Hi all, I've got a bug that's cropped up that's starting to irk me. Got a system running screens in the following configuration: [left wing] [left front window] [right front window] [right wing] [instructor station] They are configured with a view group, windowed (due to instructor station), with triple buffering and v-sync enabled. Tried at unlimited FPS, 55fps, and 50 fps. The right front window flickers sometimes. Will flicker a number of times in a row, and then nothing for some time. Very inconsistent. Hello people! After long time I'm back on the forum, this time with an issue. I recently bought Dino Cattaneo's F35 ABC package. I found an issue in the vertical take off. The Aircraft is like "glued" on the ground (it can taxi) also if the power setting is at maximum and the GW is less than the VTOL limit (40.6K lbs) Changing the Aircraft view from inside to outside, and outside to inside will allow the Aircraft to take off like if the glue is immediatly removed. I am using P3Dv4.4 and Windows 10. Up until a few weeks ago I and my friends on line had been using the V key to make a screen shot in the sim as it is much easier than using the Windows key along with the PrtSct key. I remember seeing that my computer was undergoing a Windows update back then. I do not remember the number of the update but it was dated sometime in October, 2018. I don’t know why it waited till Feb to do the update, but it did. My friends also noted the same update being done to their computers. After that Windows update a couple of things have happened. Hi, I bought the DA62 a while ago but never flown with it until now. I selected cold and dark startup mode but there is no way I get power on, let alone can start the engines. I suspect my battery is empty. (Eventhough I have in FSUIPC batteries set to unlimited, but I guess DA62 has proprietary batteries) In the manual it is advised to enable external power (which I did on the ceiling) then: Pressed Elec Master ON Enabled Fuel levers (on the floor) G1000 remains black, no power at all. Hi All, I have just moved over to P3Dv4.3 by recommendation as I am aware that it uses the GPU more than the CPU and so would fit my system better: i5 4690K @ 4.5GHz GTX 1060 3GB After running FSX for a few years, I had managed to achieve a solid between 25-40fps on the ground and 60-70fps at cruising but fps didn't matter to me because as long as there was no stuttering, lag or jumpy freezes, it was fine and looked amazing! I made the switch to P3D to take some of the strain off of my CPU and also so that I could begin to use a weather addon to improve my experience and maybe even be able to turn the sliders up to make the sim look even better. Is there a scenery developer payware that is working on a new version of San Antonio Tx for P3DV4 ? I own King Sceneries but the gate setup is all wrong.. The gates are off wack..

I’m having an interesting problem with Ray Smith/Robert Catherall sceneries. Since there is no good payware airport with up to date runway configurations for KORD, I use their freeware scenery. On FSX, I didn’t have this problem. I just made the move to P3D, and suddenly I do have a problem (yes I downloaded Robert Catherall’s files for P3D). Has anyone here ever had any problems with the Simmarket authorization when installing any products purchased from their store? I've got close to 30 sceneries for P3D that I've bought from them in the past that I cannot install now. When you click the scenery to install, a web browser pops up and asks for your email address and the serial key that you received to register, then after entering these you then receive an authorization code to enter into another box that connects with their server and allows the installation to continue. This worked fine for me on my old pc running Windows 7, but doesn't on this new pc which has Windows 10.Now after getting the au…

Just installed the newest release from Orbx. Outstanding improvement to default scenery. With all the recent discussions about T2G KMCO problems, I was excited to check out the default KMCO airport with an ORBX simple upgrade. Gotta say it really looks good and now I'm glad I did not purchase the T2G edition. For my purposes the ORBX version of KMCO is more than adequate. I give this purchase a HUGE THUMBS UP !👍

I just installed my MSI RTX 2070 8gb Duke OC into my rig. I swapped it over a GTX 1060 6gb card I had previously. It is paired with an i7-8700K @4.7ghz, and 32 gigs of Corsair Vengeance RAM @2666. I did mildly put some extra OC on the new RTX card just for giggles but it wasn’t anything serious. I did notice that in sim the card runs very warm. I have the three fans set at 70% just to keep the temps reasonable. When flying, I did notice a slight improvement over my GTX card. In situations where I’d normally be in the 30fps I was in the upper 40’s and low 50’s. My settings are a reasonable “medium high”. Hi everyone , so yesterday I was flying around New York area with 8x SSAA to my surprise everything was smooth no issues at all. So I would like to know before I continue to use 8x SSAA what result do you guys have flying in very dense scenery or heavy weather condition with 8x SSAA ?

When an aircraft has no clickspot to open the door someone has to use the shortcuts instead. Is there a way to define a clickspot in the VC for that in the aircraft.cfg? E.g. a clickspot for the second door to open/close instead the shortcut [SHIFT]+[E]+[2] ? Thanks for your answers in advance. _____ Josef

Hi all, In my days on FSX I had the Pilatus PC6 Porter and Cessna 337 Skymaster by http://www.fsd-international.com and found them "different" and interesting to fly. Anybody knows if FSD has plans to port them on P3D? I'm also wondering if Steve Small is still part of FSD and doing the FDE?

Been waiting for an excuse to switch to P3D from fsx-se and Accidentally deleting all of my scenery drive during a back up reinstall the time has come. Should I jump into 4.4 or is an update around the corner? Also how do you update to the next version?

Calling all Dutch simmers (and anyone else who owns it, obviously), a 1.23 GB download for v1.10 of TE Netherlands has been released. Contains fixes for the following: @GSalden It's finally here! I've just installed it and am trying it out now. Hopefully it fixes all of the biggest problems people have had with it.

How are folks using these panels (switch, radio etc) in 4.4? Did Logitech ever update drivers? Or is SPADneXt or LINDA the answer? I'm assuming the latest FSUIPC5 is good for yoke, throttles etc? Ken
