When you seen screenshots in the &@($*... um, wait ... AVSIM Screen Shot forum, you normally see lots of color, lots of sky, lots of DRAMA! Well, I thought I would share with you pictures of Northern California, January 12th, 2014. Dead of winter, so to speak. Lord knows we need the rain (we are on the verge of a serious drought), but you cannot beat the weather with a stick! Last weekend I took down the Christmas lights in a t-shirt. I bought this scenery today for X-Plane 10. (Stewart Airport CZST). I'm really enjoying it. Nice frame rate and lots of little details that you normally only get with Orbx scenery. Its payware scenery created by beti-X for XP Rob

My settings are now perfect. Smooth as silk! Very nice. Great freeware addon airport too. In fact, I was looking for good airport addons, its unreal the amount of good freeware addons for this sim. After a nine days with XP10 I can see the writing on the wall. The depth of this sim is incredible. I've spent $24 on XP10 North America and $55 all together on the J32 and this new CRJ that I'm test flying here. What a deal! I've spent more that than on one fsx aircraft. If the fsx devs will just port over their aircraft and airport sceneries we'll be good to go. These are the only two major things that xp lacks compared to fsx. The 7 years of commercial development that made fsx what it is today has taken the old girl about as far as it can go. I don't see p3d being the answer any time soon. X-Plane10 is 64 bit and like a virgin on prom night- "She's ready to go!"

tonight I saw this and I wanted to share it with You. Wulf PS: you will this fine addon in the flightsim.com library as "alaskff1.zip". This addon is developed for FS2004 and works fine in FSX DX10 too.
