Voice Control Version

Can someone tell me just how to accomplish this? I have no idea what to do here. I assume there's taxi instructions involved, etc, but mechanically I'm lost, and this item gets me an "Are you sure?" ever time :PAnnoying snotty FO!Thanks!George

Hello,Have installed program. all ok. selected either button or voice. Load FSX. click on standby instrument, nothing happens. Have looked in panel.cfg and see nothing for fscrew. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, no difference. Any ideas?cheersNeil

HiLoving the new software but when i run through before start check-list the FO keeps saying are you sure? when he set the buttons in the first place like window heat and its on? also when i say cockpit to ground he doesn't reply unless i say ground from cockpit? i notice that you haven't done what you normally do like a list from 30mins to each event that happens in the cockpit i don't know when the best time to do things or what everything means in the departure brief window? i understand you are really busy

Hey all,I'm a little confused. I have just printed the flows out for both the Captain and the First officer. I want to fly as the captain, and under pre-flight it says: 'Optional: Run the PreFlight events by pressing ‘RUN PF’ on the FS2Crew Config Panel. Note: If you run the Pre-Flight events routine, you must loadthe either the COLD AND DARK, SHORT OR LONG panel states prior to pressing RUN PF. These panel states are available via the PMDG 737's LOAD PANEL STATE MENU 'So what I am confused about is, if I am flying as Captain, and I start doing the pre-flight 'flow', so I start number 2 and setup cockpit lighting, does the first officer autamatically start his pre-flight …

Bryan,great job.!!..I have done a few flights with the NGX voice version and it works great...I believe this is by far your best product...many thanks to yourself and the PMDG team for providing us such a nice combination....Just one minor issue: during start up procedure, just prior to starting engines, despite what what is written in the FO flow (which is in line with Normal Procedures), the FO doesn't seem to select the Eng page on the central lower display, which has to be set manually.Is it me doing something wrong or is it a known bug ?Regards

1) Ok, for p/s to save the nose wheel stearing. Eng and Elec A PUMPS should be turned off prior to push back. This is not simulated in FS2Crew but in real life, this is one of the easiest ways to break boeing aircraft.2) most airlines use gpu until just before p/s, I have printed out the captain pilot flying and it is not as detailed as previous versions. I think that this needs to be more thourough, for example, when starting the apu for engine start from gpu needs to be tweaked. I have ended up starting the apu manually and bleeds on [as in manual] but after engine start [ground crew disconnect] the f.o. doesn't do his flows, and I have followed the pilot flying to the …

Hello Bryan,FS2Crew is working great apart from a couple of small hiccups which I hope to sort through in the near future.But upon "Runway Entry Procedure" and "Okay To Clean Up" phases the PNF does attempt to set the NGX's transponder to mode Charlie (TA?RA) but then it immediately returns to Standby position.The same procedure works fine in the iFlyI can manually use the NGX transponder switch to select TA/RA and have IvAp's transponder set to mode Charlie so communication between the NGX and IvAp are working correctly.Is there any chance you can look into this for me please ?Thanks in advanceAdam

Hello,i have just purchased and installed Fs2crew for my NGX. I get the message asking me to trust the new gauges/ changes etc., but when ingame i cannot get the panel to show up. I can click the "button" on the flight controls panel, but nothing other than a click happens.I have been trough every possible solution posted on this forum, but no go.Anyone have a clue?Windows Vista 64b Home Premium

My 2D panel click spot to show the main fs2crew panel dont Work. But when I press the A button on keyboard and go to ngx 3d panel it Work. I use the 4x3 2D panel of ngx.

Anyone has a problem with the included VM? Clicking the VM-buttons does not starting any video.

Ok what have I missed?Tried several times and it doesn't appear to write the gauges to the panel.cfg? I would assume also when starting FSX it would ask to install the FS2Crew Guage? The JS41 version had no problems...Therefore no user panels to start FS2C?Help (Please)!

Hi Bryan,Whilst we all wait patiently for the call to say that the NGX release is available, I have one quick question. Will FS2Crew be compatable with FSDT GSX. Will the pushback feature work with this addon so we can have GSX puchback graphics with FS2Crew sounds, and do you think there will be an update to control the deboarding and boarding?

Many people seem to have troubles with the fs2crew gauge not being installed.I found out that selecting a different plane first in free flight, my default is a beechcraft cold&dark,and after startup, selecting the pmdg737, installed the fs2crew gauge as trusted software worked flauwlessQuestion: is it possible that choosing the pmdg 737 immediatly prevents the search for other gauges installed?

New to fs2crew been having issues when doing starts and checks the fs2crew knows what im saying thru my mic the issue is windows always opens up another program or the start menu for windows. is there a way to disable it for using windows and just focus on fsx and fs2crew havent been able to fy yet because of the issue.. thanks.nevermind found the answer

Byran,There seems to be no way to set up Control button as Soft mute. That is the most often used Push To Talk button with ATC. Am I missing something? Is there a way to set it by bypassing the FSX UI?Also when I initially set it up I was confused by the check symbol in the Enable FS2Crew Voice in the Config Manager. Since it seemed fine on install I just started up FS X and alas it wasn't really installed. Of course the text next to the checkbox actually said Disable FS2Crew Voice but it's not the text you expect (especially seeing a check symbol there assures you everything is ok) to see and the picture in the manual showed Enable. On my descent I told my FO:- SET XXX POINT XX ON NAV 2taken from the voice commands. He didn't do anything.I tried telling him to set my COMM 1 and he did do that, however.I didn't test COMM 2 or NAV 1. Sorry :sad:psI also told him to set course on his side, and he did that also

I am planning on purchasing this program but I had a few things I wanted to understand better first (I read the online manual and I'm still a little confused on these points).1.) I just purchased a microphone w/ a plug in jack a week ago - how much of a problem is it going to be getting that to work with FS2Crew? (the manual says "USB Mics preferred"2.) Congratulations again Bryan on a sterling effort. However, I seem to have a problem. Everything works fine from a cold and dark startup, taxi, takeoff, after take off checklist and then when I get to descent checklist , we get no further. The FO simply continues to respond "I'm ready for the brief." I've tried it several times on different flights but with the same outcome..... any ideas?

Hi Bryan, I remember the LDS 767 version I used before had a tutorial flight to get you started with Fs2crew. Is there such a thing in the manuals for the NGX? I can't seem to find one.I remember that the LDS flight was very helpful.I'm planning on using the button version.Thanks
