I never seem to hear this call. Is there a trigger I am missing?

Hi, Not sure why this happens, but sometimes I get both the FS2Crew PA announcements as well as the default Majestic crew announcements. It may be that I am doing something sometimes to start the Majestic announcements before I start FS2Crew? My passengers are getting confused... John

Still some speech recognition problems, after the methodes seen on the manual and those you guys gave me. FS2Crew has more than a hard time to recognise when I say "Climb" or "Before" and my main and biggest recognition problem is when I say "On". I need major Help ! :excl: :mad:

Attention, Majestic Software has released an update for the Dash 8 Q400. Latest version is V1.009. FS2Crew will be releasing 1.3 shortly. You will need to have V1.009 from Majestic Software to use FS2Crew V1.3 as V1009 makes a big change!

Hi, I was wondering if saying please after the checklist dose anything, because I checked both and when I say for example "before start checklist"the FO does his flows and then starts the checklist, but when I say "before's checklist please" he does the same exact thing, and I have noted in the greenbar it is telling the difference between when I say please and when I don't. I understanding from the manual, he supposed to do the flows and wait for the checklist if you don't say please, or am I reading it wrong?

Good day. I know that due to the nature of the Q400, the FSX default pushback cannot be used by FS2Crew, but given that Majestic implements the pushback via FMS, can't FS2Crew connect to that instead? Just because it's a bit annoying that while I'm able to talk to ground crew with FS2Crew, I will have to click buttons on the FMS to get a pushback... Detracts from "suspension of disbelief". Can't that be worked out together with Majestic? Thanks!!!

Hey Bryan! I'm again in conflict with the bleed settings: When I set them to MAX after engine start or tell the first officer to do so he doesn't turn them back to MIN during his before takeoff flow but says "Bleeds min on". Of course I have 1.2 installed... Could you be so kind and check that please? Thanks a lot! Cheers Matt

Is there a PDF tutorial that combines a flight with FS2Crew so we know what to do at different times?

First of all, Thank You for all FS2Crew series! I have a little issue here: when I say "set heading XXX", the FO begins to turn the heading knob ... and turns ... and turns ... and turns .... passing throw the desired heading 2, 3 times until finally set it up correctly. (and sometimes it never comes true). I checked the versions installed and even reinstalled FS2Crew without success Note: I use FS2Crew Airbus extended and NGX versions without problems ... I downloaded Q400 from Simworld. I checked all Hot Fixes. Installation completed without any incident, I clicked FS2C Confing Icon. Configurations screen appeared for a second and disappeared. I clicked F2C Icon again this time I got warning "This Icon either removed or changed". Then I re-downloaded Q400 from my FS2C account. Same result ICON started momentarily then same warning messages appeared. How can I solve this problem. Thanks

Greetings - When starting FS2Crew with the assigned keystroke, I get the rotating circle of doom in Windows 7 - if I click anywhere in FSX it immediately hangs and goes to "Not Responding." No actions can bring it out of that mode. I've tried several times with no luck. I had hoped the recent update would solve my issue but it has not. Loving this new release, and, for the most part, getting on well with the flows and checklists. One thing, though, is still eluding me; so far, I've not been able to get the FO to start either engine. I'm sure I must be missing something really simple, and would appreciate any suggestions. I'm following the steps in the tutorial and made sure that in the briefing the Captain has declared that the FO will start the engines. I've tried before, during and after pushback, and after starting one of the engines myself, but none of the conditions I've used has had any effect. Bryan, Can I ask, the next time you have the code open for some other purpose or update, would please look at the required response-phrase to the before-start - Parking Brake/Pressure checklist item? I've had difficulty with this response since day-one. All my other responses seem to work fine, except this particular item seems very, very finicky/picky (the required response syntax/word-timing seems to be unlike any other checklist item, to get it to complete). The answer is supposed to be "Park / Checked" but usually I have to repeat the response 3 or 4 times or say "Park And Checked" to get it to complete. I just purchased FS2 Crew voice for the Dash 8 and am finally taking time to learn the aircraft. I usually fly the NGX so I have been starting from scratch with a Bombardier aircraft. I am curious as to what I should set the cockpit state to prior to starting FS2 crew vs how it is by default when selecting the aircraft. Thanks!!

Hi! I just made a flight using Ver1.2 I don't hear any groundcrew answering with "GO AHEAD" when I call "GROUND FROM COCKPIT". Arriving at the stand after landing, if I call for "PLEASE CONNECT EXTERNAL POWER" there is no answer, but they do connect the GPU and confirm it's connected afterwards. Also, if I make the enginestart with GPU connected, I suppose they would give me clearance to start engine 2 first and then when GPU is disconnected number 1, but they tell me I'm clear to start all engines when I tell them I'm ready for enginestart. The tutorial is not very clear on this, so perhaps that is not how the procedure should be, or it's not fully suppor…

I took advantage of the great special at JustFlight and bought the Q400, as well as FS2Crew for it. After a short hop, I can say this : Wow!! I'm amazed by the realism and the fun of that aircraft, and of the immersion of FS2Crew! I plan on having a good part of the AC fleet (FSLabs 320, PMDG 77L/W, Aerosoft CRJ, Majestic Q400) and I can only hope that FS2Crew will make versions for the FSLabs 320 and Aerosoft CRJ! Thanks! Hi All. Hope you can help me. I have problem during the BERORE START CHECK when I have to reply for #3HYD and pronounce the three letters PSI (please don't laugh). I just say " Three Thousand PSI" but the system doen't recognize my reply. It's like it can't understand the PSI word. It doesn't accept the command SKIP as well. So I have to interrupt manually the BEFORE START CHECK Do I have to say PSI? I am Italian may be it's my accent. I said "PI ES AI" Can you help me? Raffaele

Hi, according to the manual, "Ground from Cockpit" and "Cockpit to Ground" should both work. but only "Cockpit to Ground" does, although "GfC" is being recognized. Do only I have that issue? Cheers, Christian

Hey Bryan, first of all I want to say: This product is really awesome !!!! So far, I have only again and again one problem: When I select "BLEEDS OFF" on the Briefing Page (DEPATURE BRIEF of course), the first officer set the bleeds only to "MIN" and not to "OFF". I have to say "SET BLEED ONE TO OFF" and "SET BLEED TWO TO OFF" immediately after calling for the checklist to get what I want and selected before. So, shouldn't he set them independently to off-position or is everything allright and I'm wrong? ;-) I read the documentation carefully, but maybe I misunderstood something... I also want to ask for a Touch and Go / Circuit feature since I reall…

Hi, I installed the latest update but when I open the controll panel in the Q400, it says there's a new update to be installed. Any idea what's going on?

I've got the FS2Crew Dash 8 package running nicely, thanks for this very enjoyable product. I only have one minor problem: the FA never responds to my orders. I do push the "call" button, but I never get a reaction. Is this feature already implemented? Best regards, Peter

Good Afternoon i have updates to latest Dash 8 version, have done everything I can find to do but still get Fail in the control box on start up and can not hear audio. Also asks me to check Speaker Vol all are on max please help I am desperate to use this software! Thanks Col
