My voice is being heard and is on the green bar and when I say "please disconnect external power" the ground crew reacts to my request. I did a reinstall but it did not change anything.

	Hello Gentz;

I am currently spending sometime exploring with FS2 Crew and the A330 by it self with the AES-MDCU Regular CL completely deactivated and from the get go I am already having problems with the 1st CL (Before Start CL to the Line) third item (Sings) which IAW the Manual the response would be "ON/AUTO" However, the Co-pilot response its "OK Approach its Armed" and activates the approach botton. I commanded to "Restart the Checklist", I get a good response. Then I will restart again the CL and the same happens at the same item and I have tried to use the command "Set&Check" and no response to continue. I have even try to just voice "T&Check" which for some reason for the other aircrafts FS2Crew works instead of "Set&Check" . This also happens with the command "SET".

So far no luck either using both ways. So in conclusion I am still stuck on Item #3 of the "Before Start Checklist" and at the "Before Take Off Checklist" Item # 6. Can you suggest or advise on how to fix or remedy please? Note: Speech Recognition Training was already completed as well.

Although when calling for the virtual manager it works perfectly, the briefing also, but not the main fs2crew window, either using the N button or the click spot.

I have only the aerosoft 330 installed, not the A320 family from aerosoft

I've used both button control and voice control. With button control, the software adheres to the "Captain/Pilot Flying Flow" perfectly. No issues at all. With the voice control version, not so much.

First issue: Before Start Procedures are listed to be run before Before Start Checklist to the Line. They cannot be run until after. The software starts in "B. Start to Line" mode and does not switch to <B Start Proc> until the checklist has been run. As I said, in the button control version, this is not an issue...everything goes in the correct order.

Second issue: Ground does not respond to me, making the startup procedures impossible to complete. Speaking "Cockpit to Ground" is seen by the software and pops up in the info bar, but there is no response. After the Before Start Checklist Below the Line is completed, the software switches to <S. Crew/Eng Start> mode. From that point on, nothing happens for me. Since "Cockpit to Ground" does not illicit a response, the procedure cannot continue. I go through the motions. I say "Starting Engine 2/1", which is heard as "start" instead of starting, but that does not illicit a response either. Finishing with "You are cleared to disconnect and go to hand signals" is also shown on the scree, but again, does not illicit a response or cause mode change. I have to manually switch modes to <A. Start Proc> to move on. If ground speaks directly to me, I can respond and the software will react. It's only when I have to contact ground that there is an issue.

I have a hypothesis about the second issue. I perform pushback with UGCX in voice control mode as well. Both UGCX and FS2Crew pick up the ground communication and display it on the screen, but only UGCX responds. Is there a known issue between the two that causes a conflict when used together?

Edit: I'm using the Aerosoft Airbus Professional version.

	Hey guys,

I have a minor issue with the FS2Crew panel that only occurs with the Airbus version.

If I reload the airplane from a scenario file (ie. I saved the last place I parked it...), the FS2Crew window appears at half it's normal size. Is there any way to fix this? (Apart from the obvious "don't load from a scenario file".)

No other version of FS2Crew seems to have this problem. I reload my PMDG airplanes from saved scenarios all the time without issue.

It's obviously not a major issue, but I do like to pick my airplanes up exactly where I left them, and in the same configuration. I haven't been able to do this with the Airbus family, sadly.

	Thanks.

	Hello everyone,

I recently purchased FS2Crew Airbus tools on Steam as I have FSX: SE. I purchased everything on that platform and tried to use FS2Crew but I get that error. Somehow (and I didn't know how) I managed to make it work for a couple of times but after that no chance.

I read on the internet where to copy that DLL file in the windows system32 or sysWOW64. I tried to copy them there but with no results.

I am running Windows 10 latest update.

	Hi Byork,

My latest voice edition works OK with Aerosoft Pro airbus and also with FSLabs airbus, altough i am a bit confused how to use GSX etc...

Presume from cold and dark at the gate at LFMN: we let the pre-flight time run, OK, FO does external and comes back, etc...

Best way is not to set anything in GSX menu ? as FS2crew system will activate all GSX phases ( boarding - catering - fuel - jetway).

Just contact ground service for pushback as in the FSCrew manual ? gsx pushback will follow automatically then ?

Is there some manual or YT movie about interaction between GSX and FS2Crew voice for all these services as: pushback - catering - fuel...

I had some issues where these services were totally messed up, probably due to my wrong prep

	Hi,

I have been having some issues when using voice control with the A330. Mostly minor.

Yesterday I was using the UK2 voice set, and today I was using the DE voice set, both in the same A330. Yesterday I did not use the pre flight events, today I did use the pre flight events.

I noticed the same issues on both occasions.

First, there is no contact with ground crew. I receive the initial contact from ground crew, but they do not respond again when I have replied with "Go Ahead". They also do not respond at all if I call them, so I can not ask them to do anything like remove ground equipment. I have UGCX installed, but I had not activated it prior to these issues.

Second, and I have noticed this issue on and off on several FS2Crew products, the F/O will sometimes respond to his own checklist items immediately, before I am given a chance to respond. This only happens sometimes, and irregularly. Today it happened on 3 items in the "Before start checklist to the line". When I restarted the checklist, he did not do it the second time around. He then did it again on a few items in the following checklist. The flight attendant also skipped waiting for my response when asking to board passengers.

	Cheers,

An issue with FS2crew with the A330. I give my F/O the command to turn on the APU. He switches something and replies "set" but he does not turn on the APU. I have checked with the green bar and my command is being recognised.

Hi, I have just recently changed my Gaming PC to a higher capacity one and started to reinstall all application for my Sim PD3v4.5. For the past couple of days I have being running and testing the Sim on the new PC with all vehicles PMDG & Airbus vehicles and was doing fine until today. Today an FSDT msg pop up on the screen that an Update was available to download and after downloading it now none of the FS2 Crew Application sound or panel so far for both PMDG 777 and Aerosoft Airbuses are not functioning correct. One error msg popped out with the following (FS2AUDIO.DLL Failed to Load with Error Code 0x7e). I am afraid that the same deficiency will take place with FS2 Crew for 747 & NGX as well, however will test them. Any thoughts?

	Good evening:

I've just installed Aerosoft's A318/319 for FSX SE. I also installed the FS2Crew Locked product bundled with it. When I use Aerosoft's configurator and try to set up FS2Crew I get the message: 'FS2Crew Voice Control does not appear to be installed for the Airbus X A320/321.' I did purchase and install this aircraft through Steam and uninstalled it via that platform before installing the A318/319. When I first saw this message I then found a folder for the A320/321in my FSX SE menu in the DLC folder. I deleted that then uninstalled the Aerosoft product and the FS2Crew. Finally after re-installing both products I then re-started the PC with the same results unfortunately! My PC is on Windows 10 (the latest update).

Any help would really be appreciated.

	Many Thanks

Hi, i have the FS2 crew for my Aerosoft Airbus Professional on p3dv4.

It's great but there is one thing i would like to do, I prefer the Cabin crew sounds that Aerosoft provide and not the Fs2crew ones, however FS2crew seems to disable it in the MCDU options and i have to keep manually turning it back on but sometimes i forget to do it.

Is there a way to stop FS2crew from disabling it on start up?

On my past couple of flights (which have required wiper use), I've noticed an apparent bug with the "set wipers to ___" command - they seem to work OK, but the wiper setting knobs (on the overhead panel) seem to get pegged into the far right (clockwise) position, and no amount of left-clicking them turns them back counterclockwise towards off - only a fast scroll of the middle mouse wheel seems to free them.

I don't recall noticing this before, so I'm suspecting there may have been some change in the 1.2.2.x update pushed out by Aerosoft?

	Hi,

I hope you can help me with this. Voice control works fine for me as long as I start the flight at any airport. But when I load a saved flight with the Aerosoft Bus Pro and activate Voice control during the flight, all speach sounds are gone, just the clicking sounds works. Voice control is doing everything I want: I can give orders or work off a checklist or do a briefing but without any sounds coming from the PM or from the captain.

	with fsipanel:

I bought fsipanel yesterday to do some training approaches. The first flight went well and voice controll did its work, also during the second flight. But at the third I had the same Sound Problems as descripted. I tried to restart P3D and did a PC reboot but it does not help. After loading a flight with fsipanel all speach sounds are gone. The only thing you give do to get voice control back its voice is to restart P3D and start on any airport.

Any ideas? I had the same Problem with the previous Version (3.2) and sometimes I get distorted textures of the voice control Panel. This doesn't happened to me yet after updating to 3.3 but the Sound problems still exist. In the meantime I had a full reinstal of P3d and Windows.

after one of the last updates for the Aerosoft Airbus Professional the button for the oxygen Crew supply in the Overhead Panel is switched off in Cold and dark mode. Aerosoft says it's standard when C&D is loaded and will adjust their Bus checklist:

	Hello,

I like very much fs2crew I had the "old" version for v3 and got now the new version for v4.

I tried yesterday for hours set the sound and worked with a lot of tricks and tweaks...

But today the sounds of FO don't play again in USB Headsets, but all the other sounds including the clicks on buttons of fs2crew control panel play sound.

	Thanks in advance!

	Hi there,

I just purchased the FS2crew for airbus and im very disappointed. The manual isn't as detailed like the 747 or 738 or 777 and there are no instructions for the engine start. Also I see no option for briefings either for the approach or the take off. The First officer doesn't start the plane, turn on the lights, he just set the flaps after engine start. After requesting engine start I do not see information to get past the command S.crew/Eng Start. First officer does not advise when passing transition level. Can some please help me with this? Failing that would I be able to get a refund?

I'm struggling to get FS2Crew to work. I recently did a clean reinstall of Windows 10, and while I can select English (US) as the active speech language from checking the Logs FS2Crew is Still trying to use English UK. I've even tried uninstalling English UK and restarting but it didn't make a difference to FS2Crew.

Any ideas of how to solve this one?
