In 1.5 I cannot turn on the radar. I get no idication when my mouse is over on/off. When at cruise the is wobbling / Yawing back and forth. Also why do the taxi lights not light up the runway. Is there not suppose to be an idication light the AP is on? Not a good start.

Good afternoon! I recently bought the GTN 750 and it really makes the 441 so much more fun to fly! But I was wondering, is there anyone who can provide the 441 performance numbers? Takeoff, landing, cruise speeds, as well as fuel burn? Fuel for takeoff, climb, cruise, and reserve numbers? I am trying something new where I want to accurately load fuel/pax. Would be much appreciated!

Hi Everyone, So did I mention the Flysimware Cessna 441 is completely shared cockpit compatible? Thats right! With that said, I will be offering dual instruction in the 441 to anyone who is interested. Wanna learn how to really fly it right? Come fly it with me! I may not be able to accommodate everyone as quickly as I would like to, depending on how many people are interested. Here are the basic requirements: -Own a legitimate copy of the Cessna 441 -Have an internet connection and the ability to connect to a multiplayer session -Understand basic IFR navigation -Complete the currently available initial pilot training videos for the FSW441 available on yout…

Hi! I've read on the forum that other folks have experienced issues with the autopilots alt sel mode, saying that it sometimes works and some don't. The same thing goes for me. I do the following before use: - select altitude - press alt sel and vs - adjust vs climb rate I then activate the autopilot. The times it doesn't work the vs button goes off about 300 ft before selected altitude and the alt sel button changes from arm to cap. But trim doesn't move, causing the aircraft to overshoot target altitude. I trim it myslf and press alt hold to level out. I haven't found out what I do different when it work, but maybe I do something wrong... If so, please t…

Despite the video and the manual, I still cannot get the engines to start. I understand the throttle lock and how to unlock, yet the engine spools up and then dies. The only way for me to get to fly is to start another plane, use Control E, and then load the MU-2. I would appreciate a manual start up procedure for dummies. Apparently, I am still missing something in the procedure. tony

Hi, Is there any plan to get rid of the tinted side windows, or at least to be able to choose them as an option. I love this plane but really hate the tinted windows. Never have liked them on any other plane I have bought either. Otherwise, the plane is great and am really enjoying flying it. Thanks. Jim

At the risk of looking stupid. I can't find the User Manual. My installation download states it's on the product page, but I can't find it. Thanks, Bill

Hi guys i am contemplating getting this bird, however I have read a few reports that some of the VC textures are a bit average and a bit cartoony. I am probably a bit spoilt with Real Air and Milviz aircraft that have superb VC's. If anyone who owns it would be kind enough to comment on this I would really appreciate it. Many thanks John

Any chance that these 2 things can be fixed? 1. Plane will still not load in a cold/dark state - battery & avionics still on by default even though the flight file has them set to off - is there any way that we can get this plane to load C&D?...or if not C&D then at least in the previous state you left it in the last time you parked it? Either way would be fine. 2. Flight Director wing will not follow glideslope during LPV approaches using the gtn750. Dunno if this helps but I notice that often the g/s indicator will reset itself for no apparent reason during the approach by sliding all the way back up the AI & ADI, then back down quickly again...t…

Hello folks i have a problem loading a saved flight/create a new flight with the MU-2B as the aircraft in Prepare3D V2.5 every time P3D stops working and its only happening to the Version with the GTN 750 and the WX-Radar Dummy. What i have tried for now: Reinstalling the MU-2B V1.2 Reinstalling Flight1 GTN 750 Reinstalling whole P3D V2.5 and run it as administrator as Flight1 recommends it Created multiple saved flights at different locations, times, weather Themes This Problem appears only in the MU-2B i have no problem to save a flight with the C441, Turbine Duke V2 or A2A C182 all Equipped with the Flight1 GTN 750 so i think its a Airplane sided problem. My solution…

Just thought I'd let you know what I'm finding so far after a fresh install of 1.1: 1. Engine sound increases with full power :Big Grin: Nice one! 2. Seems like you need more thrust on final approach to maintain speed, but could be my imagination..haven't really tested it. 3. Plane will still not load in a cold/dark state - battery & avionics still on by default even though the flight file loading has them set to off, and props load unlocked. 4. F/D cue is still a pain in the arse to get it to turn off, especially after landing while having only NAV mode light engaged...you have to keep playing with it by pushing certain modes on and off and STBY a f…

Hi Joe...didn't even realize you updated the plane already...wow, that was very fast! How should I go about updating? Do I redownload the full installer from my account page, or is there just an updater I need to use?...If full installer should I uninstall first, or just over-install? Thanks for this, much appreciated btw. Nevermind...just downloaded from my account page and see its rev 1.1 Going to uninstall first before reinstalling it just to be safe.

I just purchased the plane late last night so I've only had a chance so far to do a couple of touch & goes in the pattern. Since I have no experience with this plane I'm assuming either I'm doing something wrong or my issues may be intended by design so I thought I'd ask to find out. By the way, love the attention to all the little details on this plane...nice job, you can really feel the "love" that was put into her. Here are the few issues I'm having, Joe: 1. plane wobbles & dips side to side during taxi and landings. 2. If you forget to lock the start locks during engine shut down and wish to restart engines for a second flight, the start locks can't be r…

Hi, Just purchased the Mu-2B, and have only done one quick flight, but I have a question - I cannot find a way to turn on the radar. I am using the GNS 530 model, the avionics switches, generator switches and the inverter switch are all on. On the video, it appears he just turns the knob on the lower left to standby and later, to on. I can't find a click spot anywhere on the radar. I know you went to a lot of effort to get the sounds right, but the rotating beacon is going to drive me crazy! I'm going to look for a way to lower the volume. Dale

Hi all-- I bought the MU-2 just after its release. It's a work of art, inside and out. I've had no problems starting the engines and getting all of the systems up and running. I've only had one (big) issue with it so far; I can't for the life of me find the correct power settings for taxiing the bird. I've watched the engine start training video several times to ensure that there was not some step I missed, or some setting that I have wrong, but cannot figure it out. Every time I've fired it up and have tried to get it moving, it has taken a minimum of 40% torque to get it in motion. That in and of itself would not seem a problem, but once …

Nice job on the MU-2, guys! I just picked it up over lunch and did some quick pattern work. First impressions: 1) I'm flying in P3D and the model looks much better "in person" than on the training videos (which are well done). No offense intended, Joe. The VC is very well modelled. Switch sounds and engine sounds are very good. If you don't follow the correct start procedure, the engines will not light. Trust me. 2) Taxiing is very smooth, but I found I needed a good amount of power to get it moving. Maybe that's true in the real aircraft too. Either way, once moving, it was easy to taxi. 3)Flying the MU-2 is a beautiful experience. It feels much different tha…
