The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

More from my Alps/Germany scenery.... When people think of the Alps, they forget the French Alps. Annecy is a beautiful alpine town not too far from Geneva, to the southwest of Mt. Blanc... Enjoy! John

It's been far too long since I dusted off the Real Air Spitfire and took it out for a spin. It's testament to Real Air's mastery of their craft this can still be one of the very best FSX warbirds some six years after its release. I decided to eschew the soothing tones and graceful lines of the Merlin powered Spitfire IX, but instead went for a Griffon powered Spitfire XIV with clipped wings.... far more powerful and a real beast. The weather over south east England was pretty poor today... poor visibility, drizzle and rain all day. It started to clear up early evening so off I went in the Spitfire.... Climbing out of a murky Manston - or Kent International A…

A paint worked on by Kyle Weber and myself.... based off a real one I saw at the Duke Convention here in Duluth last year. If you've never been to Jackson Hole it's one of the most beautiful places in the USA - I recommend a trip there! (for some reason they are highly compressed and look like crap - no idea why)

"Like a flea, but wow!" Another excellent release from Flight Replicas: Messerschmitt Me-163B Komet. Comes with both powered and towable versions, special trolley jettison sequence, Bf-110G tow plane, a low-poly formation of 162 B-17G Flying Fortresses to make passes at, and aerodynamics by Bernt Stolle. It's great fun to rocket upwards at 19,680 ft/min (100 m/sec) and then glide down back to Earth.
