	Can anyone provide me Bernt Stolle's FDE update for the F33A?

<p>
	It used to be available as a patch on the Carenado site, but it seems to be no longer there.

<p>
	I am having a problem with the stock GNS 430 in my Bonanza F33A. I can't create a flight plan with it. In the following video, I start up the Bonanza and then access the GNS 430 FLT page. The first odd thing I noticed is that the local airport (KOGD in this case) is not listed. The second thing is that I can't get a cursor to appear so I can enter waypoints.

	Is this not modelled in the Carenado Bonanza? Or am I doing something wrong?

<p>Hi, I just started flying the 33 Bonanza again and I've got a question.  Does the fuel selector in the real plane really behave like it does in the sim, where when switching tanks you have to go through the off position?  I noticed that the graphics on the selector show that it can be selected otherwise.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>So if the real thing isn't like what is modeled I was thinking I might try to look at the xml and see if something could be done about it, if it is a xml gauge, does anyone know where this xml might be located?</p>
<p> </p>

	1) Has anyone created anything that makes it easier to see the G/S indicator at night without turning on the flood lights and only using the panel lights its virtually black when only on panel lights for me (actually gets darker when you flip the switch).
</p>

<p>
	2) I installed the optional Bernt Stolle Air file and I noticed that the Fuel Flow now doesn't really match up to where it should be for T/O at the different Field Elev. Its always low now, is that expected with the patch?
</p>

<p>
	3) Does the decision height light work on Art. Horizon?

	One of my favorite aircraft.
</p>

<p>
	Apparently only released for FSX, but I have it running very nicely in P3D v3.4. Everything works.
</p>

<p>
	I did a straight "copy &amp; paste" into P3D v4.
</p>

<p>
	 Most everything works except power to the gauges.
</p>

<p>
	It flies, all controls work, light switches that are meant to work, move.
</p>

<p>
	The "on/off" buttons for AP etc don't move, but i think they will if I can get power to them.
</p>

<p>
	Avionics Master switch clicks On &amp; Off , just no juice.
</p>

<p>
	Gauges are not black holes, dials etc are populated.
</p>

<p>
	Would love to get this aircraft going.
</p>

<p>
	Any thoughts?
</p>

<p>
	Anything I can tweak?

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>I am looking for a GA single piston FSX aircraft to practice my IFR and medium / long cross country flights.</p>
<p>So far I used Carenado Bonanza F33A with Reality XP gauges FLT, FLN and GNS 430. Very nice, indeed.</p>
<p>Now I see that A2A came out with a beautiful simulation of Cessna 182. I know it is a bit slower than the Bonanza and does not have retractable gears (the two things are correlated, I believe...), but both are "complex" aircraft in the sense that have constant prop speed control.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>What is better, especially for IFR?</p>
<p>I see that I could use my XP GNS 430 and an HSI on Cessna 182 as well, but I don't know how good is the autopilot Bendix King KAP 140 that A2A is simulating on the Cessna. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Any comments on this, please? Should I switch to high-wings for IFR?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Thanks!</p>

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>I recently moved to a Windows8.1 machine. All works fine (FSX Accelleration, ORBX Global Base &amp; Vector, Global mesh, REX4). </p>
<p> </p>
<p>I tried to install the RealityXP FLT and FLN gauges on my Carenado F33A Bonanza but with no luck. The aircraft just never loads up. I read many threads in various forums, and there seems to be no solution, at the moment (please tell me if you know one). My final understanding is that during installation RealityXP forces you to put a Reality folder in C:/Programs (x86) without giving the options to change that. And this might be a problem in Windows8.1. If anybody know how to hack this and change the default directory, please let us know (so my people would thank you for that!!!).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I have installed RealityXP WAAS 430 (the GPS), and I have read that this should not give any trouble even in Windows8.1. In my hands, the aircraft loads up if I disable my antivirus (and run everything as administrator), but I am now experiencing some FSX crashes, which I wasn't before. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Anybody could suggest some step to optimise my installation of WAAS 430 on my F33A, in Windos8.1 environment?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Many thanks!</p>

<p>Greetings,</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I am reading the review for the F1 GTN products and considering the 650 for the F33A as a RXP 430 replacement. Considering the F33A sample pictures in the review, the GTN 650 seems to be a natural. By the way, I assume the restriction to not cross-utilize Flight 1 GTN  along with RXP products applies only to avionics (e.g. RXP 430-530) and not to RXP FLN options.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Can someone provide pro's &amp; con's?</p>

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I have very little idea of how to do it. I know I should add something in the Virtual Cockpit paragraphs in panel.cfg and maybe something in gauge.cfg, but really not sure of the details...</p>
