If it connects to your steam wallet to add funds and you still get an error, wait a little bit. Seems the synchronization between the marketplace and Steam is slower than it used to be. Dont buy it a second time unless you want to spend a week going back and forth via email between ZenDesk and Steam trying to get refunded for a double charge.
