Just browsing the rest of AVSIM since MSFLIGHT is going down under and was really hoping for more participation in DCS. I know that you guys play it(well some) but there is absolutely no content here or articles, videos and try this/try that posts. I just bought this from STEAM SUMMER Sale and imma fire it up this weekend. It looks very tough(as I am not a pilot and consider myself a n00b when it comes to flight simming) Anyways, I am excited to give it a shot and hoping multiplayer is active **Edit: Okay, I did find some of you guys here http://forum.avsim.n.../529-dcs-world/

There was a statement in DCS overview here at avsim saying DCS: P-51D Mustang. The most realistic simulation ever done of this legendary World War 2 ear fighter. If so I'm curious in what way is more realistic than the A2A P51 Mustang for FSX ?

Vote please!!! DCS World is a remarkable flight simulation platform. I've been using it for quite a while, and am "forced" to use Combat aircraft simply because I miss such a higher lever flight dynamics model in any of my civil flightsims ( Aerowinx PSX excluded... ), so, I would really love to be able to use a civil aircraft in that platform :-) Poll is ---> HERE <---

Hi There I'm new to DCS World. Try as I might I cannot get my CH Rudder pedals to work. I've tried the official procedure with no luck. Anybody got any ideas? My Thrustmaster HOTAS works a treat, I've even got my rudder pedals to operate the throttle, but no luck with the rudder. :( Rgds Steve H

How is that done in the best way ? So far in the TIR software I only see one entry for DCS and that is A-10C. But when I start DCS I see that a profile called Black Shark is active. Going to the TIR website I see that under the list for supported titles I find specific profiles for specific planes for example P51D (which I have). How can I make these plane specific titles loaded and active ? In the TIR title list I didn't see any way to download a P51D title.
