The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Sorry no pics in a while. I have been on an extended business trip in Virginia, leaving home for Arizona at the end of the week. Meanwhile I've continued my project covering Germany. I've now extended it to cover all of Switzerland, into parts of France, Austria, and Northern Italy. Once I figure out the best way to package the project I will try to upload. I hope you enjoy one of my favorite parts of Switzerland, Lake Geneva flying into the Rhone Valley. Geography buffs should recognize Mt. Blanc and the southern part of the Jungfrau massif.... Enjoy, John

  5. Quick shot of a fictional paint I've been working on. The duke is a very different shape than the 402, so it's a little challenging. Has avsim's image upload policy changed? I can't seem to use the IMG tag from photobucket anymore...

  16. Hello all! I'm starting a new "series", if you will. I will *attempt* to catalog my flights in PMDG's wonderful 77L.. I tend to start things and not complete them at all, so let's see how this goes.. -- So, today's flight will be SQ002, operated by Singapore Airlines, my flag carrier. The flight is usually operated by a 77W/772, and goes on to San Fransico after a short stop in Hong Kong. We'll be flying the first leg to Hong Kong today. Our bird will be 9V-SVV, a fictional livery on the Boeing 777-200LR, which Singapore Airlines does not operate. Distance flown is expected to be 1484 miles, which should take us a flight time of 3h14m. We're carrying …

  21. After having some fun with the new Alabeo PiperSport I thought I might jump into something a little more powerful. The engineers on the Kuznetsov need to take a look at their engines... if I saw that amount of black smoke coming out of the stack on my ship I'd be pretty concerned
