Hi there, I have a problem with the "Flaps 0, set IAS 185..." I can't get my FO to recognize it. Everything else works just fine, the windows speech engine recognizes "flaps" out of FSX, approach and landing calls work fine (flaps in there as well), but after takeoff he always understands "set", not "flaps"... Any Ideas? I'd really like a reliable way to trigger the FO's flows. As of now, the only way is to do everything myself, including his full flow, above and below the line... As an aside: During one of my more desperate tries, he once understood "flex temp" He seems to have been downgraded (?) from jets to turboprop Does anyone have any ideas? Cheers,…

I have a really strange problem with the Q400 version of FS2Crew in that the sound works fine and then drops off....only to come back again. I first noticed this when playing the briefing that the sound cut in and out. Later on during checklists some items are just not said by the FO but if I say the answer he then chimes back in with the rest of the list. Really odd and not a problem I have had before with FS2Crew. Any ideas?

I have a problem, it doesn't understand every thing I'm saying, like when I call upon the 24h System checks or the Number of fuel in the aircraft onboard: it doesn't understand On board for example and hears "on comm one"... Major Help please ?

Hi guys.. I'm experiencing a major problem. No matter which FO voice i use, EU, UK or US i experience the same problem over and over again The voice of the FO but also when making the voice test mutes all the time. very strange is, that the indication on on the SERV/INT stays green and the volume is up. for instance i say : cockpit to ground, then i hear go ahead, i say: please connect external power: that the power will be connected and i hear. captain external power .... --> sound is mute or for instance the FO tells me that he is going out for the walkaround but when entering at T 20 minutes i don't hear him say that he is back. or for instan…

In FS2Crew the boarding takes about 20 minutes. I don't think this is realistic in a small aircraft with up to 74 passengers. A boarding time of about 5 minutes would be more realistic. Right now when doing a turnaround I got about 5 minutes for deboarding and refueling. A turnaround within 30 minutes certainly is possible in the Dash 8, but you wouldn't start the boarding 25 minutes prior to the ETD! Could this please be looked at again? I am sure you will get some more advice on the times during the turnaround from your real world advisors.

Hi Bryan, just a short question on the procedural side: When exactly are you supposed to disconnect the GPU? According to the manual, this will happen right after engine start. However, the command "We are ready for engine start" - and thus the clearance to start all engines - will only be recognized with the GPU already disconnected. So in order to get the ground crew command to work, we have to disconnect the GPU, which is supposed to happen after the engines are started. Could you please check or clarify? Thanks a lot. Hi Bryan, Comparing the NGX I see there are simple things missing with the Q400 which could add to the experience. Runway entry procedure Check with PNF announcing ready for takeoff. Cold weather and deicing procedures. Anything else that can be taken from the NGX which could be used in the Q400. Hopefully you can add these in at some stage. Best regards.

I have a problem with two of my FS2Crew versions: The Majestic Dash 8 and the PMDG737. All of the sudden and without any repeating circumstances I am loosing the voice of FS2Crew. The FO will simply not talk with me anymore, though he still hears and does what I'm saying. The speaker test does also not work anymore. When I restart the sim it works again, but this is still pretty annoying. The problem cam happen at any time, regardless of the stage of the flight or the number of the leg I'm doing. If you got any advice what to try I would be thankfull for your help. With best regards Emanuel

Hi Just getting used to the new Q400 and just having a little bit of difficulty as the Below The Line checkilist is not triggered? Here's my flow: 'Before takeoff checklist to the line' Condition Levers? - MAX Trims? 3 SET Flight/Taxi? Flight I then call for 'Below the line' and nothing happens? I have even tried 'before takeoff checklist to the line' still nothing? The green txt at the top show the voice command correctly? Is there a 'trigger' I may have missed? Hi, After flying with FS2Crew for enough flights to get comfortable it is time I listed a few abnormalities while running through the tutorial. v1.1 Start crew: The term Cockpit to ground is recognized but not Ground from cockpit for some reason. It shows in the green bar but no verbal response. I can successfully request connect external power but not disconnect. Are there any requirements prior to disconnecting ext. power? After start: There is no voice command for pulling the chocks. Final approach checklist. Condition levers - Max even if using reduced NP. Is there a check response while using reduced NP? This is all I can find so far. Well done …

Hi guys: First, thanks for this amazing software! I'm brand new to FS2 Crew; the Dash-8 is my first foray and am wondering about closing the main panel. I assigned a single key to the "Autofeather (arm/off)" in FSX and using it brings up the main panel but it will not close it. The manual section "Opening and Closing the Main Panel" seems to imply that the same key should toggle the panel "off," no? Also, I'm able to reposition the main panel window normally by dragging, but is there a way to resize it using the mouse (or in the panel.cfg)? Again, many thanks. I can't wait to get it working!

For some reason I had a really tough time getting this version of FS2Crew working which is strange because its my third or fourth one over the years and I never had problems before. I finally got the sound through my headset but the voice recognition seemed to have a very difficult time understanding me. I guess I will have to go through the recognition test once more and perhaps add a few of my own words. Anyway, the issues were as follows: 1) All sound files from FS2Crew seemed to cut in and out, or cut off mid way, or one of the checklist item was never read out at all. Hi! First some small "things": When contacting the ground crew "ground from cockpit" they don't answer with "go ahead". But if I ask them to connect or disconnect groundpower they do that and the conversations is working between us. "Skip" is not working when you want to proceed with no action in the checklist. The Descent Checklist is not working very well for us flying outside US, since it starts with the altimeters, and at 10 000 when we are suppose to read it we are still on FL. And a "skip" is not working as I mentioned above. An option to have it "below the line"? Overall I think you get very little support with the altimeters since your co-pil…

Hi, I have a little problem, then I say "gear down reduce NP" the FO dose every thing but press the Reduce NP button. I'm i doing something wrong or did I miss read somthing?

My first flight today with Fs2crew ! amazing work (y) but when the fo says Approach & Landing Brief and i sey Complete nothing happend....and try to speak below the line,,nothing happend. Some kind of bug or what ?

A couple users got the red "Fail" message. You need to install the Majestic 1.00803 patch as an "Admin" if you're not an Admin. Right click on the patch install file and select "run as admin". Cheers,

Firstly, thank you for an excellent release. Everything seemed to work well. Each new aircraft release just builds on the previous ones. Very well done. My comments... 1. After landing checklist - MFD 1 to doors. By doing this action the taxi speed is not available anymore. Can this action be delayed until the parking? 2. There were a couple of stages prior to flight where the main panel didn't proceed to the next section but I think I will leave that until I try a few more flights. Probably issues my end. 3. Hi I have just bought a copy of FS2Crew_MJC8_Q400_Voice (Order number: #37029) and downloaded it using "Down them all" download manager. The download appeared to have arrived successfully, but when I went to unzip it, I got the error message: "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem. Just trying out the new FS2Crew, and right in the middle of the before start checklist, the FO goes silent, i look down at the radio panel and notice that the INT indication has turned white which seems to mean the radio panel is muted, i already tried adjusting the volumes and when i do the audio test in fs2crew it says CHECK VOL. how do i correct it? nevermind figured it out, needed to click in the center of the volume switch
