Hi. I have 2 questions regarding the addon. 1: After acceleration height some operators would climb at IAS 210 knots, is it possible to call this during the after takeoff checklist (Flap 0 I A S 210)? Or do I have to independently call the speed after the checklist command? 2: I presume you would do the descent checklist when leaving cruise altitude (or thereabouts), but as the first item is "altimeters" this would prevent the FO from finishing the checklist until transition level. In Europe the transition level might be as low 5000 feet (probably lower in some countries) so the FO would not finish the other items until that time. Doesn't it seem m…

:smile: Hi All, Outside of the checklists if I want to make the FO set flaps, I can't figure out which phrase works. I have tried "Set Flaps 15" and "Flaps 15" to no avail. May I please know the correct voice command syntax? Thanks a ton in advance, Lucky :smile:

Haven't found it in the manual so I like to request it. Another thing: there is currently no way to get the landing lights on if we don't trigger the "descent checklist to the line" (which doesn't make sense to read the standard pressure back if we fly in Europe because the transition level is most time below FL100)..

For some reason FS2Crew keeps thinking I am saying "off" when my mic is turned off and hard mute is on. What could be the issue? It is annoying having that green line at the top showing up every 30 seconds.

Hello Byork, can we get a TO/GA command, please? It's right now impossible to fly a straight missed approach, because we have to look down to the throttles and can't concentrate to fly the Dash..

Hi there ! juste purchased the Q400 today. When I press the departure brief or ask if ready nothing happens. The button do not depress or the FO do not answer. I do it at about T-15 as requested in manual. Any help ? Thank's a lot

I ve noticed that the after take-off checklist seems to be a "dummie" or? What happened was that I forgot to call for "gear-up" after "postive climb". After a while I was wondering why the ac was climbing so slowly and noticed the gear was still down. Obviously there is actually no check of the position of the gear when the co-pilot silently perofrming the after take-off checklist. Is this a bug or supposed to be like this? Regards Johnny

After I updated the Majestic Dash 8 to 1.011, whenever I ask the FO to set an IAS by the MCP wheel after takeoff, the IAS value will start from 0 on pilot's PFD and cycles without stopping on the desided value. I noticed that the IAS value on FO's side doesn't move. Thanks in advance for the help

I made a 3 page document with condensed flows and checks for FS2Crew and MJC Q400, which I think can be usefull to some other simmers. Basicly these are the checklists and tutorial from the manual shottende in to à 3 page file. I noticed the FO setting the Wx radar to standby after completing the Wx Test during his originating flow. I thought the Wx radar goes to standby after pushback? Thanks, Mike

NOTAM: FS2Crew for the Majestic Dash 8 is now P3D 2.2 compatible. There is a new P3D 2.2 option in the main installer. There is no stand-alone update. You will need to re-download the main installer again via your FS2Crew account. Note: If you purchased from a 3rd party site other than FS2Crew, please wait a few days for the vendor to upload the new file to their servers.

I can open the VM panel and the commands to connect/disconnect the GPU work as they should. However, clicking on any of the other buttons on the VM panel does not produce the marshaler as visible...and yes, I am in windowed mode on a Win7 64 bit. Thanks

I get a lot of lag when using this product. The sim would pause/lag for 1/3 seconds when I move the mouse pointer across the screen. This is more noticeable in windowed mode. I use rex direct textures, active sky next, ezdock and aivlasoft efb all running at the same time. I have a 8350fx asus sabertooth 990fx, 8gbs ram msi gtx 670 my gpu and cpu is not overclock. I doubt that this is a hardware issue but I could be wrong. uac is disable on my pc but I still installed with administer. rights, fsx is also run as admin. I also made sure that the soft was setup properly according to the manual . My os is win 7 64 bit, I need help please.

Hi there, First of all I want to thank you for such a great product! At the moment I can say I do master the Dash 8 Q400 pretty well but I would love to train my landings with use of some circuits with Touch And Go's. Is there a way to let FS2Crew select flaps 15 on the runway and give a "Rotate" signal when preforming a touch and go? I like this option alot in the FS2Crew for the 737NGX and it helps a lot to train the landings.

My audio playback is broken up. This is noticeable in the audio test, PA's and when FO is carrying out checklists resulting in missing some items. Have downloaded latest update - still same problem. Versions for Ifly 737 and airbus worked straight away without any problems. Anybody any ideas? Thanks.

I'm going through the wonderful process of a full FSX reinstall and it makes you asks questions of yourself at every turn. For the Q400, during the Audio Test you get : Left speaker test : Right speaker test. I'm not sure if this test is to replicate the cockpit audio or the PC speakers sound check. If it is for the PC sound test, would it be feasible in any future update to add : Headset test? (I think the situation is the same with the NGX and i'm not sure of the other aircraft) With best regards Trev

Greetings folks, I'm a tad confused about the checklist and flow of the DASH-8/FS2Crew. As an example the Tutorial Flight's Originating Flow has all the checks in RED. Do I actually say those phrases and FS2Crew does something? Or is that what I have to do manually? It's a tad confusing for me. Thanks for any help on this. -Matt

Guys As this topic suggests I have to ask a very stupid question! :blush: I have not seriously used FS2 Crew before and certainly not any voice control. I have the Q400 though again not flown it a lot so far (that will change soon!). My rather stupid question is the most basic of all. Does voice control mean exactly that? In other words if I were to read out the checklist does the virtual First Officer carry out all the actions or are they split between Captain and First Officer? I am considering buying this product but when I read the product information and even watch the video it isn't obvious (at least to an ageing virtual pilot) who actually is ca…

Going to buy fs2crew from just flight, have a few points over there, does anyone here know if they have the latest version? And when updating the fs2crew q400 do I go to there site or go to the fs2crew site for updates.

Hi. It happens this. I push PA button on the aircraft to make the menu open on my left side. Then I push the Welcome message - as example - and the PA menu is automatically closed. When I push again the PA button on the aircraft for a second announcement, nothing happens. The menu PA remains closed. What can I do? Is it my fault? Thank you Raffaele

Im having some real problems with the voice recognition in terms of confirming 'NTOP' on the after start checklist. How is everybody pronnouncing it?

When I say "Flaps 0, Set IAS 185, Climb checklist to the Line", He never does what he is suppose to do cause he doesn't recognise when I say it.
