Hi Bryan, I have a small problem with version 1.5 of FS2Crew for the Majestic Dash-8. When I reach top of climb then the FO keeps saying "One thousand to go. Alt Sel." He continues to do so even after leveling off. Only way to stop him is to dial in a higher altitude. Is this a problem only on my system or have others also had this problem? Best regards Carlo

Updates to LINDA 2.6.6 and the Q400 module 2.2 addressing an issue with missing or broken voice responses when using FS2Crew and the VRI Combo 2 panels. These are available on the LINDA Download sub-forum There are reports of the FO repeating responses at cruise altimeter but only with LINDA. Further investigation is required.

Hi, is it possible to turn down the volume of FOs voice (as in the PMDG737 with FS2Crew)? Flying online sometimes briefing or checklists interfere with ATC-commands... Thanks.

...which is the command to, er, disconnect the GPU. Except that when I try it, following a successful "cockpit to ground dialogue", the only word that's recognised is "Disc" as in the power lever setting. Accordingly, the command to the ground crew is never delivered and I have to remove it manually. I'm probably missing something fundamental, somwhat am I doing wrong? This is with 1.5 BTW. Andy

I upgraded to the Q400 Pro and installed Version 1.4. I am running dual install of FSX and FSX-SE. I can see FS2Crew2010 in my FSX-SE directory and a version check shows 1.4 but there are no entries for the FS2Crew panel in the panel.cfg. I checked this because pressing C would not open the panel. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi some times I unable to reply to a checklist item ,is there any command (like SET AND CHECKED in reboot and 777) to skip it? Regards

Morning, Just downloaded the latest FS2 Crew for the Q400. Aircraft is a properly installed brand new Majestic Q400 Pro running on P3DV3. Program appears to install perfectly but when I click on the Config Manager, the Manager just hangs. I see three entries in the program manager for FS2CrewMJC_Voice_P3DV3 all using 108k of memory and zero CPU but all I'm getting is the spinning Windows 7 "hourglass" but the program never loads. If I choose to End Process, nothing happens as well and the program continues to hang. Suggestions? Stephen

I'm considering purchasing the Majestic Dash 8 Q400 Pro Edition, but I'm not sure is FS2Crew is compatible with the Pro Edition or will only work with the Pilot Editiion. Its quite a big purchase and I don't want to make any mistakes. Dan

Hi all, I've been rebuilding my flghtsim rig with P3Dv3. I've successfully installed the latest MJC8 v1.017RC1 and FS2Crew Voice v1.3. As shown in the screen capture, when I attempt to enable FS2crew, I get a FS2Crew error stating the Prepar3D.exe is not correctly registered, then quits. I was sure to chose the 'P3D v2+' option during the install. The latest FS2Crew voice with the PMDG 737 and 777 do not exhibit this behavior (works as expected) in P3Dv3. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Hallo i cannot open the FSCrew mainpanel with a key or a joystickbutton it works only with shift+8 only the PROPELLERSYNC (EIN/AUS) and QUELLE FUR STATIKDRUCK (EIN/AUS) work fine with key or button. And the FS2Crew Main Panel is not visible in the drop down list. Thanks for help Klaus

Hi I'm having problems with selecting the speech recognition language from English UK to English US. I am using windows 10 and have downloaded the English US pack from Microsoft but I cannot select it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. Callum.

Hi. In the Manual, in the Tutorial Flight section, it mentions the following: 2. To keep this tutorial short, we'll only mention the "critical" FS2Crew related items that you need to hit. If you want a expanded explanation of the various systems tests you can perform during the Originating flow, please consult Brendan Ratchford's excellent Tutorial. Is there such a tutorial, or is it just a mistake referencing the tutorial within the tutorial? Because I could not find it anywhere in the fs2crew site... Thanks!

I cannot pause the timer as suggested: 'Right Clicking' directly on the number will pause the countdown timer, and 'T+' will be replaced by a 'P'. Right clicking brings up the windows context menu only.

The checlists got stuck at some points The last point on the descent checlist wont work. I say complete and i see complete but nothing happens. Even after restarting the checklist flaps 15 before landing checlist nothing happens when i say down/3 green i use the latest version

Hi, Everytime I say "on" the Majestic Dash8 Q400 it interprets it as "arm". I followed the guide http://forum.avsim.net/topic/372413-the-new-way-to-train-the-speech-recognizer-for-specific-words-like-auto/ and added "on" and "armed" with totally different pronunciation but without any luck. The NGX interprets the command "on" and "armed" correctly for me. I know that "arm" and "on" are VERY close to each other pronunciation-wise. Is there a way to "reset" the interpretation for the Dash? Or how to fix it? UPDATE: I will try to create an alternate "Recognition profile" to see if that works. UPDATE 2: It worked!

Hi guys, Hope you can help me. Whenever I press HS on the Config Panel to route sounds through my headset, FSX crashes with the error message XACT Audio Init Failed. Contact FS2Crew error code 0x8889000a. Before this, FSCrew worked but I couldn't get sound through my headset and on the panel it said HS: No such device. So I tried a reinstall and now it detects and shows my headset but whenever I press HS it crashes.... Not sure what else to try! Please help Many Thanks Dan

I run FSX-acceleration on a Windows 7 (64-bit) PC and am learning the Q400 together with FS2Crew. I have an irritating reply on one of the checklists which wants to confirm that the APU is OFF. I do this by pressing the PWR button on the APU which I understand is the correct method, however, FS2Crew always comes back at me with "Are you sure?" Why, what have I omitted.? /JSMcWilliam/

Hello, I have an issue where I cannot get FS2Crew to use my headset for audio. I open the panel, wait for it to initialize, press CFG and my USB headset is listed under 'HS', but all audio is still routed to my primary audio device. I can press the up and down arrows to select either the Realtek Speakers, or the USB Headset, but all audio always goes to whatever Windows has set as the primary audio device. If I set the audio device to the headset, all audio goes there, but if it is set to speakers, I am unable to get FS2Crew to put the audio to the headset. I have also the iFly 737 FS2Crew, and its audio output does go to the headset properly. Thanks for your …
