They display automatically once you start Radar Contact. You just shrink the bar and move it where you want. What is PF3?

I suppose instead of "enter, stage right", it would be "Enter, taxiway Y3" (just made that up, don't know the real one!).

I often get problems where the jetways do not work. I also get several airports where there are duplicate jetways, some of which work automatically but at the same airport and gate others work from the GSX menu. (So up to 6 jetways all serving the same gate). I don't remember this happening before.

Win11 is indeed strange. I have W11 on an unsupported PC and my ALT key does exactly what is expected, without the Reg. entry. (Could be the fact that I cannot update without a major "hack").

P3D v4 is too far back for me to remember. I have had nothing like that with V5 and the 747.

Getting a bit confused here. Do you mean the Menu bar, as stated in the title? That, I have always right clicked to remove but now having read this I find that Alt (held down briefly) does remove it and re- apply it. The title bar stays, there seems to be no menu item to remove it, only applying Full screen or Lossless.

How very odd! Just shows that what works for one, may not work for all. On my system running W11 25H2, and P3D 5.4, I have a second monitor for maps, Super Traffic Board and SmartCars. All the other programs (CP, AS etc.) are minimised on the main screen and do not interfere but are readily available if needed.

Can't get anything on YT. All looks like stills. Local TV has no coverage at all. Very disappointing. Don't have Netflix.

That brings back memories. We didn't have TV in South Africa back then (can you believe that) and I remember listening on the radio as the details unfolded. We were all very scared that the mission might return with some horrible disease.

That is quite interesting. As I don't have MS Office, I wondered where my data was held. I discovered that Access has been installed without my even being aware of it. Must be part of P3D.

I was too late to buy the PMDG777 so I use the good old 747 in the Standard or ER version, or the -8 for very long flights. I regularly fly the JHB to Perth/Sydney routes and then hop over to Christchurch. The return is usually via Hong Kong and then depending on how I feel, to London/Manchester via Vancouver/New York, or the other way via Dubai. Then back to Jhb to start again.

Well, that was short-lived! Today, I checked that I was still up to date and was told in no uncertain terms that my PC is non compatible and CANNOT be updated. So 100 registry entries have achieved zilch. (OK maybe not 100).

After 2 hours, I finally found a tweak that worked. I am officially up to date.

Ray. I tried all those again. It kept coming back to "Unsupported Hardware" and refused to proceed. However, I tried ChatGPT and that has come up with lots of very fancy registry tricks which it says have fooled Microsoft checks in the past. So here goes!

This has always been standard for me. Let P3d load the default selection screen and then choose what you want.

Quite so! The only problem for me, is that I cannot get updates to install on my Win11 "unsupported" system. That doesn't really seem to be a problem, as everything is still working.

My PMDG 744-400 (in P3Dv5.4) locks on perfectly every time, provided I have the correct frequency. VHHH confuses the built in database and the new frequencies have to be entered manually.

AI Flow,Ground,STB all fine for me.

Yes, double crikey! I just use the P3D Display settings and have 4 sets of configs. That, of course doesn't affect weather or scenery exclusions. Perhaps I might get to those later, if I feel like it.
