The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Join me on this flight through the LA Special Flight Rules Area. It's a really cool and unique area which allows transitioning over the top of LAX without talking to ATC at all! If you pull up a LA sectional TAC chart you will find the various transitions including the SFRA - https://skyvector.com/ - center mouse over KLAX - press the Los Angeles TAC button and scroll to the far left of the chart. Requirements are to squawk 1201, and in my case be at 4500 ft, not exceeding 140 KIAS, and be established on the SMO132R inbound. Pilots are highly recommended to use 128.55 to call positions to other aircraft (similar to CTAF) I depart Long Beach, turn out to …

After spending hours in the MSFS Scenery editor always comes the time to take my favorite plane and flew around checking this and that. Here are screenshots taken during the flight just before releasing the new Gillespie KSEE scenery. Large view of KSEE with the new east transient parking: The default MSFS Bing imagery does not display the east apron. Thus, starting positions in MSFS seems to be misplaced: New ground marking "STOP Aircraft only": Terminal apron with the two helo transient spots: The update Mercy Air helicopter landing spots: During test flights with eye-candy real MSFS weather: …
