I’m not saying this is P2A’s fault, but I noticed miscommunications between the X-craft ERJ V2 and P2A V3 - P2A does not send ATIS nor receives radio commands if the ERJ is powered by the GPU. It works if powered by APU or Generators. - P2A does not get radar contact if the transponder in TA/RA mode, it however does in other transponder modes. - P2A sees me at other altitude than what the ERJ altimeter is showing and keeps asking me to descend to the SID restriction. Hi, no matter what i do in settings i cannot seem to get the weather radar overlay to show on maps. Any advice? Thanks.

For the last couple of days when I bring up P2A, the maps don't display. I've tried them all (Satelite, Street, Sectional, etc) but that entire window is blank. I think this started happening on Friday if memory serves. Is there something I might have accidentally changed to cause this? Thanks -mark

Can you please implement a button and/or key assigment possibility for switching between COM 1 and COM 2? Often P2A switches from COM1 to COM2 and I do loose the communication. Then I have to open P2A manually and switch back to COM1.

Despite setting the root folder to D/Charts nothing shows up when i click on local folders. Any ideas?

I have been working on my home flight simulator to create a relatively close replica of the Piper PA28-235 that I fly in real life. I am using X-Plane 12, Air Manager for a 2D panel replicating the actual panel. We have an IFD-440 that I have replicated with an Ipad mini running IFD Trainer XP that operates Com1/Nav1 and the GPS. I also have the following propwash devices installed: PWS6000 audio panel, PWS 155 Dual radio (Com2/Nav2), PWS 320 transponder, and PWS 140 Autopilot. Hi! I've deleted all Online voices and have all available Natural voices installed, yet the only options I have for voices in my dropdown are three Desktop voices and one text-to-speech voice (en-Helen). Any other fixes I should applying to get Natural voices working? I think they DID work when I first installed (and I just uninstalled and re-installed v3.0.2.9)... but I messed around, and now no matter what I do - no Natural voices appear in the Voices dropdown. Can't get a good screenshot of the dropdown, but you get the idea: a few Desktop voices like Zira, a bunch of SAPI New Voice listings that don't do anything, and that's it. Hi, Is there any tag on the XML that can be added to make certain voices run randomly just in certain regions? I have around 350 Narrator voices installed and added to the random list xml and the variation is amazing but wondering if there is any sort of regionalization that can be done via the xml and if yes, what would the pre-defined regions be? Hi, using the trial version to consider if purchase the tool. It's a real good tool also considering the possibility to use AWS voices that are really good. The only doubt I have is regarding the need to always use several mouse clicks to be able to send requests to ATC (I use copilot auto respond). Is it planned to have hotkeys allowing to select the wanted request and the related different variants related that? This could also allow to create a sort of panel (that i have in mind) to still more speed the issue of the requests and their different possible options. Thanks and kinf ìd regards Joe

I always have problems with vectoring approaches. It always takes me quite far from the runway, and at some point I think I'm going to lose and then I do the approach without ATC. Is there perhaps a setting I need to change? is there a way to start P2A in the middle of a flight, due to a crash/problem and you to re-load? There seems to be no function to get an IFR Clearance once you have left the departure airport. Could a "Force Clearance" or something be implemented for such occasions? Thanks

I can't imagine this doesn't exist but I've scoured the manual and can't find any mention of it and neither can I find it in the Settings Menu. I'm pretty sure I used it in v2.

Hello friends, I'm new to P2ATC (in trial now), new to Avsim and am a total novice pilot flying exclusively C172, attempting touch and goes and short hops from my local airport to nearby small airports in X-Plane 12. Perhaps I don't understand how ATC works in P2ATC or in real life, but in X-Plane 12, ATC handles me all the way through my flight, whereas P2ATC seems to stop giving vector instructions after I take off even remaining in the pattern. I know I'm misunderstanding something, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do. Thank you for any help for a fledgling pilot.

I've conducted numerous commercial IFR flights using P2A V3.0.0 EA in X-Plane. I also performed these flights in parallel using P2A V2.7.0.3. I was unable to complete any of the flights in P2A V3 successfully because the connection to the controller was repeatedly lost, even though the aircraft's position was displayed correctly in P2A at all times. I suspect that the new IP connection to X-Plane 12 is unreliable. This makes flying with P2A V3 anything but enjoyable. For example, you can attempt a short flight from LEBL to LEPA. I'm trying to setup a long haul in the PMDG 777-300ER and I keep getting this error message which is preventing me from Validating and Filing a FP. Due to the necessary Step Climb procedure (P2A does not seem to be able to discern this) the FL alt. is coming in at FL300 when in fact the FP clearly shows step climbs up to FL 360. When I try and change the Cruise Alt. in P2A it appears to accept it at FL 360 and the altitudes in the Trgt Alt column confirm that but the message persists and I'm unable to fly. I have already checked all possible "Ignore" boxes in the ATC Settings tab so I'm at a loss.

Hope someone can help. Just upgraded to v3 from v2. Installed this .exe: Pilot2ATCv3_Full_Setup_EarlyAccess_0.2.8. When I choose Data Mnt to convert v2 data, I get this error. I have never had a Navigraph subscription and just want to bring in data from v2. The error message is below.

I keep getting overlapping Chatter when the monitor button is on, so I turn it off, but it keeps randomly enabling it again...? Thanks

I flew with P2ATC V2 for a long time. Now I've switched to version 3. The first flights were quite successful. However, I do have a few questions. In the old version, a clearance to descend was issued at the TOD. If my calculated TOD was a little earlier, I could request it (request enroute descent). In version 3, I can see the TOD in the flight plan, but nothing happens when I reach the point. Does the TOD work differently in version 3? Regards Andreas

In a recent flight with P2ATC 0.2.7A and X-Plane I went missed because I was set up to land on one runway and I was cleared for the approach on another. (hmmm.... maybe ATC could have said something?) Somewhere along the line while trying not to crash I forgot to communicate what I was doing (aviate, navigate, communicate!). Ultimately, I came back around and landed on a parallel runway without clearance. I was unable at that point to get P2ATC to respond to me, such as reporting clear of runway, requesting taxi to parking/gate, etc. And I even had the copilot make these calls for me in its well-formatted syntax.
