own radio frequencies to VOXATC, these will be taken off the charts so that I can tune the radio without having to look at the VOXATC window. I can remember most of the procedures and so don't need the VOXATC window open, except to tune the frequencies for ATIS, Ground etc. I have a home cockpit and so the VOXATC window is not ideal in the outside view and of course remote panels does not work with P3D V5. I am aware of the Roaming\Internal Workings\VOATC P3D V5\apdata folder. I plan to add non UK and those UK airports not included with VOXATC. But firstly, remember these "observations" are about IFR flight in jets & turboprops in Class A airspace. They are also about the precedents of whether it is a "cleared via" or "descend via" arrival (STAR) irrespective of the type of approach (vectored or "full") that follows. Hi Guys, Once landed i vacate the runway and are told to contact so and so so I contact so and so and read the prompt only to receive a repetitive loop of 'My callsign - Pass your message'. I give up, disconnect VOX ATC and take myself to parking.... Is there a solution to this..? I must add this is for circuits and no plan filed I just fire it up and follow the prompts.. Dave

Hi, I`ve been testing vox atc in trial period for a couple of days and I want to ask how I should config settings so that the controller says for example: Lufthansa"67" "six seven" instead of "sixty seven". Especially, this is annoying when I`m flying on online network (IVAO) and switching between coverage and not coverage online atc area,
