To be more precise from my hometown Münster in Westphalia to beautiful Klagenfurt near the Wörthersee. The plane is a fairly huge Tupolev 114 in my own fictional private livery, which I believe she wears quite well The Tu114 will take the entire runway of 3,600 meters in order to get air-born, a bit scary As one can see, the area around the airport and actually also much of Westphalia is fairly rural. Ok, this is not a secretly converted PMDG DC-6 for X-plane, but the Just Flight DC-6. It flies pretty nice and looks great. And luckily I don’t need a degree in physics in order to start the engines. She might look small when parked next to a 777, but here in Sedona among all the GA planes, this thing is BIG! Drop everything I hope you like them

Hi, some pictures from a quite short hop: Baku to Tbilisi with the Tu-134. Taxiing at Baku: After take off: Looking back towards Baku downtown Along the Caucasus, already descending awaiting to take the D101P transition (thanks Ed...) Final approach After touchdown Tbilisi airport is full of interesting planes - at civil and military aprons and even at the storage yard And because the journey ends here, the red carpet is ready! The weather has been kind of crazy here in Germany this past week. An afternoon arrival today, on final approach to RWY 25C. I can highly recommend the new EDDF from Aerosoft, great frame rates and a very high level of realism when compared with my travels to and from the real world airport. Cheers, Jerome

So, what is there in my hangar that has a range of almost 5000 nautical miles and yet doesn't take all day to get there? Why the Valkyrie I left at Boscombe of course! The plan took me out over the North Sea, Denmark, the Baltic skirting northern Russia then dropping down to the Kamchatka Peninsula. The sun didn't set! Evening takeoff, brakes off at about half eight. Taxying out LIGHT 'EM UP!! Turning to follow the flightplan. Top of climb - Flight level 750 About 500 nm to go. On the descent. ILS approach to 34R in the murk. Good job there's plenty of runway left - she's a tricky bird to land! Phew! Greetings! …

I just liked the way this one came out. ReShade MasterEffect "Realistic Lighting" with some modification, PTA atmospheric scattering only (alternate version, slider 3.0), I think the sky textures were from HDE v1. Took this a while back, still running v3.2 at that point.
