February 1, 20251 yr I was watching the news this morning, a video from a different angle appears to show the Lear 55 to be in flames as it plummeted towards the ground. It is speculated that it may have suffered a catastrophic turbine failure which threw shrapnel through the tail section, destroying elevator control.
