It would seem that Classic Virtual Airline Group has gone dark, with no warning or explanation, although the lack of a roster update since early February might have been a warning sign. Does anyone have any idea of what has happened?

Over the past few months Arabian Airlines has been waiting patiently for an automation system that was promised to us by a third party that has recently abandoned us. At this point, Arabian Airlines finds itself in the middle of a potential crisis. Without an automation system, databases, PiRep and Roster Systems, etc., the airline cannot relaunch. Thus we come to this community to ask for assistance, and we are gladly willing to pay for it. We have a completed front end website (php), webspace, domain, and the ability to create SQL databases on our own server. We have until June to get this airline operational. We ask that any experienced coder who wishes to help this air…

I am pleased to say that aerobueno virtual has launched operations from Valencia's Manises airport. Our first two pilots will be flying their first flights this week, we will also be allowing more virtual pilots to join. Our fleet currently consists of two leased Boeing 737-800W aircraft. They are both configured in an all economy configuration for 182 passengers, with a 37 inch pitch. We offer complimentary in-flight entertainment, we feel that this helps us break away from the typical low cost/no frills airline. We also offfer a meal and drinks service, however this must be payed for on-board and hot meals are only served on longer flights. We feel the Boeing 737-800W is …

I'm looking to get a Virtual Airline startup idea off the ground. The work I have done thus far is to set up an extremely detailed, and realistic, flight schedule, detailed all the way down to layover times, gates, etc. for about 350 flights (and counting) from hubs at KLAX & KSEA, with more to come as I continue working. If I can get a painter (I've tried and I just don't have the skill), I can set up a website, with ASP reports, account tracking, program-based timetables, etc.Hubs are upcoming for KMEM and KBOS, and I'd like to see if anyone is interested in painting (and choosing the best model for):717-200737-700737-800757-200767-300ERA330-200777-200ER777-200LR747-…

Celtic World Airways Group Announces Official RelaunchAfter several years in restructuring, involving numerous false starts, a lot of disappointment and a ton of hard work, we are proud to announce our return to the virtual skies. With the commencement of flights with our Celtic Airways division, we have begun to accept new pilots. We offer a friendly, responsive staff, a clean, user-friendly website and the promise to our pilots that we will always be "under development," with new features, programs and flights being added on a consistent basis. We also offer a variety of flights and aircraft, a simple but challenging promotion system and a minimum of rules and regulation…

With the increase in pilots and a much wider schedule now in effect, TexAir has gone (and is still going) to great lengths to improve standards around the company. We have recently drafted our first Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents, and they are now a requirement for all pilots. Also, we've aquired a brand new Teamspeak server for our pilots to gather, chat, and fly as one big family. A roster of all of our aircraft and their assignments is in the process of being drafted so that pilots will have correct and current registration numbers for the aircraft they fly. Perhaps the biggest projects that are underway right now are the dynamic PHP website, the easy-to…

As seen in a previous post, TexAir still has openings for two qualified Hub Captains, one in Austin (KAUS) and one in Buffalo (KBUF). We have a wonderful new nationwide schedule that features some "less-traveled" airports and our pilot roster is undoubtedly growing. However, in order to execute our plans for the future, we need a full staff on hand. The duties for TexAir Hub Captains are very simple and straight forward:-Moderate the hub's message forum.-Approve/Deny hub PIREP submissions.-Approve/Deny pilot LOAs.-Attribute to the well-being & development of TexAir.-Attend any management meetings/chats that may occur.-Attend any events/fly-ins hosted by TexAir.We have…
