Button Control Version

Hi pilots,FS2Crew is a really nice AddOn and I cannot fly with out it, since I've bought it ;).But in the last weeks I had a lot of CTDs in different stages of the flight.The FlightSim freezes and the typical WindowsXP messagse appears (....problem was found.....). The details of it says that the file "xactengine3_4.dll" causes it.It happens only when I am flying the iFly connected with FS2Crew.I have reinstalled it and reduced the hardware audio acceleration. Same results...Perhaps any special soundcard problems?Any other ideas?Thanks for help!Michael

A heads up...Do not resize the FS2Crew panels... it can result in weird behavior or even a CTD.In the next update, I'm locking the FS2Crew windows so they "can't" be re-sized...Now you can still move them around, you just can't re-size them.Cheers,

Hi Bryan,I'm still trying to find my way around fs2crew I run the pre flight the FO ELCT POWER UP he goes on the walk around and returnsand continues setting the over head panel etc I then run the check list and come to the before start procedure then get the load sheetbut the F/O does not set the his fmc to legs page or the fuel pumps - seat belts - isolation valve - elec hyd pumps - beacon - lower display to enginedo I have to set these myself or am I doing something wrongthank in advanceAlfy

Wasw wondering the best way to have multiable routes. Another word want to start from cold & dark, fly route to say KLAX, have a one hour or so stop over and then fly second leg. I don't want to have FO have to do all Powerups and such but still want FA announcements and such. Thanks Also what is that "School Bell" going off when I start PF in the config.

Would be really great if somehow when you give the OK to load passengers that there could be a recording of pass. loading. I know AES has this but not all airports (most aren't) have AES. ThanksBrad

Bryan, I am loving the FS2crew module for the FSX iFLY NG. With the NG having so many more switches for the First Officer to handle versus my other airliners, I really appreciate having a virtual copilot with me that much more. I know that the workflows here are modeled on a single or the average of SOPs used in real life, but I have noticed some things that were not operating according to my past experience in other jetliners and wanted to know if they are not modeled because they are not a part of NG procedures, or if they should be added to the simulation in a service pack. I am really looking forward to the PMDG NGX and its FS2crew adaptation, so if my concerns …

I have been flying the FSX version of iFly since before its official release, and am very familar with it. (FSX acceleration in Win7 64, i7965, NVIDIA GTX480, Creative SB x-Fi, 6g ram)I just purchased and installed the button version, and I am experiencing several issues.Upon Pre-Flight checklist, I am waiting until the F/O is complete (through stall test and an asterik appears next to the checklist in the left display). When I start and the oxy test it is over run by a call for altimeters to standard along with an PF acknowledgement. The rest of the checklist seems to complete fine. Was wondering what is the "Climb Thrust" command during takeoff. Since you takeoff with auto throttles on isn't that already controlled via the FMC. Was wondering what the co-pilot does when you call that?

Noticed that turning on the Taxi light is not in the procedures. Is that a Captains option. Thoight you were required to have it on if AC is moving. Thanks

I fly a lot so I have tons of custom cabin crew material that I'd prefer to replace the default announcements with. I thought I'd ask about this before I purchased...Thanks.

Hello, as you know Panel lights of Ifly 737 wont work (will be fixed in sp1) without at least one engine started, so to connect Ground power I am using Video marshaller but in night enviroment I can not see VM menu, there is no aircraft panel light as well. Would you implement a night light like the one on main fscrew menu, for VM ? Thanks

Hi,I bought the voice+button edition today. I read the help file and all that but I must be making a mistake becase the FO won't start the engines because it is telling me w'ere not properly configured to do that.No idea what it is that I'm doing wrong.Any help appreciated.Vic

Anyone get this error and CTD caused by this faulting module.Asking for Descent Checklist all of a sudden I get a CTD.Event Viewer log returning this .dll causing the fault.Any clues?Ran error-free in Voice Commander mode.

Hello,I've just purchesed the fs2crew for ifly 737 fsx. When I click on the altitude indicator fsx crashes. Please write the thinks that I am going to check and write the thinks that I am going to do. İf you say this is an audio related problem, my audio drivers are up to date, fsx is working perfect, ifly737fsx is working perfect, but when I attemped to run fs2crew fsx crashes.Please solve this problem. Bryan,I've just upgraded to V1.5 and at the same time am trying out the new FSX version.I've got no problems at all with new FS9 version, but have several problems with the flows for FSX.The program loads ok and I can start the PF procedure and everying seems fine until I click the Preflight Checklist after the F/O has completed his preflight procedure.He calls the first item 'Oxygen' but the immediately says 'Transition Altitude 29.92' which the PF repeats. He also sets the STD switch.I can then proceed as normal until, as part of the 'Before Start Checklist', I get an erroneous warning 'I may want to check again' regarding the 'CDU Preflight' item.Again, I can proceed …

Hi,I dont know if this is related to fs2crew or not but it seems to occur only when I use fs2crew, I get a CTD. The culprit points to a xactengine.dll error, which is related to directx. Just trying to figure out what is causing this error, so I thought I would ask. Any ideas?Win xp proFS9

Hi,I'm using version 1.4 and am having a problem trying to follow the Climb flow described in the user manual.item 4 states:If using the NADP1 profile: Call "SET FLAPS UP SPEED". however, for NDAP1 I only get the option "LEVEL CHANGE""SET FLAPS UP SPEED" only appears if I use NADP2.Is this an error in the manual, am I doing something wrong, or do have I a corrupt system?Thanks,John

Hi Iflyers,On my first flight, after the landing checklist, the FS2crew sound stopped. I hit the main button to confirm landing and I couldn't hear it. I kept pressing it and pressing for the next items but nothing. After I parked the aircraft, all of the sounds(because I kept pressing) started playing in fast sequence. So, the problem wasn't that I couldn't hear the sound, it didn't play in the first place.I had a second flight with no problems. On my third, the sound stopped during preflight.On my third flight, I played the decent checklist before the briefing, so used the arrow the play it back after I had played the briefing.
