The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Here are a few shots from my most recent flight in Peter Hager´s fantastic A320. The flight went from LFMN to EDDS and EFASS provided the flight plan and the weather. The overcast situation during most of the flight looked so good! And diving into this thick layer of clouds on descend, never looked so convincing to me in any other sim. Please have a look and enjoy:

Hi guys! Just when feshly released or updated products for FSX and/or P3D brought me back to those sims (Aerosoft´s very good A318/319, the superb PMDG T7, etc.), I went through my XPX screenshot folder, and I had to realise, that nothing comes close to the sheer beauty of X-Plane 10. Please have a look at a "best of XPX screenies" from the last months. All screenshots come straight out of the sim without any editing! I hope you like them:

I thought I'd do a little flight in the far south pacific, from Kili (Q51) to Jaluit on an atoll in the Marshalls. I was getting a little nervouse because ASN was painting an intense thunderstorm to the north, and it had already begun to rain. Lightning was flashing and it was getting a little rough. When I arrived at Jaluit, well, this is what awaited me.... https://www.dropbox.com/s/9qul4bw4fyhlysh/Marshall.jpg?dl=0 ... now I figure the rise in the ocean levels had submerged the strip, and all that was left was the floating runway. No matter, I had to get down, which I did. I then waded ashore and waited out the storm amid the trees. Now, to go into ADE and m…

Hi all I just wanted to share with you the liveries I have painted to celebrate Firefox 10 anniversary. I am flying round the world right now with a few friends who also downloaded the liveries. We have posted a few pictures on Facebook and Twitter. I am not a professional painter but just a passionate open source freak and a FS enthusiast since the early days. SO forgive my amateur naivety and enjoy. Cheers all. Please delete duplicate (Server error)

Eagerly waiting the V2, I fly the Royal Turbine a lot these days. Kind of hoping it will bring the updated model sooner. B) I used to fly heavy metal a lot over the 5 last years. Since I discovered the Duke a few weeks ago, I exclusively fly it. Incredible climb rate, insanely fast cruise speed and near STOL abilities. As long as you gently manage the PT6 engines, you never feel limited by the power and versatility of this bird. I took off from PAJN at 2pm, oil doors fully open, initial climb at 4000 ft/mn to FL100. Then, in order to spare the 2 PT6, reduced throttle and prop, still climbing at 2500 ft/mn to FL210 TOD above Vancouver Island, APASS3 arrival…
