Hello my friends, a fellow simmer showed me this bug on his Flysimware Cessna 414 on the cockpit overhead panel lights. It looks like this glitch was caused by the previous update. Please fix this little visual glitch in one of the next C414 updates, and thank you very much for delivering us the best GA private airplane ever made for a sim! Have a wonderful week and always a good flight.

Microsoft 'upgraded' P3D to MSFS. It seems to me, it's only logical that Flysimware do the same to their Learjet 35A and the Falcon 50, and *also* offer a modern jet as their next project. It would make sense, since they apparently already have access to a subject matter expert (SME, see below) and the aircraft. Quote:.... I fly two FC530 equipped 35A's, and an FC550 equipped 55. We almost exclusively use pitch mode for climbs and descents, with the occasional engagement of VS mode in a descent. IAS/MACH is useless from a passenger comfort standpoint. It constantly hunts around for the target speed, and never really stabilizes. As you know, its a react…

I am posting this in case anyone else has been having this problem. I did what was in the thread below for the 402, 441, and MU2 and all worked with the autopilot except Glide slope coupling on LPV approaches. All 3 airplanes would not couple until I added the Connect GPS to VOR1 indicator setting in the RXP settings for the airplanes. I also changed the VLOC source to VOR1 instead of Auto. Until I did that the airplanes would not couple and cause the Flight Director to command a descent on the Glideslope on LPV approaches. It would just continue flying inbound at the intercept altitude with the APR staying on ARM. I never saw this setting mentioned as being needed b…

Hello, I tried to create a new account at the FSW store last night so I could buy the new 414. I never got an email to activate the account, this would have been about ten hours ago. Checked my junk mail and all that usual stuff. Thanks.

Hi, I was wondering if you plan to bring your fantastic Learjet 35 into MSFS at some point? I loved it in P3D but have completely switched to MSFS now and I'd really like to fly it in the new sim. The modern business jets are not my cup of tea unfortunately, too technical, I loved it that the Lear 35 feels like a super fast GA plane rather than an Airliner.

Hello guys, I notice the altitude hold of the autopilot seems to suddenly disconnet. Altitude drops or increases and autopilot authority seems to malfunction(does nothing about it). I remember an update in the past but did a search around and cant find it. Also noticed V4.3c is still latest version, right?. Thanks for support...

Hi I'm really interested in the flysimware FMS but there's barely any info about it. Will you post some more preview, videos for example? I'm curious about vertical navigation, it's handling of holdings and editing of more complicated arrival and approach combos. does it handle vertical path properly? as you know apart from PMDG, there isn't any properly working FMS on the market. I had many bad experiences it would be nice to see before I buy thx.

I just had an interaction with the Flysimware Support Team regarding two of their products I purchased through FSPilotShop. It has renewed my faith in product support! I described the problem I had, they answered with the solution (in 1 day!), and lo and behold, I am now the grateful owner of updated copies of their Lear and Mitsubishi products. Thank you, Flysimware Support! Really excellent job, well done!

As of yet Milviz has not come up with an update to their weather radar that will work in P3Dver5.2, and I have my doubts that they ever will (hope I'm wrong). As a result, at the present time a number of my Flysimware aircraft (Lear35A, Falcon50, MU-2, C402, C441) have a dead, inop Milviz wx radar in the VC instrument panel. So I have resurrected a gauge I developed years ago for FSX before I had the original WX radar. Shown below is what I loosely call a "wind radar" (it is not really a radar unit), but just is an attempt to make some use of the Milviz wx radar screen space (all WX radar controls are inop). I prefer this to having a permanently inop, dark gauge in the p…

Hi... I'd just purshased the Lear 35 from Flysimware Store and had some Issues: 1- The program does not recognise the FsX Steam edition Path... I copied the path from the navigation bar and pasted... it worked. 2- The Aircraft does not appear on the Aircraft selection menu on free flight.. 3- I'd unistalled them tried to do te same on the step one... And now the installer does not work as the previous try, even if you copy and paste the path on the Sim... Any help or comments would be usefull

Hi all, I have the Grumman Widgeon for MSFS 2020 and I have a few emails telling me I need to patch it a few times now. I tried following the email links but they seem dead to me (they're not even links just empty image placeholders it seems like), and the website is similarly unintuitive, I click on an update download button and all that happens is that I'm directed to the same page. Is there some knack to this?

As most probably are aware, P3Dv5.2 has been released with lots of changes/updates. FYI: 1.Updates are available for the RXP GTN750/650 and GNS530. 2. Updates are available for the Flight1 GTN750/650. If is worth noting that Flight1 has announced that their GTN750/650 and GNS GPSs will no longer be sold after the end of this month, and support will end at the end of the year. Also note RXP has a sale on their GT750/650 until the end of the month. 3. An update is available for Active Sky. 4. FSUIPC does not require an update. 5. The current version of FFTF Dynamic P3Dv5 seems to work in that it loads at least. [Update]. Developer now says an …

I thought I'd start a thread here for comments on the new Widgeon for MSFS I had the aircraft in FSX and P3D as well,, and it is nice to have it in MSFS as well. I don't notice a lot of differences (mind you, I'm not a rivet counter, nor a checklist fetishist) but there's a few things that jump out. First, the altimeters doesn't work. Bit odd to se this in an aircraft.. Then, if you zoom out in external view, at a certain moment, chocks, tie ropes appear, and the props become stationary, like here: jk5404 by JanKees Blom, on Flickr when they appear varies with the angle you're viewing the aircraft btw. The model is listed as beta, so I'm hopi…

MSFS installer for Grumman throws VB run-time error, and final install box will not let me click and retype path, nor will the browse box activate (grayed out). Guess I'll wait for explanation from Flysimware.

Hi All: This time of year I find myself starting flights especially early in the morning. I always start from cold and dark. And it is really dark outside . Any ideas on how to get enough light to find the batt switches and the light switches? What d you guys and gals do? On some aircraft I can hit Shift + L and the lights come on regardless of batt position. Not so with the Lear. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Rick

I have been noticing stuttering lately with some of my aircraft when in P3D v5.1. Namely my flysimware aircraft. When, for example, taxiing at KDEN by Flightbeam, I experience momentary stutters about every 15 seconds when taxiing or flying. I thought it was with a particular plugin so I started that line of troubleshooting. Then I started trying other aircraft. No stuttering with my Carenado aircraft, PMDG 737 NGXu, FsLabs A320 etc. But I do experience it with my Flysimware Lear 35A , Falcon 50 and MU2. All of these have the Reality XP GTN 750 installed in them which I did a few days ago, changing from the Flight1 GTN over to the Reality XP GTN. So I am looking f…

Hi all: I find it useful to have a Pause on TOD, or Pause at a fixed distance from arrival. Does anyone have an idea how that could be implemented in the Lear 35? Perhaps through a LUA? I'd appreciate your thoughts. Rick

I’ve seen a few posts lamenting the lack of a TOD pause capability in MSFS so I put together a FSUIPC7 Lua script (MSFS_PauseTOD.lua ) which will pause MSFS at a user specified time (in minutes, 1 to 1000+) after the script is run. So this Poor Man’s script does not detect an actual TOD, but requires the user to estimate the time to TOD (as do the similar Pause Lua scripts for P3Dv4 and P3Dv5). Note that Lua scripts require a registered (payware) copy of FSUIPC7 to run. MSFS_PauseTOD.lua Thanks to a new MSFS SDK 'work around' by John Dowson, the MSFS_PauseTOD.lua script is convenient to use. When the script is run in response to a key or button input, the sc…

The Milviz WX Radar (previously a Milviz/REX product) is now available for P3Dv5 for $19.99USD. Previous P3D4 radar owners can get it for half price if you email them your P3Dv4 registration info ahead of time (they will then email you a purchase discount code). See details here: https://milviz.com/flight/products/WXRadarV5/ Al

Sent an email with a list of my purchases both from the now defunct Flight Sim Store, and from Simmarket. Some I bought twice, because I could no longer get them from FSS... I see upgrades to most of my products, but they are not available at Simmarket. How do I obtain support for my products ?
