Hi. Someone use RKsoftware OI4FS of the flight4sim web? I need to know if you know how to do It, how to change the script lines in order to blue leds light on. In the original script the Orange leds works properly but the blue leds in the script don't have output lines. As you can see in the lines from 1147 to 1157 there is no outputs and then I can not programm the leds. How can I rewrite these lines to get the blue leds light on? I send you a photo to see what I mean. Regards.

Dear cockpit builders, I have been using my OpenCockpits 737NG MCP v2 and EFIS control panel in a very distant past with FS2004 & FSX with PMDG and iFly addons. This was done with the help of SIOC and FSUIPC. After a long break from simming I’d like to use this hardware again with MSFS and MSFS2024. What software package would you recommend for maximum compatibility and use across different addons? I came across SPAD.Next but it is unclear to me if my MCP v2 will even be recognized as they only list compatibility with OC MCP v3… Thank you for any pointers, Sylvain

Cessna 172 Radio Stack V3.1 1. Arduino Mega 2560 directly attachable to the back of the PCB (only one Arduino Mega 2560 Pro (small arduino) needed, no need for Arduino shield). 2. Added input shift registers (74HC165) for the push buttons, the number of Arduino pins reduced a lot. 3. Added output shift registers (74HC595), all LEDs are now handled through 74HC959 shift registers, supplied externally with +5V, no current drawn from Arduino 4. Replaced the Transponder rotary switch with a smaller one. https://flyingforfun.weebly.com/cessna-172-cockpit.html/#RadioPCB

I'm considering a FVPro6UDM panel with dual encoder and dual 15.6" touchscreens. I like this option since the touch screens (with Air Manager) can be reconfigured to a number of different aircraft as opposed to a dedicated G1000 (or other) solution. Does anyone have experience with Flight Velocity and their touchscreen panels w/Air Manager and are you happy with it? Are the 15.6" touch screens overkill? Are there a lot of panels/instruments available for Air Manager and is it easy or a headache to configure? Thanks!

I am very new to the hobby and bought a Saito X52 off of FB. My intentions are to run FS9 on my low spec laptop. The seller also threw in a control box with 2 Arduino boards, LCD display and a bunch of dials and buttons. Was told that it should work if I can get it wired up. The 10 wires run straight to the top dials so I figure they go in the board on the right. I imagine there is code on the boards but how does my computer/ FS9 see the signal?

This my 737 setup and review of my SimOn Solutions B737 Compact Trainer Premium https://simonsolution.eu/product/b737-compact-trainer/ SimOn Solutions is in Warsaw Poland with the exception on FDS I have not found anyone in the US/NA that offers FS setups. I looked at several companies Sismo Jet Max (now located overseas) FSC Agronn Open Cockpit SimOn Solution Prices ranged from $17k USD up to $90k USD I spent a good 10 months researching which one I prefer I really wanted to go with a full-size dual sim, but I did not have the room for it in my office. I decided that the single seat was the way to go th…

Hi there Wondering if any home cockpit builders use any of the Next Level Racing (NLR) hardware? I'm looking at a setup with 3x 55" 4K TVs, using their Flight Simulator Pro setup and also the Free Standing Triple Monitor Stand to hold the TVs. I am confused however because on their webpage the specifications tab says "Suitable for all Next Level Racing® Cockpits and Stands" but the next tab on compatible NLR products says "Note that this Monitor Stand is incompatible with the Elite series cockpits, Flight Stand Pro". The flight stand pro is part of the flight simulator pro package. Has anyone out there used these products in their build and can advise on comp…

Hi Guys. First topic post on this particular forum so go easy 🙂. I wont give you my life story except to say I have have dabbled in the various parts of creating a home cockpit for as long as I can remember. I am now retired and so while money is always an issue, time is at least on my side (sort of). I am taking baby steps a the moment while I assemble the tools and necessary knowledge so that I can feel confident about fully committing to this project with some understanding of my strengths, weaknesses and what I can't avoid having to paying for. One of the things I know I am going to need early on for testing is simconnect software but which one? …

Hello, so I have always dreamed of building a home cockpit either for the 747 or the F/A-18. However, from what I have read online people say that VR is so much more immersive compared to a home cockpit, and I am wondering how that can be true. I have seen people with fully detailed cockpit with every button and I think have the physical touch of pressing buttons would be better, and I've seen screen which warp the cockpit to give the 360 look. So is Cr really more immersive even though you aren't touching physical buttons?
