Button Control Version

Hi, First time using your product. I enjoy it. But after using the it on 5 flights, I might have a sound problem. After using it on the first flight all worked perfect. But after that I don't here the first officer speaking. The flight attendent works okay. I turned up the sound to for the first officer, but nothing happens. Also I don't here ground crew but I don't if that is included with the software. Some specs Win7 64 bit. on board sound realtek. nvidia video card with latest video driver. Using button control. Hello When i call "Before start Procedure", me, the PF set trim for take off : for example : 6.5 Then when i call "Before Take off checklist, the first officer FO say : " Stabilizer Trim" and the captain say : 9 point 1 unit ?? But the trim is 6.5 Why this difference ? Thanks Jean-François

Hello, I've just taken off from EHAM and I saw a little think that used to work before but it doesn't anymore: when passing transition altitude, the FO annunciates "Transition altitude, altimeters 1013" but the pressure stays at local value as it was set before. He doesn't seem to press the "Std" button as he used to... Anybody could confirm that, please? Regards, Slawomir

Hi Does any one else get a problem when calling for Flaps up on dep and nothing happens ? i use the UK sound set and did not use VNAV or LNAV as it was a vectored departure / heading after dep clearance ... when making an app for a low approach and go around it works fine .... i have to click on the up arrow to get it to show flaps up then try again.Thanks Rich

I am continuing to have a problem when the crew sounds stopping during briefings. I then hit pause, and they all start playing back. I thought it was me, especially after checking all the forum entries,and could find only two instances. Then I reloaded onto an updated Win 7 x64 gaming pc with plenty of horsepower, and yup, still happens. Seems ok if I am diligent in in making sure all calls happen right on schedule, but, if a little late, no more voices. This has never happened on any other FS2crew editions, and I have most of them. I now am thinking of going to voice edition, but still like to here the takeoff and landing briefings from the buttons. Any help would …

Haven't had an issue at all with FS2Crew and iFly interface until today. For some reason when I click on standby indicator to start FS2Crew (button bar), I get a crash to desktop. I've unistalled/.reinstalled FS2Crew several times with no luck. I've tried all variations of 737NG as well. I've made sure iFly config menu has FS2Crew button enabled.Any thoughts? Thanks!Rich

First off I own a few FS2Crew modules which brings me to a couple of observations between them. The module that has the most pre-flight preparation interaction seems to be the Airbus package. You have ground crew coming up to the cockpit giving load sheets etc. There's a flight attendant briefing before pushback. I was wondering if some of this can be added to the iFly package. At least hearing shuffling in the cabin and cockpit would add something to pre-flight. As of now it seems the pilot and co-pilot are the only ones in the plane on pre-flight not a full load of passengers that one would hear shuffling around as the plane is getting ready for pushback. Hi, I have an RFC regarding the button control version for iFly737NG.After takeoff you can choose (dynamically) commands for the P.N.F. in the left and right command window.Nearly I always take-off with flaps-1 setting.After having selected LNAV-VNAV in sequence in the right command window,it would be nice to have the flaps 5/1/0 command preselected in the left command window, based on the take off flaps setting.So for example:If you take off with flaps 5, the flaps 1 command should be automatically preselected,if taking off with flaps 1, the flaps up command should be preselected, etc No big deal, but maybe you can have a look. Having a problem with the throttles cutting back to idle right after take off -yikes!! Specifically, right when I call for for "set climb thrust", or "set flaps up speed". This happens with both of the departure profiles. I don't have this problem if I use the iFly aircraft without using FS2Crew. I have uninstalled and re-installed FS2Crew, but the problem remains. I'm using FS9 as well as a CH yoke, pedals, and throttle quad, all calibrated w/FSUIPC. I should add that this problem has only occurred during the last 4 or 5 flights I have made using the Ifly 737NG and the FS2Crew button addition, this didn't happen at first. Hello, I am new in that forum. I like FS Crew very much. But since my last flights and the B737 from IFly I have the problem, that my FO don`t want to switch off the packs after calling ready for engine start. I did all checklists but the FO don`t want to switch off the Packs. Some flights ago all works fine.Do you have any idea! Thank you Holger! Hi Bryon,Assuming correct set up!!on turn around resetting fmc ect,going to pre flight all seems to work ok,on climb out i get cabin alt warnig then auto fail,cabin alt guage shows small needle moving but not large needle. on desent waning lights go out but master caution stays on.not using fs2 all is ok.just wondered if you have any ideas,winxp32fs9.1fs2 button.ThanksRichard

I'm having a consistent problem w/the button control edition and my iFly 737-700/800. I've noticed that after engine start, when I call for takeoff flaps, my FS2Crew FO sets the flaps to full flaps, then announces "takeoff flaps set". I've selected flaps 5 in both the CDU and the FS2Crew takeoff briefing - did I miss some other spot where it needs to be set? It's not just takeoff, either: I crashed on landing at KLAS yesterday. I called for flaps 15, and noticed that after that the aircraft's speed started decaying rapidly until it stalled. Hi all,I'm trying to get the Fs2crew procedures for this great plane under the belt. I use the "appendix H: crew flows" as a guide, but there seem to be so many "gaps". Despite the crew flow, I still hesitate exactly when to do what action at a given time. So my question is: is there a crew flow guide, offering more detailed instructions (for example, offering a timetable with the associated events). I did a search but nothing came up. Hi,I'm flying for the first time in a while, and I've just updated to 1.6. In this flight I'm having a very strange problem in that the FS2crew audio only plays if I pause Flight Simulator! It sounds as though it's queuing all the audio pieces up, but not playing them until I pause.Can anyone suggest a reason for this and a solution please?Thanks!p.s. Hi,I've got a problem when I make a second leg. (no problem at the first leg, start cold and dark and all is OK since take-off to the landing and arrival at the gate).The sim crash when I change the view with S or when I look to the right or left. I just d/l the newest update 1.6 and I noticed unlike previous versions he did not turn off the center fuel pumps at TO or when they are at or close to 1000 Lbs in the center tank. This is my first flight with the new version so I'll keep you updated as to what I see on other flights.Sean Green
