Hello! I noticed that I don't have text in brackets on every page of my right side MCDU. I tried reinstalling several times and ofcourse after installing restarting pc ,but it didn't help. Any ideas how to fix this bug? Thanks for your help!

Hey me and my friend are trying to do a shared cockpit. Only problem is I have fsx disc acceleration and he had fsx steam edition. I know it's probably impossible...sigh...But I would love that feeling of accomplishment and teamwork. So if any of you have anything, anything at all, that would be cool. Thanks for any help!

Have connected with AIRBUS ok but when all set up and I pushback - my friend stays where he is. Anyone know what we may have done wrong? thanks in advance Denis B

I was really more then happy to have a tube liners with today standard, working on share cockpit. I tried the SP3 following all manuals and info on the web, but lot's of error and no way to connect with my buddy. So here is a poll to check, if many of you manage to fly together and if you enjoy flying in share cockpit. I hope also the majestic will be released ASAP.

Just saw this post on another site and surprised I haven't seen it on Avsim yet considering how popular this product line is. (did a quick search) Apparently the SP3 Updates for the Airbus 3XX line bring Online Shared Cockpit functionality under the guise of Connected Flight Deck. Hi all The reason I got back into FSX was to teach a friend how to fly. This worked well on the default aircraft but as he progressed and we chose more complex aircraft to fly shared cockpit wasn't supported. We're at the stage now where we are starting a VA with an emphasis on multiplayer flying, Eclipse Virtual. I'm sure many of you share the same frustrations and I started to think of workarounds to this. The issue seems to be that the gauges can't talk to each other if they are not created in a format FSX can understand. When I set up a multiplayer session on my network and have a second player join the session, either through ‘Join Session’ or ‘Connect Directly’, the whole environment/world of the joined player rocks from side to side, or as I saw in another aircraft, back and forth. You can see the horizon sway from left to right, or up and down. The environment of the session host is fine, it’s only the joined player that is affected. Since the problems with creating an online multiplayer session are fixed, I've been able to create a session and setup everything, but now I'm facing a problem where other people cant see my session in the session list. I can see my friend in the friendlist and I can chat with them, so we're both connected through the Steam online system. My session starts up in the briefing room and I can start the flying environment, but other players cant join my session. The same goes for when my friend creates the session and I try to join him. Heads up Guys something very cool coming very soon - Aerosoft has created the ability to have a shared cockpit in the Airbus SP3 coming which will have this feature - this is going to be awesome - what do you think - I think there is a charge for this SP - big deal worth every penny - all ready have my first planned flight with Our own Rob - oh by the way you dont even have to be on the same version of P3D - me thinks it will be released this Friday - lets hope

What is the best way to do a shared cockpit without fsx multiplayer, and with vpilot?

I'm trying to set up an online session, using the FSX;SE multiplayer section, but every time I've gone through the setting pages and click Next to start the session, FSX:SE just quits. This is what I do: -Fill out a user ID name under 'Internet (Steam)' and click 'Sign in' -On the next Page I click 'Host a Session' -Next screen is on 'Free Flight' and I fill out 'Session Name' and 'Password' and 'Make this session visible for everyone' with both Steam and LAN checked, but with only one of those I get the same result. -In the Multiplayer start window I choose aircraft and location and click 'Next' to open the session. -On the next screen I set Max players to 2 …

Hey everyone, I'm in the middle of considering switching interenet/cable providers and my biggest factor involved in the decision is Flight Simming. I do a lot of flying on VATSIM and downloading scenery/add-ons. I haven't had anything other than 60 mb/s cable internet since I've been simming and the other option I am looking at only offers 25 mb/s fiber optic DSL internet. They claim this fiber DSL will be faster than comcasts 60 mb/s cable but I don't have experience with this. Can anyone comment on their internet speeds and how they've been with FSX online?

Hi. All my PC's and laptops are connected through a secure wireless access point. How do I play FSX on all machines with each user flying a, say, different airplane, so that we can all see each other flying around - to fly information for example? Thank you.

Hi guys, I love flying the F-18 Superbug (and apparently all otther newer navy jets). I´d love to do some kind of mulitplayer flying with some others, but I have zero knwoledge of this. Can anyone shed a light on this?

Found out something that has bugged me for months. I'm flying with IVAO and using ASN. I was seeing artifacts and big square shapes in the sky and on the ground. Then I switched off ASN and all was well. Seems the on-line weather was conflicting with my weather program. I hope this helps anyone else in the same boat?

Hello! I have a problem with IvAp. 45 seconds after connecting to server it disconnect automatically. I have installed IvAp again, I have tried different servers, but nothing happens.

I have noticed that in Multi-player sessions if I exit and click on Change Role or Location and then select a different parking spot (gate/ramp) when I rejoin I am positioned in the saem position as before. Is there a way to force the change? Thanks
