Additionally, file hosting (library) will remain available only through December 2025, at which time file downloads will transition to an archival mode.” And “What this means after December: Forums, discussions, news and a screenshot gallery will remain the core of the new community, this includes all archived posts.” So…for those who purchased their software via Flightsim.com, Flightsim.com IS effectively gone. October 6, 2025Oct 6 I spent a lot of time there over the years, before I migrated to Avsim as my primary flightsim forum - to be honest it’s been so long I can’t remember why or when. Nels Anderson built a great community there, along with train-sim.com. October 7, 2025Oct 7 I don't know about anybody else, but I left when they totally changed the look and feel of the site. It went from a familiar home to some generic looking mess. IMHO, of course... Then in high school as ADSL was slowly becoming a thing, I started taking a USB drive to school to download from the school library. Couldn’t wait to get home and try POSKYs latest
