Voice Control Version

In the real world you can't hear the boarding in the cockpit because the avoinics cooling fans are much to loud and to be honest people entering an airplane just do not make much noise. Even with the cockpit door completly open you don't hear it. In FS2Crew it is very loud though. Is there any way how to remove the boardingsounds without having to turn the FS2Crew volume settings down completly (I'd still like to hear the ramp agent bringing the loadsheet, etc.). I would simply edit them myself, but since FS2Crew does not save soundfiles in the common formats I have no way of editing them.

Hi I bought the new Aerosoft Airbus 318 / 319 last Weekend and also ordered FS2 Crew Voice Control Version for Airbus through the Aerosoft e-shop. Each time i try to install FS2 Crew the installers says that Airbus host is not installed. Of course it is installed.I am running P3D v 2.3. How can I solve this. Regards Manuel

Hi everyone, Kind of a strange issue I've got going here. It seems that at random points throughout my flight I lose the copilot voice completely. Today I had the copilot up until the before takeoff checklist to the line, but after that, no audio. FS2Crew is still responding however. I can still just say the responses and the checklist still completes and if I say something like "flaps 1" the flaps are put down, but no audio response. I have updated my sound card drivers in hopes of that fixing the problem, but no luck! Any suggestions? Darren

Hi Bryan, I just made a new purchase of the Airbus voice version 2.0, the download and install appeared to be OK. However, I can't find the Airbus Configuration Manager anywhere. I think I'm looking for a config manager like the one for the NGX which I have installed. Thanks! Bob

As you currently may know, Aerosoft is developing an Airbus update with their new A318/A319 series. With this update, new systems are also modeled (like fire testing, light testing etc.). Are you planning an update to include all these new stuff in the FS2Crew Airbus series? Thanks.

Bryan, When taxiing to the active runway, when I give the command "cabin crew seats for departure", the first officer replies " Clear on the approach ". Is that supposed to happen? John.

Hi I have P3D v2.2 installed, also Aerosofts Airbus Extended. However when I try to install Voice control the installer cannot find the Aerosoft aircraft in P3D although it is very much there? What am I doing wrong? Regards Edwindf

Hi I have the following sound config: FS2Crew and VATSIM on the Headset, sim sound and teamspeak on the speaker. To hear the speaker, i put my right speaker behind my ear, but my copilot talks only on the right one, so at the moment i must increase the volume or put it half over my ear. It would be nice to change from stereo to mono. Would that be possible? :-)

I just purchased this product. It works fine right up until I engage the autopilot and the plane begins to turn, following the flight plan. No crashes occurred before FS2crew was installed. I have tried lowering settings etc. and to no effect. UAC has been turned off. FSX has been run as administrator. It's quite frustrating as FS2Crew is meant to have little to no effect on memory and CPU usage, yet my computer is seemingly unable to cope. I have an Intel Duo Core E8400 @ 3.00ghz and 3gig RAM. Hello... First of all, what a great product-have been using it since the release. Have always ignored this litte problem, but maybe someone can help: Everytime after take Off, after command Flaps 0, FSX freeze for 1-2 sec..and then flaps will be retracted. Its the only command that make this little problem through a flight. . Chris from Denmark:-)

Hello... Today I set my Engines to my speakers( plugged in the audiocard at the backside of the cabinet. In front of my case I have my headset plugged in a red and green plug- ear and mic. Is there a way to move fscrew sound to the headset...? Sorry- already found the answer in your forum:-)

Airbus are anticipating new releases over the next few months including a complete update of the 320/321. Presumably FS Crew will need to be rewritten to reflect this and I'm wondering do we have to buy a completely new product? Martin Madden

Hello guys , I have an strange iusse with the approach briefing. The MCDU shows Flaps Full for landing configuration. The briefing shows also "Flaps : Full" But the PF reads : " and for the flaps we will use config 3" and the PNF activates also the "Flaps 3" button at the overhead panel. Just installed Airbus x v1.16 and everything works fine except the FO is not setting flaps correctly. After start: FO sets flaps to full instead of 1+F (as set in MCDU) After takeoff: FO correctly retracts flaps Approach: FO does not set flap 1,2 or 3 but announces speed check correctly. Flaps full is however set After landing: FO sets flaps up correctly Replicated it now on 3 separate flights. Seems like FO is only setting flaps full or up, nothing in between. I am pretty stumped.. Any help?

Hey guys recently purchased FS2Crew for Airbus x extended and really love it. Only problem I seem to have is on touchdown the spoilers don't deploy and the first officer announces 'no spoiler', Not sure why this is happening as the first officer arms the spoilers before landing but for some reason they don't deploy. Any idea how this can be fixed? Kind Regards, Danny

Hi After touch down the PNF calls "spoilers, decel, reverse green". bud i have at the moment problems to engage the reversers, so even when can't deploy them, the PNF tells me that i activatet the reverse.

Hi, I am using the FS2crew Voice control software with Aersoft's Airbus Extended version 1.16 with hotfix 019. The product functionality is exactly what I was after (having a co-pilot fly with me). FS2crew works perfectly in all phases on a flight apart from the landing roll when the brakes lock up on touchdown. This happens whether or not I have autobraking selected and I do not touch the standard FSX brake control buttons. If I don't enable FS2Crew and fly the airbus, the brakes function correctly with and without autobrakes on the landing roll. After the brakes lock up when using FS2crew, I get the expected rapid deceleration and overheated brakes. I also …

Whenever I start fs2crew it cannot hear me and when I try to turn voice off it crashes fsx. I am using windows 7 64bit, I have reinstalled fs2crew and have made sure I am using US speech.

Hello, i have a Problem when trying a touch and go. Hope that someone can help me. After the touch and go when i put the Throttle back to CLB the PFD shows Throttle Idle. When I disengage Autopilot it shows speed. I dont know where the Problem. After engaging AP again it goes back to Idle.

Hello, I have created a reference sheet for the FS2Crew for Airbus X w/voice. It is basically a copy of the voice commands referenced in the manual, but condensed so that they can fit two A4 pages. It is intended to be printed on an A4 sheet front and back (and perhaps laminated) for easy access. You can get it here and I will soon upload it in the library as well. Regards,
