Voice Control Version

Why is there no skip command? Sometimes I repeat a command 20 times and the voice recognition fails to detect what I said. so it always was a big help to just say next. now with the airbus you cant say next anymore. why??? :(

I thougt someone else may have asked by now, but does the "you have control" command actually do anything? I remember seeing it kind of discussed prior to release. Or is it just a bit more verbal like the land 3 calls and stuff?

Did anyone do a proper checklist for the Airbus yet, processing the fs2crew flows side by side for pf and pnf?

Has any one else noticed problems with wipers? When asked 'Set left (or right) wiper to slow', the F/O does turn the switch, but the wiper won't move.

When I'm descending and the FCU speed window is in the Mach mode, how should I order the F/O to change speed? I ordered in knots saying e.g. 'pull speed 290' but the speed was still shown in Mach and I saw no difference until I manually changed from Mach into SPD. Only then I could monitor the F/O changing next speed values according to what I was telling him using the '... speed XXX' phrase. So the question is: do I have to manually switch from Mach to SPD, can I somehow order the F/O to do it or is it a kind of bug as the F/O is expected to do it on his own?

Just to let you know when the FO read back the altimeter on both occasions during my first flight, instead of saying one zero one six, he read out one zero one five. Also would just like to thank you and congratulate you on an amazing product one again. Jay

Good morning Bryan I maybe noticed an other little, very little bug When in cruise, I change my EFIS options from CSTR to ARPT. During Approach, passing FL100 the PNF sets the EFIS back to CSTR But the ARPT remains lit. I allways thought there is only one, or no option possible, but maybe I am wrong? I hope that you don´t need another remote session on my Flightdeck ? Although this was very nice Thanks again. Cheers

No problem when say gear down, it works everytime.. But many times I have to say gear up lots of times before gears goes up.., even I have tried with voice training..??

Hello: I have a little problem, I followed the instructions and assigned a key for autofeather to open the main panel. That key open the main panel but it won't closed. Even when right clicking the panel and choosing close window, the main panel won't close. I would like to be able to close the panel when cruising like in other versions. Can someone help?

Like many I use both AEX for jetways and GSX for services pushback and baggage etc. I'm at a bit of a loose end as to how set the config and what order/ when do I ask GSX to commence push and so forth I did my first flight and was getting a bit confused with the push back sequence

Hi Guys This is what flight simulation as been waiting for; the aerosoft airbus is a great aircraft and now with fs2crew provides a great crew. Well done Bryon another great product. I took it on a test flight last night not one glitch in the setup or the flight, works a treat I would highly recommend both products you won’t be disappointed. I have the 737nx and now the airbus what the next aircraft to get the fs2crew treatment ? John

Hello Bryan, I like using the video marshall, but it seems to be locking up FSX when I use it with the Airbus X. It doesn't lock it up while I'm using it, but a few minutes later FSX will lock and I have to end it with the Task Manager. If I don't use the Video Marshall, I have no problems. I'm running FSX in windowed mode (always), so I can't figure why it's giving problems. I noticed that if I lock the main interface with the LC button, then my Video Marshall interface is also locked after I open it. I don't think that is the way it is supposed to work. I can't think of anything that might be causing it to lock that way. I use Opus software for controling views …

Hi Bryan, i have just noticed that when i ask ground to disconnect the GPU it doesnt actually disconnect. It`s just turned off on the overhead panel but it stays on Avail.... meaning the GPU is still connected to the aircraft. At least it happens everytime when i use default Turn Around State. I guess this isnt meant to be like that cause if i ask ground to disconnect GPU i expect them to remove it and not that they come into my cockpit and press the button on my overhead panel hehe best regards Manuel

Is it possible to get a voice command for Taxi light-taxi-nose...RWY turn off-on ?

When reading the after start checklist, the PNF does not wait for a response for "ANTI ICE" before continuing to "ECAM STATUS". I tried it twice, so I don't think it was because the mic picked up some noise as response tor "ANTI ICE". Helge

The main one is that my FS2Crew doesn't automatically progress from one mode to the next e.g. from After Start Checklist to Before Takeoff Checklist To The Line. I didn't run the pre-flight but started at Before Start Checklist To The Line. I have to manually move to the next mode. Is this correct? Also, the ECAM memo was showing a blue Test for T/O Config but pressing the T/O Config button did nothing although this worked before I installed FS2Crew. Iain Smith

I just bought and downloaded FS2Crew for the Airbus X Extended and encountered the following problem. When I try to bring up the FS2Crew main panel or the Config panel, I instead get my VoxATC panels appearing. When I attempt to use either a Joystick or Keyboard shortcut nothing appears at all. I notice as well that my VoxATC panels are no longer in my instrument panel section of the alt menu. It is as if the FS2Crew panels have overwritten the VoxATC panel names but not the panels themselves. All of the other FS2crew panels are present and working. I have attempted to re-install FS2crew but this has had no effect. This is obviously a big problem as without these panels I…

Hi Bryan, first of all congrats for delivering us another first class product!! I have a small problem on takeoff: looks like the first officer is only able to switch off pack numer 2 and not number one (i shut it down manually), and the same happens during climb (only pack 2 is reactivated), had to activate number one manually. Am I missing something/doing something wrong here? P.S. The voice command - SET PACK ( ONE /TWO) TO ( ON / OFF ) works normally For the Probe/Window heat: when the light is estinguished, it is already in the Auto Position, it is switched on only in case of a malfunction, so it is not necessary to have it in the f/o flow. First of all: Thanks for the new FS2Crew version, I have really been looking forward to this. I hope you get a lot of customers and may pirates have FSX crashing all the time. My reason for posting this is just to note that it is not neccessary to assign a key to AUTOFEATHER (ARM/OFF) to open the main panel even though the manual states that it is the only way to do so. Just use the FSX menu and chose "Views" / "Instrument Panel" / "FS2Crew Main Panel". If you keep opening/closing the panel, then a key is nifty, but I tend to just open the panel and keep it visible at all times, and then the menu is just fine for opening it. Helge PS.
