FS2CREW: LEVEL-D 767 (FSX Voice Control)

Hi Bryan,thanks for all your help so far.I have downloaded the B747 voice commander and it is another excellent piece of software.One thing I noticed was the Fast Forward button and timer were displayed on the main panel as opposed to the config panel.This is a far better setup than the B767 as I have to keep opening and closing the cfg panel when fast forwarding the pre flight routine when flying the B767.Any chance of an update to move the timer and 'FF' button onto the B767 main panel please?ThanksWillie Goldie

Level-D recently released a Winglet update for the LDS 767.I just tested the FSX and FS9 Winglet Update with FS2Crew 767 Voice Commander.FSX Version:The only thing that connects FS2Crew to the Level-D 767 is the FS2Crew modified panel.cfg file.The panel.cfg file used by the Winglet model "aliases" the panel.cfg file used in the regular 767.In other words, it uses the same panel.cfg file used by the normal 767.Therefore, so long as your panel.cfg file for the normal 767 has FS2Crew entries on it, you shouldn't need to do a thing.FS9/FS2004 Version:Unlike the FSX version, the FS9 Winglet version does NOT alias or share the non-Winglet panel.cfg file.Therefore, you have to c…

Hi,it has now been some years since I purchased the very first release of the B763ER. I was probably among the first lot to "try" out this new plane in FS. It's that long ago I don't even remember which version of FS started it all but possible FS2004.Over the years I have been flying this beautiful aircraft online with VATSIM and on the odd occasion tried out a new release, whether it be a B757, JS41, et al. In the Level D, you are presented with a pushback option as to how far back, and direction. With FS2Crew, there is no option it just pushes you back. A lot of times, it will push you in the wrong direction were you have to do a 180 to get to were you want to go. Is there an option some where in your program to specify the distance and the direction?Your program really excels,it doesn't have any dificulties understanding what is said. I just need to sometimes turn the volume down when I switch to the outside view as the engines noise is interpeted as "Captain, Off" I can live with that.ThanksGnacino

Bryan;Recently purchased the Voice Command Edition for the LD 767 and have been having a great time with it. The only glitch that I have been experiencing is when I request push and start. Everything is fine up up to the point where I call "Cockpit to ground". The ground crew responds, but when I say " ready for pushback and engine start" I get nothing. If I push back manually, the FO will start engines when directed and the flight proceeds normally. Am I missing a trigger word or action? This glitch is occuring consistantly.Great product - keep up the good work.Jim

Hi there, coming back after a long time, glad to find you here again! I already have the button version of the 767 FS2Crew and love it. I liked the Default 737 Voice version too and I´m sure the Voice 767 is absolutely amazing too. My question is, if I can use them both, Voice and Button. Well, of course not at hte same time but if I can switch between the two. My problem is, I got my Sim PC very near the bedroom and when I fly at night, I can´t just talk out loud, I´d rather use a somehow quiet method. So, is it possible? Thanks in advance......

Been using this for a couple a weeks now. It does get addicting. I'm still reading from the manuel for the correct commands. A couple of times now, can't get the FO to act on my commands. The words spoken show correct on the green line atop the window. I repeat them several times, they keep showing up on the green line but no response from the FO. I did follow all of the commands in sequence. I turn off the voice on the panel and then turn it on. Usally this is after the decsent and I can't get hime to respond to the RU ready for the approach brief. I say that command after 100 miles approx after the TOD. Hi to all. I was flying with my level d 767 and fs2crew while I started speech recognition by mystake. Fs9 stopped and then my rear output volume (where i heard my virtual copilot vocie, not my front output where i've headset and teamspeak) suddenly became very low (I checked all the volumes that were at top level). Additionally when i tried to start speech recognition it told me this: "The requested task cannot be carried out because the necessary engine could not be created. While the LevelD always has been a great airplane, the PMDG offerings have usually been my first choice when flying online. However, with FS2Crew voice commander available I find myself choosing the LevelD all the time now for my VATSIM adventures. But since you never know how long atc will be online on VATSIM, I often cheat and do fast forwards so instead I cut down that 45 min timeframe to perhaps 15 min. Would it be possible somehow to produce an user edited timeline when the different actions occur (load sheet arrives, pcs etc) or perhaps being able to chose a condensed timeframe from one of the gauges? If my screen is maximized, FS9 freezes up while I'm trying to use LDS/FS2Crew. If I minimize, everything works great. Does anyone have any idea why this is occuring ?

Hello,I have a problem that I can not figure out. Before I start fs9 I can hear my self through my mike, sounds like breathing and talking. However, when I fire up FS9 and load either the 737 or 767 I can no longer hear sounds from my mike. I still have sounds through the earphones by nothing from my mike. Whene I go and look at my sound settings Vista 64 shows sounds comming through my mike. As of now I can not interact with the voice controls of FS Crew. Any ideas?Thank you,R Jones

Hello GuysI am looking for a Tutorial video for the new FS2CREW Level D B767.. i am having problems straight after the "Are you ready for the departure brief" am having problems setting an ILS Approach and changing the radio to manual and tune Navaid (Whats Navaid??) set and tune NAV1 to FIX, clear FIX and set NAV 1 to FMC... also how do you send a PA?? TOP of Descend... I am sort of new to Flight sim i have a general idea but just need some assistance..... Hi Bryan,Firstly, where the hell has this product been all my life, damn that was fun coming out of VTBS, big TCU's, flew manual all the way up to FL220 and then dropped in the CMD.FS2crew, perfect from the RW entry ptocedure to the time I put CMD in, just perfect, great great product!However just one issue, with the CMD in, I bought the hdg bug round to 300 with a voice command, and the FO ranaway with the hdg control. I stopped him with voice switch, and now he has got stroppy and won't talk to me. Hi BryanGreat product, am really loving this so far!a few queries, if you'd be so kind:- are the sounds tied to the gauges and non-customisable? I made a new soundset long ago for the LDS 767 crew voices and fancy having a go at playing around in Pro Tools with the sounds but can't find them in the 'sounds' folder? - the FO's 'clean up' flow takes a while, meaning I'm quite a long distance down the taxiway before all the lights and strobes get switched off which an EasyJet FO pal of mine says is bad form. Would it be possible to move the lights and strobe command further up the list or if I do it myself would it spoil the FOs flow?- on your video for the 737 Voice Command…

After landing and slowing down to around 30 or 40 kts I call "ok to clean up". I get a positive verbal response but most of the time the FO doesn't do anything and I have to run through the checklist myself. What triggers are required before the clean up? Autopilot off? Hi,Just completed my first flight with 767 Voice Commander after some excellent support to get hold of the download files by Bryan.Although the first flight was done without my beloved VOXATC, I will be adding this addtional workload once I'm more familiar with both the aircraft and FS2Crew.However, running the FS2Crew config application, it didn't seem to recognise my CH yoke PTT button (i.e. the button under my left index finger). I tried several different buttons on all connected controllers and none seemed to be recognised by the config manager.Is there any other way I can get the system to recognise the joystick button?CheersRob

Gday all,Iv been having this niggling issue for a while now which i beleive has been raised before; every second or third flight, i would start FS, open up the FS2Crew panel in the 767, then drop the mic volume as suggested so that my voice recog. works ( i use XP), and then start the pre-flight, however the first audio clip, the engineers opening question is at an extremely low volume. This is the same with all preflight dialouges with the exception of the push crew and of course the FO who have normal volume. This flows through onto the cruise when the FA's bring food and what not into the flight deck, being all at very low volume, however the "hello" and "you bet ill …

Guys,having used this addon for some time now I can only saw what an awsome piece of programing. It truly adds another dimension to FSX and is excellent.I have a slight problem on the landing. After hearing the audible 100 ft warning I don't get the 50 ft, 20 ft etc. I just have to keep an eye on the altimeter.Anyone have any idea why I've lost the call outs on landing?ThanksWillie G

You will probably remember the issues I've had with the FO changing MCP values whilst I'm flying online, despite the mute symbol being illuminated. I had this problem a while back with the 737PIC version, but have also had it to a much lesser extent with the 767 as well. I think it occurs less with the 767 due to you changing the commands from "heading xxx" to "SET heading xxx". Either way this solution works for me in both aircraft.Anyway I've finally figured out the exact set of circumstances which result in the FO misbehaving.
