Hey everybody,I am working on a site that will have a kind of VA top 100 list. It also lets you, as a VA owner register your VA and details for wannabee VA pilots to view. The VA pilot wannabee will be able (hopefully) to browse through a whole bunch of VA's and to carefully select the one most suitable for him/her. It is currently in a start-up phase, which means i am still writing the homepage scripts. Before the 'grand' opening I am looking for VA owners who are willing to help me through the Beta-phase. If you are interrested to help me out, and test the whole #### thing, please visit (temporary URL) http://vaworld.dof-games.net or (in the making URL) http://www.va-wo…

TexAir announced today that due to the lateness of the arrival of the new schedule, effective immeadiately an open experimental flight testing period is operational. What this means is that we will be allowing our pilots to fly to/from one of our new hubs and the destination of their choice within the United States valid for regular hours. Because of this, we have begun recruiting pilots for all hubs now (KAUS, KGEG, KBUF). We have a nice variety of express and mainline aircraft as you may have seen in a recent post. For those of you who missed it, they are: EMB-120 CRJ-200 CRJ-700 MD-83 737-600 737-700 767-300 They are all painted with a beautiful, shiny, bare metal live…

A very unique VA/VSOA resembling a real world operator has opened up for operations throught the world but mostly for the USA. There will only be 20 openings and seven are currently taken. We're looking for pilots who are willing to take on a new challenge and are willing to put aside the FMS and fly the aircraft.http://www.omegarefueling.com/Images/doubletanker.jpgHere's a little demo video from our clients: It shows FS and real world Omega side by side.http://www.omegarefueling.com/realprocedures.htmlwww.omegarefueling.comAll pilots willing to get their hands dirty are welcome!

Ok, so it is December 30, 2006 at about 6 AM EST. If anyone is out there right now, can you please check the FS Economy site (http://www.fseconomy.com) and see if you can get it to load. I can't. The page takes about 10 minutes to load and then times out without displaying anything. Also, I cannot log into their forums (http://www.fseforums.com) with the password they sent me. I even tried having them send me a new password and try to sign on. That didn't work either.I am probably the only one having trouble right now, but it is worth a shot to see if it is affecting anyone else out there. Thanks,Jon

TexAir needs an Aircraft Repainter/Fleet Manager to take our fleet from simple to super. We currently have a very simple livery that needs great improvement. Here is what we ask of our repainter:- Can search the internet and find freeware (and possibly payware) aircraft of TexAir request that are legal to re-paint and re-distribute.- Does not have to stay on as the permanent fleet manager if they choose not to.- Preferrably has done many repaints before and can provide samples of their work.- Can repaint aircraft compatible with FS2002, FS2004, and possibly FSX (files do not have to be combined).- Can create an organized, easy-to-install .zip file of the aircraft(s).- Thi…

This post is not intended to offend anyone but rather help anyone who wants to join a virtual airline.I was recently part of a virtual airline that had a very bad community. Unless you like to be suspended because you posted more posts in the forum (because you had a lot to say), I highly recommend you steer clear of Delta VA.org.If you want a welcoming community, I suggest www.simcoa.com... Simulated Continental Airlines has its own flight assignments. You can choose to pick your own flights or get randomly generated flights. Yes I am part of this airline, no, I am not the owner of this va...

If anyone has a VA looking to make more presence in Austin, TX, then TexAir is willing to do codeshares. We are only running MD-83s and B737-700s right now but plan to have more aircraft soon. No pilots yet, either, but still open for codeshares.Email me at [email protected] if you're interested.
