Voice Control Version

I just downloaded and installed the voice version of FS2Crew for the Airbus.I am running v1.16 of the Airbus. When I use the Airbus Config tool to install the voice version I get a message that my panel.cfg can't be changed. I have UAC disabled and have run the config tool as Administrator. However, when I check the panel.cfgs for the Airbuses they are all modified with some FS2Crew entries. But my panel.cfg files bear no resemblance to the one Brian posted in this forum. I have many more default window entries in the list at the top of the cfg. And no entries at the top for FS2Crew windows. I do have the specs for the FS2Crew windows appended at the bottom of the pan…

Hi guys, I have a problem with the main panel of the fs2crew. I open it, runs great the only problem is that I can't close it again, I assign the C key for open/close, click on the right screw but the panel goes and comes again instantly. Does someone expirence this prob? Thx

I am just starting to use FS2Crew and I am having a problem in that Windows is picking up what I say and also trying to interpret it. I have windows popping open trying to switch applications, FSX sometimes minimizes itself, etc., all as a result of my voice commands. All help gratefully received! Thanks, Stephen Westrip

Hi, My problem is that I cannot change airplanes after the default flight has starts at the main startup screen. I can flight the default flight ok but if I try to change airplanes FSX freezes. The last thing I installed was FS2Crew Airbus X voice. Could that have caused this? I'm very upset with this problem and am hoping you can help. Windows 7 64 I have Alienware Aurora New FSX deluxe all updated I hope you can help. Ken

In the Before Take Off Checklist To The Line what is the correct response to V1, VR, V2,/FLEX TEMP as I can't seem to trigger this correctly. In my case I say V1,146 VR,148 V2,151 do I now say "FLEX TEMP" or is this a number? Sorry if this is very basic.

I need help about these three addons and see if they will work together. In the CFG panel you see AES- airport enhancement services which is made by aerosoft. My question is, how will FS2Crew for Airbus X work with GSX? How will I make "Cockpit to Ground" calls?

I just bought this product and it's awesome. However, i don't know where to get it started. I have aersoft airbus extended x as well with the latest hotfix. The install went fine, but when i set the autofeather (arm/off) and activate it in game. Northing happens. I try to re-install and rebuild fsx.cfg....no luck as welll When i go look in the views--instrument panel.. there are only 3 option...main panel, left cfdu and debug... and nothing about fs2crew airbus... What do i suppose to do to get it to work now ? Thank you very much

Hello again Bryan. Had a question and possible suggestion for the next update (if there is one). On the Airbus X and the NGX we have no way to disable/remove the FS2 boarding sounds (i.e. flight attendant and passenger sounds). Don't get me wrong, I like the sounds and I know you probably put a lot of effort into them to make them realistic, but...for those of us who utilize GSX or AES for our boarding/deboarding needs these two systems have they're own sounds as well as specific timing which can be set on a "time per passenger" schedule. So what happens is GSX/AES finishes loading passengers and begins the baggage loading but FS2's boarding sounds are still going on. I r…

Hi Just an idea to change the wording to set com1. I would prefer the wording "set 123.45 on com1" should set the standby (as in real) and "set 123.45 on active com1" for the cheat, sinse you only can manipulate the standby frequency.

Hello Bryan. Just purchased the Airbus x voice (awesome as always) and just had a question I am unable to find the answer to in the manuals or forums. Is the PF responsible for turning the Airbus fuel pumps on? I've done 2 small flights now and in both the PNF does not turn the left, right or center switches on from a CND setup all the way to startup. Just wondering whose job its supposed to be. First of all, i say that, this is wonderful add-on. As the same time, i wonder that, which check-list is true for Airbus A320 - 321 The FS2Crew check-list or Aerosoft check-list? ( I mean, which one is closer to real checklist) I ask that, beceause i like Aerosoft Airbus Extended checklist and FO similation too. Best regards. Serhan

I cannot get the copilot to start B T/O checklist below the line. I think the reason is that the copilot pulls the sliding table during preflight and does not stow it and I cannot stow it. Thanks Peter

Hi ! As a common user of the Airbus X Extended, I have bought this beautiful product two days ago. After a few scares caused by switching language of my OS, I've finally managed to change Speech Recognition to EN-US, and then switch my OS to my own language. And today, I've launch FSX for testing this software. So, as it said in the manual, I've enabled FS2Crew in the AXE's configurator (hotfix 17b) and then load Cold & Dark state for my Airbus. And here is the problem : - I've assigned "F" for "Hélice (Mise en drapeau)" which seems to correspond to "Autofeather (Arm/Off)", but when I press it in game - AFTER the panel state loaded - nothing happens. Just purchased and downloaded FS2Crew Airbus but when I start install I get the message FS2CREW2010\Misc\DXUpdate\Feb2006_d3dx9_29_x86.cab: This file contains invalide data (error 11FD). I then did run DXSETUP successfully, but same error again. Thanks for the help. Peter Solved, there was a problem with the installer.

Hi guys, FS2Crew is really impressive and since it has been released my PMDG is waiting for the next flight. But I have some problems since a few days. When calling for the "Before T/O checklist to the line" my FO stops when responding "Flaps 1+F". He calls out "Check the speed"- The speed is managed as well as the heading settings while taxiing to the holding point. All data are correctly in the FMC- nothing special activated as normal. Is there anything I do completely wrong?

I am an older man and for a week have been trying to get the FS2Crew and ABE working but no matter what I do cannot get the configurator in the right folder. What I need is a step by step guide to help me with this problem. Thanks, Jack

Hi Bryan, as for me, I have a Voice recognition of 99%. The only thing I always hang is the "Flaps Zero" command after Take off. Is it possible to add a second possible command like "Flaps UP" into FS2Crew. I know this command from an other Voice Version (Ifly737) and it works 100%

Hello, it is tonight the 3rd time I am trying this software and the 2nd time I am experiencing the following issue: 1. Flight: Once in the air with the Airbus the system "did not speak to me" anymore. It did what I told it to do (e.g. flaps 1, flightlevel 200 etc.) but it did not say anything neither through any checklists nor when I pressed the FA or PA + Event button. Other sounds as aircraft sounds, ATC etc. worked. 2. Flight: Everything worked fine. 3. Flight: The system did not even start to "speak to me" no matter I did (running checklists, pressing FA, PA buttons etc.). Other sounds as aircraft sounds, ATC etc. worked.
