Hello I recently upgraded from P3D v4.5 to P3D v5.4 and I've noticed that every time I call the crew, P3D has a very noticeable stutter. My FPS are usually in the 30plus range until I activate MCE then it will drop to 15 FPS from time to time. I am using the most recent version of MCE and I only utilize PMDG 777. Any ideas??

I have prepar3d V5. I downloaded the DEMO for MCE and then purchased it. I got my serial number and license key. When I launch MCE I go through the MCE wizard with no issues. However, when I try launching MCE it says trying to connect to flight simulator than after a while it gives me a message saying that it can't retrieve FS data. I have checked that fsinsider64.dll is in prepar3d folder and it is. Thanks

Since the latest version of MCE MSFS edition was released (3.0.3.4), I have been having issues getting MCE to run. Once I'm loaded in the cockpit, I launch MCE, get the prompt to run as administrator, and then the application crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling (downloaded a fresh copy of the MceMSFS.exe file from the MCE website), and it will sometimes work one or two times but then it goes back to crashing on launch. I tried setting the Debug = 1 in the mce.ini, but when the application crashes like this it does not even get to the point where it creates an entry in the MCE log file. Hello - I purchased and installed MCE today for MSFS. I went through the wizard. It does not start. Installed and uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. At one time it got stuck for a while in a connecting to MSFS state, and then it apparently quit. There was a thread here with MCE getting stuck with TST folder given to copy over. Did that. It doesn't run. Uninstalled and installed again. I registered and moved the license key in the main folder. Ran as administrator as well with no different results. I am not sure what is left to try at this point but would appreciate any help here,

Hi, I am new to MCE and am trying to create flows for the MCDU. I go into VoxScript Input and find the MCDU commands, such as 'left cdu press prog page' but when I press test the FO confirms the action but the key press doesn't happen i.e. the MCDU does not change atall. I have programmed via SPAD.next for throttle quadrant and radio / switch panels but it doesn't make a difference if this is running or not. I realise that the FBW A320 is evolving and changing regularly and wondered if anyone had the MCDU key presses by the FO working? If so, how? Many thanks. Cheers, Nick.

Is there a way I can have MCE understand the LVFR A319 FBW Compatibility Mod (https://flightsim.to/file/42371/a319-lvfr-fbw-cockpit-compatibility) as the FBW A32NX. For some season it works seamlessly with the LVFR A321 FBW Compatibility Mod (https://flightsim.to/file/36395/lvfr-a321neo-fbw-compatibility-mod) by the same developer, but it doesn’t for the A319.

Hi, I've created a simple VS to carry out the handoff to the AP on climbout with one command rather than the several it would take if it was carried out using conventional commands. I have the FO turning on the AP, turning on heading hold, turning on altitude hold. All of that works fine. What I then added was 'set altitude five thousand' followed by 'set vertical speed up 1000'. These two commands are never actioned as part of the script, although they still work if just spoken straight after the VS is called. Since a few days I have a strange issue (after it worked fine for years). MCE starts and then is "Trying to connect to simulator", but after a while the green version number is not appearing any more and MCE becomes unresponsive. After a lot of trouble shooting I found that when I delete everything under the [voices] section in the mce.ini then MCE starts fine again - with the default voices. I can then choose TTS voices in the UI and MCE works fine in this session. But when I start MCE the next time (with the selected TTS voice in the mce.ini) the problem occurs again. Is it possible to somehow choose which callouts shall be activated and which shouldn't? I'd like to have "100 knots" on takeoff roll for example, but not "V1" (it's automatic by the A/C), also not "V2" but I'd like to keep "positive rate". On descent I may not need "one thousand" for it's automatic as well... any chance these things can be tempered with? edit: Also, I reeeeally don't want these "Transition altitude, set Standard" anymore, they're so annoying and usually come way after I've already set things up

Co-pilot did move spoilers but responds to calls for speed and altitude flap settings but nothing happens on the autopilot or controls. Is the NGXu supported?

In MSFS for the default and FBW aircraft, after MCE loads and displays "Ready to go", it immediately displays "Flight crew Is leaving". The program closes. I'm using the latest licensed MSFS version along with FSUIPC 7.3.3.

When I request weather, FO asks me if I want a "hard COPY" what is that? I said "yes" once , nothing really happened, so I just say "no" and he reads me the weather. Anything special about it, what should I expect the HARD COPY to be? Some info in MCE window somewhere? MSFS version. Thanks

I'm not sure if this is possible or if it has been covered, but I could not find a post for it... I'm taking off from an untowered airport VFR. MCE and PF3 work fine at this point. Somewhere along the way, PF3 tells me to request an IFR flight at some altitude. Is there a way to request, via MCE, to change my VFR flight to an IFR flight while flying? I know I can press CONTROL + SHIFT + 9 (I think) and toggle from VFR to IFR, but if I can, I'd rather use MCE and via voice, request this change... By chance, is this possible?

I noticed that the rollout callouts "60 kts" and "reverse green" aren't working correctly. "Reverse green" isn't announced at all I think and "60 kts" is announced way below 60 kts and I think twice.

Pleased to announce that the Inibuild A310 has now been multi-crewed as part of the MCE package. As always, this is the closest you can get to "shared cockpit". You can ask co-pilot to perform what you need, when you need it and using your own speech if the thousands of built-in commands aren't enough for you. For now Voice Control only as it's the most exciting. Button control coming within a few days. Other planes like the PMDG 737, Fenix A320, FlyBywire mod, Aerosoft CRJ are already fully supported. Hi, I have used MCE with Pf3 ATC together for years but now have a problem I haven't encountered before. Despite searching forums I can't seem to find this precise one replicated anywhere, so any support gratefully received. I am using P3D v5.3. Pf3 ATC latest beta version 3.19.32 although this problem started with the previous stable build. MCE 3.0.32. Again ((from memory) the problem appeared with the previous version 3.0.28. Updating both did not eliminate it. The issue is that it all works as always, the FO communicating normally with me but I do not hear him responding to ATC. hello 1-if i set flaps 2 for takeoff and then order flaps one during acceleration after takeoff ,fo does nothing. 2-if i set a packs off takeoff, after takeoff ordering packs 2 on ,fo does nothing too, although it works for pack one. 3-if i order FO to start APU ,he replies 'apu already running' although its off. 4-hdg and altitude orders are very random sometimes it works an sometimes he sets a wrong value specially if i give the order during a turn. thanks

Hi good afternoon I run the MSFS version of MCE I have done a couple of flight with the PMDG 737-700 and MCE with custom flows and checklist and works fine. But when I switch to the PMDG 737-800 the FO switches off and turns on all the wrong switches during the custom flows, the same flows I use for the 700 can't really figure out what is going on. Any help is appreciated thanks.
