F33 Bonanza for FSX

A few great edits have been posted for the Bonanza. Because it can be quite hard to find all this information again in the future, when you might need to reinstall the Bonanza and edit various things again, I thought it would be a nice idea to put them all in one topic for future reference. (Hopefully the upcoming (?) Hi Everyone I have recently purchased this aircraft, however it seems she always wants to pull to the left when in the air. I have the service pack and updated flight model installed. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

So I learned that the X-plane shipped with a nice neat manual for this Otto, us FSX guy are just SOL I guess. Here's the issue, Can the plane intercept a GS? I've checked everything I know to check. I have it in heading and ALT mode, then I select APR, once the plane hits the LOC it does indeed follow it and the HDG light goes off, the "ALT" light stays on as usual. THEN I get to where the GS goes active, I see the two bugs move down the screen, but the ALT light stays on and the GS annunciator light stays off, the plane seems to never go into GS mode. Any help? Also what odes the "cpld" and "arm" lights on the annunciator panel mean? I wish I had…

I'm posting this separately as it a slightly different question. Is the "GS" light on the annunciator panel supposed to stay on the whole time you are on a glide slope? Or just flash a few times then go off

After unzipping the zip files by Bert Piekè, I still can't see the ARM button on the autopilot. It makes me think I screwed something up in the installation procedure...did anyone have the same issue? Enrico

Hi, I've been flying this plane for a while and its going well, except that I still cant get a handle on V speeds. I realize this is more of a general pilot question, not really about the F33A. So I've heard that V speeds are based on many factors and that most POH's include charts to figure them out. I know that V1 is too late to stop, Vr is when you lift the nose gently, and V2 is supposed to be minimum speed at 35 feet (or is V2 safe single engine climb speed?). Anyway when I look at the POH, I don't see anywhere that say "V1" or "Vr" or "V2". But I DO see "lift off speed 71 kts", and "50 feet speed 77 kts". Would it be safe to assume that Lift off…

I just noticed that the Avionics switch is off in the up position whereas allthe other toggle switches are off in the down position.Since this switch is missing a label, can anyone confirm if it is wired correctly?

Just wondering if anyone has installed either the Reality GNS XP 430 or 530 WAAS XP into the F33 and, if so, is it very hard to modify the config files?Thanks a lot,Howard

With all the service pack applied, when I lower the throttle setting, I started hearing a buzzer sound and the "Gear Up" light illuminated. My airspeed is no where near stall speed. I searched in the Carenado manuals and has seen no explanation of this behaviour. Not flying the real plane does not help either. Ideas? Bugs? Thanks

I recently re-installed my FSX and during my Carenado V-35 patching I must have mixed up some of the files. Anyway, I wanted to uninstall but not sure of the correct way to do so.Thanks,Mitch

After a long, long, long time I installed the F33 again (after I noticed Stolle's update on the Carenado site).Now I remember there were some edits (from Bliksempie?) on the GNS which amongst others enabled the cursor (or am I mistaken?). I also read a topic I started myself about xml edits. I wonder if all this can be downloaded somewhere by now? I would like to use the cursor on the GNS and have all other improvements added to the F33...!

Hi guys,I really enjoy the Bonanza. Still, I dont get along with the way NAV1 istuned via the GPS. Is there any way of changing the NAV1 setting withNAV2, so that I can set NAV1 with the radio stack and NAV2 via the GPS?I just want to do some IFR flying, I dont need no GPS :-)Also, is is possible to change font or color of the DME readout?I could need more contrast here... ? :-)Thanks and merry christmas!

I am trying to save a flight with the F33 cold and dark, but can't get it done. Everytime I start a flight everything is on... Is it possible to make the F33 start with a cold and dark cockpit...?

Hello all !When on a full screen I can not re size the min panel.I resized it on win mode, moved it to my instrument monitor, switched to full screen, and it looked okay, push F1 and it shrinks ANY IDEA ????TnxYair

I set gps to vloc and tune my nav 1radio but the cdi doesnt move no matter how far off track i get nor does it indicate to or from and nav2 vor on right appears to do nothing either....is anyone else having this issue. I have the newest sp3.
