The two Customization models (III and IV) are reversed, and the gear lights only work in the two yoke model, not in the one yoke version.

Last week I decided to expand my hangar with another plane of Corenado, the F33 Bonanza. I have the Cessna 172 Skyhawk and the 208 Grand Caravan and love them although there are a number of annoying items with both of them to be honest. Anyway having seen the F33 in use with the Angel of Attack VFR training I decided to buy it as it has a fully equipped instrument panel. for the next step IFR lessons. However after installation I saw that the nose wheel does not move at all. Removed the aircraft and did a new installation in a clean FSX with sp2 environment and installed also the F33BONANZAFSXSERVICEPACK on my Windows7 - 64 bit system although not neccesary as my downlo…

I have just bought the Carenado Bonanza F33 (with SP3 ), but I'm not impressed with the GNS430GPS. I usually have my GPS on a separate monitor, so I don't need to try to fit it into the GNS panel slot (and might be able to retain the Nav1, Com1 tuning on the GNS430 !{although I would forgo them if that's what it takes to change the GPS}). How would I go about using the default Garmin GPS 500 from FSX in the Bonanza?TIADavid

In the lower left of the F33 panel is very small inst I have no idea what it is for. It has two SW, one operates and is labeled FREE, the other is CW. Tnere is also a small window in it that has a + and a - on it. When I operate the SW I do not see any thing happening. What is it for and what does it do.

How can one replace the GNS-430 ( standard in my Bonanza ) with the GNS-530 ?I understand that some modifications have to be made in the config file.Is this asimple procedure and if so,how is it done ?I appreciate any help.Hubert WerniNB: My operating system is Windows XP and I use Flight Simulator Deluxe Edition.

Hi guys, until now, I have made several 2-3 hour flights with the Bonanza with out a single hiccup. Now, after the patch i get a major lockup/crash after 15-30 mins of flight. I'll be flying along then all of a sudden the screen goes black, my tv says searching for signals, the sound of the plane continues to loop and all I can do is press and hold the power button on the pc until it turs off, then I restart and all is normal untill I fly the bonanza again.Out of curriosity, I duplicated the same flight in another plane and had a successful 1.2 hour flight with no issues. The new patch is a beauty, flies well but something is buggered in mine at least.

Here's something that's got me a little stumped: for the second time, I've been cruising in the Bo at around 5000-6000' when the power will begin to slowly fade. It feels like the mixture isn't leaned properly, except that it is, and changing the mixture in either direction has no effect. Left alone, the engine will continue losing power until the plane stalls (autopilot engaged in ALT mode). However, all I have to do to bring it back to full power is to descend by 1000' or so, and it comes back to life. The last time it happened, the OAT at altitude was below freezing, about 28 degrees (f) and there was visible moisture. It almost feels like carb icing, except that the B…

My Bonanza's Nav and Strobe lights seem to have stopped working using the correct buttons etc....any ideas why this would be?

Having flown a real Beech Debonair and T-34 I know these aircraft are slow to stall and very easy to recover when they do. However, the sim version frequently stalls while climbing to assigned altitude even though it is well above stall speed. Once the stall begins the aircraft is no longer flyable. It either goes from stall to stall or trying to enter a spin. Trim, power, elevator are all totally ineffective.This is a beautiful plane with great sounds but I am about to give up on it as a cross county flyer. So, I've been reading different threads on bonanza F33 panel mods and have a question about adding the RealityXP GNS530.I noticed the F33 has 2 ADF receivers. Is it possible to remove 1 of the receivers? It seems If you could, you would then be able to install the GNS530 in place of the stock 430, while keeping the NAV/COMM2 receiver. Has anyone tried this? I'm sure some of you have already thought of this, but I thought I'd ask anyway!

The F33A AVSS is not working as per the manual: ENG and ARM switches are inoperative. Climb rate and altitude cannot be programmed. Does someone have a workaround?Michael

On several flights while either climbing or cruising the Bonanza begins a series of climbing stalls. They begin rather gently and become more severe until the plane want to enter a spin. This always occurs while on Auto-pilot. When I disengage the AP I find that the trim is full up and it takes a bit of fight to regain normal flight.Anyone else experience this? Suggestions for a cure appreciated. As it is this plane cannot be left unattended. Even my Radar Contact co-pilot couldnt keep it under control.Another question. I can not go from 6000 feet, the speed drops below 60 knots, I've tried all the settings propeller, mixtura fuel and ice control (following the specifications). In summary, the engine loses power!I need help ...

I have purchased the Reality XP FLN & FLT Software. I've found their user installion process beyond my capabilities. I've made too many mistakes that crashed FSX and worst Windows 7. I am trying to install the STEC 55X Autopilot, The ST645 & ST360 components. This part of the configuration file would be helpful. I have been able to insall the RealityXP GPS530WAAS GPS Sucessfully.Thanks for your help,Bob

I just purchased the Bonanza from Flight1 this morning, installed it it and made a couple of quick flights. Very nice.I checked the Carenado website and it shows a cumulative service pack patch dated 8/23/10 to take the install to V (?)The F1 wrapper/installer told me that I was installing version 1.0 and the size of the DL was 73. somethin' MB.Will my current install include all updates, or do I need to apply the 8/23/10 patch?Thanks.

Morning guys- I have been flying the Bonanza quite a bit and having a lot of fun. Nice plane guys. I have a couple of questions / requests and observations:- The GN# 430 is not re sizable. I fly with a Matrox in 3840x1024 and when I pop-up the 430, it's a much thinner rectangle. There are no resize arrows to get the proportions correct. Is there any way to change this gauge pop-up so I can resize it? - The flap lever when activated from the Saitek multi-control panel deploys the flaps to full 30 degrees and doesn't stop at the 15 mark.- The NAV1 radios only sets to even frequencies from the Saitek radio panel. The freq. will dial in just fine from the 430 knobs -…

When tuning the VHF radios for a VATSIM flight I found you need to select the COM 2 button to activate the VHF 1 radio. When COM 1 is selected it should active the VHF 1 radio. The COM 2 button should be inactive or INOP. Anyway to fix this?

Does anybody know a new interior for the F33A. I love Carenado planes but they always seem to pick the ugliest interiors to reporduce. The Cessna 206 was the same way. Anyway if anybody is doing one or knows of a new interior I would love to know about it. Thanks

1. About the fuel switch: it has no ON function, only left, off and right. When I want to switch tanks I have to pass off: I can't go from left to right or back again at once: is that right...? The red line indicates different (off > left > right, but I got left > off > right).2. When I press the HDG knob on the AP the hdg bug always centers to the current heading. I can't preset a desired heading and then enable HDG-mode: is that right?3. What's this for? The FREE/SLAVE switch works, but does it do anything?4. Shouldn't this read 'MUST BE' instead of 'MUSTBE'?

F33 Bonanza single yoke, Grey/Green N790DL gear lights are not working. I was under the impression that SP3 would take care of this problem. Gear lights seem to work OK in all the other liveries... go figure. Anyone else noticed this problem?Jerry
