The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Sorry if the landing's rather dark - no landing lights on the XB-70! Early morning takeoff from Christchurch for a quick sprint to Perth on the first leg of the Valkyrie's return to the USA. Climbing out into the dark blue. A last look before she outruns the sun, Valkyrie about to ride into the night. Onward into the enforced darkness, Odin's chooser of the fallen streaks to her destination. The numbers are good... VERY good! I can see our galaxy from here! Hello, Hobart.... & goodbye! Welcome to Western Australia! Descending towards Perth. Don't know why the vortices near the inlet vane are so bright... Approa…

Hi, I flew from Tbilisi to Bagdad today. No luck with the weather neither at depart nor at arrival - from rain to smog... The thunderstorms look dangerous Waiting for a Airzena Boeing to land Mtatsminda TV tower Finally out of the clouds In Yerevan perhaps the weather would have been fine The Iraqi desert yet Somehow it is a strange feeling to prepare for landing here Smog and crosswind made a nerving approach and landing Finally there - my first visit. Now this is an airport where my AI traffic needs some attention... I hope you like the pictures. Regards, Harald

Hello again everyone, So, when an item on your wishlist goes on sale over at SimMarket you don't pass up the opportunity, and boy am I pleased with my purchase. So, what sort of jet do you roll into Rio with, one of my favorites, the Boeing 727-200 [N727GE]. Thanks for stopping by. Grady.

We will not use the modern Chek Lap Kok airport, but my favorite Kai Tak. Although the Tu-114 is huge, among the modern heavies, its size looks modest Originally I planned to fly to Almaty directly, but then I had second thoughts and decided to make a stop-over in Bhutan The Tupolev has an amazing cruising speed of around 400 knots Flying over Hong Kong is always a feast Deep in Southern China, we pass Laibin Below us is Tezpur in Assam, India, favored for its tea and picturesque landscape The Himalaya comes finally into sight And now the interesting part starts: landing this beast in Paro, Bhutan Paro Airport…

Hello everyone I'm afraid it's more of the same from me, the CLS DC-10 is definitely a lot more enjoyable than first anticipated. Today's flight takes us from Palm Springs International [KPSP] to Juan Manuel Gálvez International [MHRO] in N33GE - this livery is rather toned down compared to my last (N333GE). Thanks for viewing. Grady.

Pardon the Mohammed Ali pun (R.I.P). A few shots departing Addis Ababa (HAAB) and cruising towards Nairobi (HKJK). Nice that the higher altitude requires more thrust to get moving, nice little touch in P3D, about 7000ft ASL at both airports. Stormy WX again on initial climb, tried my best to capture some thunder shots. No landing shots as I dont think night shots come out very well..... Anyway enjoy.

Do you already know, wehre? Ok, now the experts know ... It's a long way to the top The village Windwardside And The Bottom There's also a small harbour To the left up there is my (temporary) designation, it'll be a hard fight ... With a trike, this hill was a monster, but finally ... The famous approach Who said, landing in Saba is difficult? A no brainer The flightpath

Some nasty weather in the vicinity of WSSS. I think the huge front overhang unnerved the tug driver - at least the nose is pointing roughly in the right direction! Turning & burning on 20C Valkyrie - Rider on the storm! The weather is now irrelevant although I'm not at FL750 yet. Australia is quite a large continent don't you know! On descent to Christchurch Pretty! Not a bad approach - the autopilot can let the XB-70 get a bit mushy on the glideslope at (relatively!) slow speeds. The people in the tower look on in amazement! Canterbury Aero Club guys were impressed too! Not sure if the King Air was too…
