Hi, I installed the 737-400,Dc3 aircraft and the B747 challange addon programs.FU3 just crashes with them after a short time.I am using Win XP +SP2 ,Nvidia FX5200 graphics card AMD 2400+ CPU.I have a feeling the software was developed on Win 2000 so it was never tested with XP and SP2.Any ideas,Thanks,Atkin

Hi , I cannot change the nav radio frequecies .When I use the type method, it just goes back to the original frequency.The click and spin method, its very difficult to get the exact frequency.This is the same with all aircraft.I am using XP and sp2 .I have the patch and evertything else is fine.any ideas??regards,Atkin

Hi,I've got a new thing happening with my Flt3 install. I did a fresh install(Flt3 w/ FLt2 and outer terrain), applied the patch.Started adding the packages from my old install one package at a time.(I had saved my packages folder prior to uninstalling Flt3). 52 packages altogether. When I add a 53rd package, I start Flt3 to check for problems by starting a quick flt at the newly added package, click on the new icon and cdt. It will also cdt if I grab the notepad and try and drag it around the map. Upon removing the "53rd" package all is well again, I can then quick flt or flt plan in either region with no problems.Is this one of the symptons of the icon limit? Never had…

Is it possible to get Ansgar's 747 to be directed to the longest runway at a particular airport ? It doesn't matter at airports like SeaTac International, since the second runway is 9400 feet long. However, I want to use runway 29 at Oakland, but I am always directed to runway 27R, which is less than 6000 feet long ! Landing (and stopping) the 747 on a runway of this length is rather tricky :-)Chris Low.

Hey all - I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how in the world to get a particular panel out of another plane's .res file, into another different .res file. How the hel do I do it?All I want to do is this: Get Steve Hess's wonderful Arrow panel (looks like the Dreamfleet one), into the default Arrow. That's all. And I'm about ready to die trying, using things like Resviewer and Cockpit Designer. I am a MSFS guy, and usually a task like this is SO DANG easy in the Microsoft one...Maybe someone could be my hero, and do it for me? :-)Thanks,Frustrated Kyle

I have had and used FU II and FU III for a long time, but I just recently started adding on planes and I have several more downloaded that I want to install. I did have one problem with the install of one plane, but thankfully, it did not end in disaster -and that leads me to my question - I know things can go bad with the install of a mod, and I don't want to have to uninstall and then reinstall everything if something goes wrong. I looked for a sticky about this kind of question, but didn't find it. If there is one, please point me to it.If there is no FAQ, what files do I need to burn to a CD or CDs to have a good backup?Thanks in advance for your answer. I am eager…
