FS2CREW: LEVEL-D 767 (FSX Voice Control)

Just a quick question, but is there a flow chart out there for the 767 as I've found the Jetstream ones to be invaluable in reducing the amount of paper required to learn the protocol?ThanksGreg

Hoi...After some very good flights with voice i have noticed the calls "ckeck tracks and distances", "position check" and delete "speed restrictions" but nothing happend when i say it. what is function of this calls? Thanks for any help.

Hello I have a problem with the level D voice commander. The main dialogue does not appear when clicking on the attitude indicator, i tried all the tips in the trouble shooter.The panel.cfg file does have all the correct entries but when i load the plane it does not show. I tried reinstalling the fs2crew and registry check and nothing.your help is greatly appreciated.anybody had this problem they can help me with?

Hello! I have VC for LDS767 for 2 days in use now and it works really fine, except one thing:Several times during every flight my FO is calling "speed, speed, speed,..". He also is deactivating the used speed mode (VNAV, FLCH,...) and i am not able to activate it again (neither with voice or manuel) till i tell him to shut up.It can happen in every situation duing flight Clb, Crz (most of the time), Dec and I even get the "speed, speed, ..." comment/warning on Ground. I am not talking about (overspeed or Taxispeed warnings!)I tried it with my own ond the FS2Crew panel state, and was using the tutorial all the time.... always the same...using WinXP32, FS9.1, also flying…

HelloI had problems yesterday on Vatsim.I planned to fly to a destination and then to back to the dep airport without disconnect from Vatsim.When a Shutdown on the gate SB4 voice died.After searching on the net, it seems to be an old SB4-LVLD767 "bug", you must have center hydrauliks 1 or 2 set to on.Did a new flight today the SB4 radio died after shutdown like yesterday i switch on center hyd 1 and SB4 is back on voice.Tank you for a great product / Hans

Does the Voice Commander version have the same capabilities in terms of First Officer takeoff and landings like there was in the button version. I was reviewing my Maddong VC manual and saw I can do FO takeoffs in that, but didnt see anything like that for the 767 version.

Hi Bryan,I finished a couple of flights with the 767 and the Voice Commander succesfully. A couple of phrases are not recognised by the Voice recognition, for instance 'RVSM check I have zero difference', but I have to practise that better.There is however one phrase, the voice commander also does not understand, and that is 'autopilot on'. After asking for setting VNAV and LNAV, I ask the FO to put the autopilot on. He responds by disengaging the disengage bar (switches the bar down). The green bar displays autopilot off.If I only say 'ON' then the green bar shows indeed 'ON'. So the word on is recognized, as it is with the 737 default and the 737PIC.Am I doing something…

I somehow got into the habbit from flying to saying as they do in the real world manual braking as they pass 70/60Knts, and I noticed that FS2Crew actually recognises this as a command, yet it isnt detailed anywhere in the manual. Are there any other commands as such that havent made it into the manual that exist? I noticed in the flows to advise the FA we are in the cruise but what is the command for this?RegardsJames Carr

HiFs2crew recognises every command i make, but not the LNAV command. The display tells me Im either saying; auto, on, roger or go around. Other than that i can find no faults

Hi Bryan!Very nice product you have here. I just have a couple of questions one sometimes the FO or anyone doesnt recognize what I'm saying and comes out like I was saying feet or in. I don't know if it was because I'm not talking loud enough or what and it also seems to have problems recognizing big sentences. For Example I can't for the life of me get the ground crew to realize that I'm saying " We're ready for pushback and engine start."Any help would be appreciated!Darren

Hello Bryan,First of all: thanks so very much for the release of the Voice Commander for the 767. It's really great, impressive and challenging. I have,, for now, two questions.1) General question: I always have problems to have a push-back truck and luggage vans available. After changing the settings for airport vehicles a couple of times, they can be suddenly there. Which settings must I have to show them permamently?2) Where can I find the Bank Limit Selector? I looked into the LevelD's manual, but could not find it. I know that this is not your concern, but still I hope you can help me though.Kind regards,Henk

Hi BrianGreat product again! I have noticed though there are no UK cabin announcements for inflight meal or film even when I go up to 37000.I have the newer version. The German guy is ok when when using the EU language. Have to say, the knocking at the door etc is a nice touch when requesting drinks etc from the cabin crew - can this be added to the rest on any future updates?Thanks again for sticking with FS9! :( RegardsRich

I have just installed the 767 and have tried both Feb 2009 and April 2009 versions of the Start Centre. There is no access to the 767 and I saw a message that stated that the voice version would not work with the latest Start Centre. Is there some registration to be completed? I cannot see any mentioned in the manual. Would an even older version of the Start Centre show the 767?

Hello Bryan,I'm goint to say the same as allways, I love this product.There is only one problem,for example when the ground crew hands over the plane and ask me how i'm doing. I'm saying: "Fine, Any snags with the plane?"But i can say it till i have no voice left, but he wont respond to me.The same in some checklists points.I have the 737 PIC & 737 pmdg voice edition to, and i can use it without any problems.I use Windows XP and have the planes with fs2crew full updated.I allready did all the availible training sesions for voice.Is it truth that the voice recognition of windows 7 is better, if so, i'm going to change to windows 7.Thanking in advance,Rick Winkelman

I have to say i enjoy the LD version just as much as i enjoy the maddog version. However with the LD version i have a couple concerns.1. When running the After Start Checklist, the FO always turns ON the engine anti ice, even when OAT is 36*C and there is no icing condition present. And when you reply OFF he doesnt do anything about it, he just moves on to the next item. So my request, could you make it like the maddog when he gets to engine anti ice, turns them ON or OFF according to your command?2. Hi Bryan I have come across a small bug which I didn’t notice with V1.0 it happens after take off, the FO says positive rate and when I say gear up the FA says Hello which I must say I am not that keen on the FAs voice what happened to sexy Jane, if you can get her to do the FAs voice please change her. That’s the only bug I have come across in10 flights with it up to now and it does it every time. This is a big step up from the first voice programs, well done Bryan. Just another request if you do any further updates can you add (I have control /you have control) just adds a bit more realism plus any chance of adding some of the extras to the 737 range. I just DL the new 1.1 version, this is my first time trying to set up the mute button with my CH yoke. I went into the cfg manager and selected button 10, that is the button on my yoke that I wanted to use, it did not work, I changed the assignment to LControl and was going to use fsuipc to assign that keybored command to my yoke, however in fsuipc you can not use that command. So I decided to switch the command to the Backspace, but I cannot, no matter what it will not save it the cfg manager its stuck on LControl, I have restarted my PC several times but its still stuck, is there any file I can get to that manually get to, so can delete it.

All things considered, this is a great product. I've run in to a small bug though. I've found that when calling operations ot request the ZFW, I only get a response if the FS2Crew output source is set to speakers and not headset.Wit the FS2Crew audio output set to my USB headset, I set COMM 2 to 130.65 on the active frequency as advised and call "Requesting Zero Fuel Weight". If I have green display bar on, it confirms "Requesting Zero Fuel Weight" in the dialogue. I get no response. I then change nothing other than setting the FS2Crew audio output to my speakers and repeat the procedure. Now I get a response. This is reproducible for me and all other calls work fi…

When I speak I get the confirmation of what I said on the screen but I hear no audio from FS2Crew. I do get an error message on initilization saying to check that the FS2Audio.dll file is in my Windows/system32 folder. It is. I can hear everything else through my headphones, i.e. engines, cockpit clicks, etc. but no FS2Crew audio. Any suggestions.Jeff EvenRocklin, CA, USA

Hi,I was wondering how it works together with Vatsim.I can imagine that talking to ATC can conflict with the copilot or is there a function while pushing the "talk" button, the FS2Crew software will ignore what is saying.Are there any visible windows of FS2Crew in the VC cockpit?Cheers...
