The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Hi all, So after my last spate of crashes with my beloved FSX, I decided to migrate to P3D. For all those wondering whether it's worth it, 100% yes. It's going to be an expensive move by the time I've finished installing all of my addons, the 737NG and Turbine Duke need repurchasing for P3D. I am so, so pleased with the FPS difference. Without further a do... Happy flying, Grady.

So I picked up a new 49 inch 4K TV and to try it out I booked on to my first tour (Caribbean). First Leg Miami To Nassau. Extremely impressed so far. Running 3840 x 2160 it looks stunning. Was able to turn off some AA settings and get decent frame rates. TV is a Hitachi 4k Smart TV (£350 from Argos for UK based friends)

Hi, this is the first screen shot I've shared with the community. I've been SIMming since the 80's but haven't shared yet. I've recently migrated from FSX-SE when a system failure nudged me towards a new build. Here's the particulars: i7-6700 @4.7 Ghz 32GB DD4 (GSkill 3200) ASRock z-170 K6, Zotac GTX 1080 Amp, Philips 4K Monitor (BDM4350UC). Flight is KORD to KABQ, somewhere over the plains states. No photo shopping except for format conversion from .bmp to. jpg. Harold Finch

Climbing through the clag out of Tengah, Singapore, on the way back to Gan.. even the stock clouds with FSOpen Clouds looked right IMHO! There were some thunderstorms in the area and the Victor got tossed around a little not long after take off:- By way of a (tenuous!) link to the title, did the Victor drop what she was designed to drop? Or is the instant sunshine just the FSX Sun? B) (I guess the wing pods give it away!). For those curious enough to wonder why I've been flying to some strange places, it's all thanks to Tony Cunnane's website (ex-Victor pilot among other things). They used to fly out to Singapore and back (Lone Ranger trips) in t…
