Hello! I am on P3Dv4.2 - on pushback and startup the FO says "it looks like we are picking up some ice" but it is 25°c and we are on ground - on takeoff he mentioned V1 way too early (at around 60knots, and the vspeeds where correctly set) But the most annoying is that he repeats "1000 to go, alt sel" in climb every few hundred feet. But ALT is set to FL210. When I reached the FL210 he repeats its all few secodns - I hate his voice now 😡 Should I just reinstall or is there someone else with same problem? Thanks!

hello I use the Goflight MCPPro when I activate fscrew flashing allle LED`s on MCPPro which does not bother so much. But if I issue the command set heading XXX or set IAS XXX during the flight, the settings will run in an infinite loop. You can not stop that. I also have the problem that V1, Acceleration Heigh and QNH are announced too early or completely wrong (QNH). LUA is set to YES in the CFG. These problems only occur with the Dash 8, but I do not have the problems with PMDG or Maddog X. thanks for your help Klaus

I bought the software yesterday 2018-04-22. Installed it, Run Configurator as Admin and P3D v3 also. Today I followed the instructions and selected the N key as the Button Control for Propeller Sync (on/Off). As indicated in the Manual And it does not work anymore. I remembered that yesterday I assigned it to AUTOFEATHER (Arm/Off) event. So I changed it back to that. And it works. So what is wrong here? Bat

the command "Flaps 0, IAS 185, climb checklist to the line" is not executed although the command is displayed correctly in the text line. For the FO repeats constantly "1000 Feet, Alt Sel" Everything works fine until the takeoff and initial climb, no problems. thanks for your help Klaus

Goodday, I just reinstalled my Dash 8 and my FS2Crew, all without problems. When I'm in the Vc of my Dash 8, I press my key combination for the main panel. Loads up normally. But then when I press the CFG button to configure a headset, it says HS: NO SUCH DEVICE and I cant select as there are no headsets seen by FS2crew. Also, when i want to proceed in the CFG menu I get black display (FS2Crew main panel) Windows 10 sees my headset, ive tried to unplug-plug it. Greetings, Erik Schlijper

Is anyone else seeing an issue in version 3.3 where the FO doesn't select the doors page after landing even with the option set to yes in the cfg settings? For me the FO only sets the doors after I call for engine 1 to start/feather. I’m wondering if I’m missing a step or something.

I am having a ball with my FO since you managed to bring him to life, Bryan, really appreciate it. The one thing I don’t like about FS2Crew is that it seems so awfully lonely without it that I will usually only buy aircraft with FS2Crew capability ;-) I have noticed the following: It seems to me that during the FO’s before start flow he pushes the TOGA buttons. However, since I am the PF I regard that as my duty and besides it is mentioned in my flow to set the panel. The result of the FO’s action is to delete the ALT SEL that I had previously selected. So I am not sure the FO should touch the TOGA button when he does. As I understand it the FO should perfo…

Would be posible to add two this two things?: 1. After landing when Taxing FO turn off the Windows heating, when i'm flying with HGS it's very dificult to keep focus on Taxiway and Turning that back ON. Maybe will be posible to change flows so that the Heating will be turned off first after engines are off. 2. When i'm flying Visual approach after base turn i would like to turn off the Flight Director, why i can't do this with voice command "Select Standby" or "Flight Director Standby". The FO respond only V1, instead of responding V1...VR...rotate. Any solution?

Parking Checklist - Below the line - EMERG LIGHTS switch I should reply OFF, but a couple of times I forgot to turn the Emerg Lts Off and left them in ARM position but he didn't query this mistake and moved on to the next item. Only a very minor point but I thought I would mention it. Glen

While hand flying the Q400 during the climb, as I'm right handed I find it quite difficult to zoom the view to the Altimeter and select Standard pressure of 1013mb (29.92), this involved taking my hand off my X52 Pro stick to use the mouse. Would it be possible to add a voice command like 'Set Pressure XXXX' or 'Set Altimeter XXXX' or during the climb just say 'Set Altimeter Standard' when passing the Transition Altitude. When flying using the A/P its not a problem doing it myself just very awkward when hand flying. Glen

I notify the cabin of TOD, but my first officer always says I will be off 1 and notify them again to prepare for arrival. am I missing something????

Sim : P3dV4.1 FS2Crew : 3.2 I'm currently loading the Q400 with the 'Boarding' cockpit state. To save time I'm skipping the PF Events option within FS2Crew and going straight to 'Before Start', although I have FS2Crew controlling the doors in the Config settings the doors are not being closed before departure. What is the trigger for FS2Crew to close the doors ? Glen

Hi In the departire brief you can choose several TO power settings. In my experience only Ntop and Mtop are recognized by FS2CREW. Is there any chance to have all the RDC TOP included on the after start checklist - engine rating answer? Am i doing something wrong? Thanks.

Hi Guys, I’ve just upgraded tot FS2crew 64bit for the majestic dash 8 pro but I do have a small problem. When I need the to respond to the checklist with the word “on” FS2crew reeds it as many different words like “alt” and a few others but not as ON. I did re run the voice training of the speech engine with no solution. Is there a way to train the speech engine on one different word by itself? Does somebody encounter the same problem? I'm very new to the Q400 so may have missed something, but going through the Q400 tutorial there doesn't seem to be a request from the FO to ask the Captain to turn the Seat Belt signs off at 10,000 FT. The only thing I could find is the FO turns them on again during the 'Descent Checklist to the Line' Just seems unusual compared to other FS2Crew aircraft I have flown, this point is always covered. Hi folks, I purchased the P3DV4 version yesterday and tried to install it. During installation I get a setup mistake message: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.24123 Setup mistake 0X80070666 - another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product use Add(/Romove Programs on the Control Panel." I tried to run it anyhow but I get a crash to desktop when running the program and selecting the Dash 8 Q400. When uninstalling all is functioning normally. Tks for your help. Bruno

Hello! Having problem with the last version of FS2Crew. When saying "set IAS 185" (for instance), IAS value change but never stops at the good one (here, 185). Bad interaction with SPAD.neXt? Any idea? Matt

I downloaded FS2CREW to go along with my majestic dash 8 pro and under the install options I have fsx, fsx and fsxse side by side, then my P3D options. Which do I select if I am running fsxse only? Hi, I fly both the Q400 and PMDG regularly and it appears that the PMDG-PNF is much better in recognizing what I say then the Q400-PNF. In Q400 I have to say some phrases/words multiple times. Is there a major difference in the PMDG/Q400 coding or is it caused by another issue? P.S. (As requested earlier) Can you please split the following phrase in 2 calls "FLAPS 0, I A S TWO TEN, CLIMB CHECKLIST TO THE LINE" 99 out of 100 times the PNF does not understand what I'm saying. I've made countless flights with the Q400 and FS2Crew now and I believe I've really gotten the hang of it... except for one thing. I routinely have problem with the Before Takeoff Checklist (below the line) call for the Runway. I have an awful time getting it to understand my response of 'runway xxx heading xxx'. According to the display, it always seems to think I'm saying 'hundred' instead of heading not matter how slow or staccato my annunciation is. Like today leaving Oslo it kept reading Runway One Nine Right Hundred One Nine Three. I have no problems when I command heading changes or announce new FCP heading inputs. It's only during this particular call …

Hi, today i've found that on the FS2 CREW window on FSX Steam i have the "Fail" notice instead of the Pre Flight Events timer. Everything seems to work fine, ground and checklists. I have reinstalled but it persists. What should i do? Thanks, regards.
