The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hi guys, So after finding out HiFi had released AS16, my first thoughts were not to upgrade, especially with the recent release of SP5 for ASN. However, I had one of those impulsive moments and AS16 and Cloud Art ended up in my basket, before I knew it I had purchased them. Here's a couple of screens from my first time in game (manual weather mode). Happy flying, Grady.

I've never seen the clouds blend so beautifully as they do now with AS16. I love that the clouds are now properly squeezed is this region. Outstanding work gentlemen! ENAT-ENTC.

  10. Tonight I flew the Rotate MD80 from Tallahassee, FL (KTLH) to Atlanta (KATL). I just downloaded 10.50b5 and a new update to Skymaxx Pro. The new X-Plane beta flew flawlessly for a beautiful flight! Sorry my FPS counter is in the corner...just getting an idea of performance. Everything flew smooth! Climbing out of Tallahassee RWY 27 - My route was ktlh.szw.warrr1.katl. Cockpit view of the climb-out. Rotatesim MD80 looks amazing. The sun has set and we are established on the WARRR1 STAR into KATL. Great night lighting in the addon. On the ILS Approach RWY 27R. On the chocks at the gate. I'm loving the new beta aircraft at airports.…

  12. To misquote the movie Top Gun, I was "flying rubber dogsh... TO HONG KONG" Early morning departure...really early! Stock ATC messed up a little getting me down to VHHH in time so a missed approach was declared: Being told to descend & maintain 1700 feet when you're at FL190 & less than 20 miles away is a bit strange! I could only hot-dog the MD-11 so much!! Getting vectored around to 7L again... MUCH better! Hi there Hong Kong! A nice evening for it. Trundle...trundle Waiting to be unloaded.. Thanks for viewing.

  22. Hey guys So, I finally got my new PC and it's working quite well at the moment. After trying P3D 3.3 and FSX:SE I decided to go for the old-ish pal, mainly because of addon's availability. So, first, it was time to do a bit of local flying, trying out new shaders, ground textures and cloud sets. I did Sky Airlines, a local low-cost airline, Flight 800 from Santiago to Lima, using the Aerosoft A319 and Latin VFR's SCEL and SPIM. Hope you guys like them! Setting up everything before the flight alongside some competition. Off to runway 17L with a collection of familiar tails Thats LAN (disguised in that hideous LATAM colors) flight 632, also going to Lim…
