I did not archive AIG over server loads.... I uninstalled because at least at the time, it was too fidgety to install (many files refusing to install unless you try via a VPN) and the converted FSX planes seemed noticeably less compatible with MSFS than the alternatives. (wheels falling through the tarmac, etc) The upside is that the FSHUD app greeted it like a long lost brother, and worked with it perfectly. It also works flawlessly with GAIST, which oftentimes refuses to work with MSFS2024 without the intercession of FSHUD. The downside is that even after months of use, AIG never stopped complaining about supposedly missing files, and I felt like I was constantly reinstalling things I had already installed multiple times. 😕

Just a heads-up on something new to try

Another issue is that the included plans are outdated and few (if any) comprehensive alternatives seem to be available. They also have one of those forums where customer questions are often unanswered or ignored. (not uncommon in the flightsim world) I've never considered that to be a good sign, though.

I admire the work and applaud, while knowing I would never have the patience, much less the skill.

In my case, I simply deleted the content of the existing fsltl-traffic-injector folder and replaced it with this and then started fsltl (don't allow the injector to be updated) So far it seems to work fine.

This is obliquely what I was getting at in my recent post and others, regarding gaussian splatting and photogrammetry. This video translates my random thoughts/musings into demos of extant and emerging technologies....... We can imagine what this could mean for flightsimmg; even if only as a technology update to things like Bing and Google maps.....

No. There are references online to people downloading older versions but I found no availability. So..... Bit of a stir in my area as a supermarket chain named C-Town just opened a store. The chain is primarily known as a New York retailer specializing in ethnic products, so transplanted New Yorkers have been/were/are especially intrigued at gaining access to more eclectic selection of items. Like this guy here!!! 😜 And..... Add one thoroughly traumatized Guineapig raising little girl to my household..... 🙃

To me, its always been expensive....... I kind of even want to thank Nvidia for bringing my once almost yearly graphics card upgrades to a screeching halt with their prices from heck.....

For me, this was very interesting as I wondered about the difference between this technique/technology and photogrammetry, and wondered about its possible applicability for flight-simming......
