Just installed ver 1.8 into P3d ver 3.23. Having some issues with the nav radios on the GTN750 441. The frequencies are the same when changing, so in fact you don't have a Nav2 option unlike the GNS530 441. I did have a problem also with trying to fly a vor course, when I swapped to the GNS version and back to the GTN ver it was ok. I could central the needle and fly the course. Also when flying an approach which buttons on the Autopilot do I engage. bob

Hi all, I'm designing a new livery for the Mitsubishi changing the PSD format material supplied from the Flysimware website. I've looked in the FSX and Prepar3d and the Textures are BMP files. My software (Affinity for a mac) wont export the files in a BMP format. I would be helpful if there is a decent bit of software others have used to convert the files reliably that someone could recommend. I'm sure there are forum questions on how to install the new livery so I'll take a look for that, would be great if there was a little app to do it rather than manually, backing up the previous. Today on a PilotEdge flight I came upon a line of popup thunderstorms crossing over the north rim of the Grand Canyon. In addition to making for interesting flying, it gave me a chance to compare the real-world radar on ForeFlight with the REX WX Advantage Radar in the sim and the clouds in the simulated sky (via AS 16). All told, it was very realistic. See this shot which shows the real world radar on the iPad with the WX radar on the dash. I've circled my position on ForeFlight. The sim and real echoes are about the right distance, angle, intensity, etc. It was cool.

How do you install a repaint, it says to put the next number in the file, but what number ?

Has anyone else had problems getting the morse code from VORs? I am using the Flight1 GTN 750 and it is setup correctly. I was tracking the Thermal VOR, but I couldn't get the morse code.

Hey guys I use the saitek multi panel, most of the functions work however I want to be able to somehow map the saitek modes as follows but not sure if its possible so let me know. Saitek HDG to Lear HDG Saitek NAV to Lear NAV Saitek IAS to Lear SPD Saitek ALT to Lear ALT SEL Saitek VS to Lear VS Saitek APR to Lear GS Again not sure if its possibe. Anyone else your the multi panel with the lear?

How do you set the digital clock to sim time?

hi All Having purchased and installed wx advantage radar all I am getting is a black window square when pressing Alt+8. There is a reference on the Flysimware Learjet website "When selecting our aircraft in the sim they will have these tag names: "RDR_GNS" or "RDR_GTN". Mine only have RDR/GNS etc,which are the models to use when you don't have wx advantage radar. Can anyone who has successfully installed this program be of any help ie is there some instruction I have missed Many thanks Mike.

Got the new update tonight that integrates the Milviz radar into the Lear and it works like a dream :smile: All I need know is someone who will make a new paint on this jet with an Australian regestration :smile:

Folks, if you decide to buy the REX/Milviz radar unit in P3D for the Lear or MU-2 make sure you either have the latest version of P3D 2.5 or the latest of version 3.3. I miss read thinking it supported all versions of P3D 2 and that is not the case. I still have 2.4 so when I get around to upgrading to P3D v3 I'll reinstall it. Cheers Martin

Hello and thanks for your Planes. I own the 441, mu 2, and the Lear 35. I have a question about the brightness of the GTN in these planes VC. I have gone into the F1 configuration module and set VC brightness to 100 in all of these planes. but the gtn still seems a bit dark for my liking. My question , is there any other way I can make the gtn's brighter in my VC's ? besides turning up my monitor brightness.

Hi question . The gtn 750 in the lear is very dark during the day, even with panel lights on, popup is fine. Anything I can do to fix it?

From Flysimware's Facebook page: Flysimware will no longer be integrating Reality's weather radar for future products. Greetings: I'm finding the Learjet 35A is a fun model to fly. During installation I noticed the XML Tools utility did not find a critical file: FSX found on this machine!! XMLTools.dll successfully installed in FSX's main folder !! DLL.XML not found !! ==================== -Cannot find the file for this User. A manual search and update is recommended. Does anyone know how to perform a manual search? dll.xml on this system in the usual appdata/roaming/microsoft/fsx. FSX is installed into c:\FSX. Hello, First, I am so happy to see a quality sea plane for P3D. It sort of lacks when it comes to watercraft. Very happy that Flysimware stepped up. If I were to pick 2 things that really stood out as lacking in the new G-44A, it would be GTN750 integration and a quality custom sound set. I know you guys created a module, and hopefully a good dev steps up to make the amazing sound set your plane deserves. After turning on battery power and activating avionics switch, I do not get any radios. But when I hit the test button, the radios flash momentarily. Stephen

Hello guys, Just reinstalled P3D3.2 and i noticed that Roland radar is not working in my sim. Opened the sim, loaded the LJ35A and no radar working at all. I reviewed the entries to make sure i had them correctly. Also checked to hjave the file into gauge directory..... everything seems to be ok, but not working... Any clue?

After installing the latest Rev I went to install the dimmer patch updated version and noticed that the dimmer cab files installed with the aircraft have a different date on them than in earlier versions of the aircraft. So the question is have some upgrades been made to the dimmer cabs? Do I still need to install the patch to limit VAS? Thanks

Good day all. Just noticed that 2.2 was released yesterday (04 MAR) however on checking fspilotshop to redownload the new version, the old 2.1 is still on their servers. Requesting a timeframe for when 2.2 would be sent out.

On both my MU2 & Lear35 I have no working beacon or strobe lights. Ive tried everything I could to fix it like unstalling/reinstalling and etc. I run dx9 and I dont have this issue with any other of my addons. It just happens with my FSW aircrafts. All I get is a weird solid red light in the beacon with no flash or effect of any kind and my strobes dont flash at all....not sure if Im somehow missing files from my effects folder or what not but if anyone has any knowledge on what to do that would help me a bunch! Hi all I'm a happy owner of the Flysimware's MU-2. I really enjoyed it in FSX, but now I've brought it in P3D v3 and I have some issues with the GPS unit. The first one is nothing major, a texture blink in the panel above the 530, the button under "MKR/MUTE" has a graphic artifact which make it "blink", but not like a light, it's really a damaged texture. However my main problem is the GNS 530 itself, all its functions are operative, but the navigation map stutters very badly, it updates itself like once every 30 seconds, both in VC and in 2D interface, and sometimes it's stuck completely unless I change page and go back to NAV, then it updates once and stops there.
