Weekend update for May 8th! This one will be short and sweet... FS2Crew for the FBW A32NX Project: I'm still not comfortable pressing the 'release' button just yet. One of the beta testers said, "Bryan, the FSLabs Airbus of FS2Crew version does more stuff than this! I want more user options!" So naturally I had to add as many FSLabs options into the FBW version as I possibly could, with the exception of the "Flying as the Pilot Monitoring" stuff. (I'm waiting for Asobo to improve the AI copilot logic before I go down that road.) Now we just need to test the new options. Release Candidate 5 will go out to the testing team shortly. Once they gi…

Captains, This will be a short one because we're so mind bogglingly busy over here: FS2Crew for the FBW A32NX Project: We had hoped to release this weekend, but I decided to "pull up and go around". There were a couple outstanding bugs that I didn't feel comfortable with, so I'm delaying the release until they can be fixed. I'll also add a few extra user options based on beta tester requests in the meantime. Apologies for the go around, but this is really, really complex software internally. We had to re-design and reimagine everything for MSFS since everything is different now. We've made some real improvements to the speech recognition logic …

FS2Crew Weekend update for April 11th, 2021! This week we released two new updates: 1. Pushback Express for MSFS has been updated to Version 2.0. Please see the Change Log thread in the Pushback Express forum. The big thing is that V2.0 adds a config option to solve an issue that affected the Parking Brake in the MSFS Aerosoft CRJ. So if you're using the new Aerosoft CRJ with PBE and you had problems setting your parking brake at the end of the pushback, Version 2.0 is what you've been waiting for. We also made the hotkeys assignable via the Settings Panel. 2. Flight Crew A320 for MSFS has been updated to Version 1.5. We made transparency …

FS2Crew Weekend update for April 25th, 2021! Cometh the hour.... cometh the FBW A32NX Version... *FS2Crew: FLY BY WIRE A32NX PROJECT (Voice and Button Control)* We'll be releasing a Release Candidate to beta testers in the next 24 hours. If all goes well, the hope is to release next weekend. Again, that's a hope not a promise! The FBW A32NX is our first fully voice (and button) controlled flight crew simulation for MSFS. The concept is the same as what you know from all previous FS2Crew releases (it's an airline crew sim where you take the role of the Capt and Pilot Flying), but this t…

FS2Crew Weekend update for April 17th, 2021! About this week... This week was a bit of a slow week, which wasn't a bad thing because we've been releasing a ton of updates recently and we could use the breather. As you may have heard, the last MSFS update broke the WASM module system used by numerous 3rd party developers including us. This affected the upcoming FS2Crew FBW A32NX Project, MSFS CRJ and MSFS RAAS. This really slowed down development for us for these new products. Fortunately, however, Asobo released a hotfix a short while ago so we should be back in business now for our upcoming product line. So a big merci beaucoup for our friends in Fran…

FS2Crew Weekend update for April 3rd, 2021! This week was a busy week for the FS2Crew dev team, with 3 new updates coming out in 1 week alone! Our hugely popular pushback program for MSFS, Pushback Express, has been updated to Version 1.9, adding some new features based on customer input. The FSLabs Airbus version (a ‘must-have’ for all serious Airbus aficionados) was updated to Version 2.0 to account for some recently made panel.cfg structural changes incorporated in the last FS Labs aircraft update. And the Aerosoft Airbus Professional version was updated to Version 4.3, to fix an issue linked to the FO pressing the TO CONF button. The full ch…

G'day Bryan Apologies if this has been discussed previously but unable to source. Something that seems to be SOP with ATC these days is to Squawk Mode C prior to pushback, There is nothing in CFG that allows this as far as I can see. Is it possible in future updates to have a 'Mode C active' option as part of the 'Before Start Checklist'? Happy Easter Cheers Steve

It's weekend update time at FS2Crew 😉 FBW A32NX Project (Voice and Button Control): We spent all day make making little changes to it and writing the manual. One beta has already been sent out and more will follow shortly. We also spent most of the day today working on the trailer. If you do not have the FBW A320 yet for MSFS, it is highly recommended, and it is free so you can’t go wrong. The latest development version is quite good. The autopilot was working much better with the latest build and it is really shaping up to be a competent Airbus simulation. RAAS for MSFS: Working on it! FS2Crew for the MSFS CRJ: …

Hi Bryan, I'm writing to see whether you might have an idea what could be causing my FS2Crew installers to hang. Right now, I'm trying to install the latest FSLabs Crew and it's hung at the 28% mark installing the FS2CrewData.ini file. I've seen the same behavior with the PMDG 737 and 747 installations. Strangely, the last few versions of the 777 Crew have installed very quickly and without issues. In the past, sometimes waiting for a while has been enough to complete the installation (like this very instant!). Other times, waiting even 10 minutes or more has not worked, so I've gotten it installed by going into Windows safe mode. I imagine this is somethin…

Captains, It's weekend update time 😉 A lot of working is going on behind the scenes with various projects, but the big news items are: 1. FS2Crew for the FSLabs Airbus has been updated to Version 1.9. The change log is in the forum. 2. We're working hard to get the FBW A32NX version delivered to you. Tonight I write the manual! It features voice and button control 🙂 Have a nice weekend!

Just an idea that came to my mind... I use links in the task bar for the FS2CREW products, Pushback Express and A320 Crew (MSFS). There is no doubt there will be more products in use and therefore more icons in the future like CRJ crew etc. 😉 But if I hit the windows key for my task bar when in the main menu of the sim - every icon looks the same: I know that a mouseover text appears when hovering above and waiting a short moment, but it would be easier to identify the products directly from their icon. "A320" or "PBXP" or later "CRJ" would be enough info and I think it should fit in the icons. So, do you think it would be possible to add theese letters i…

Afternoon All I’ve looked and can’t find anything on it already posted. I know you get a lot of questions Brian, and I have no idea on how long, costly, difficult your job is with these cracking enhancements, but I just wondered if the FeelThere Embraer 179/190/175/195 V3 aircraft had ever been considered. Many Thanks in advance Pete

It's time for the weekend update from your friends at FS2Crew! 1. FS2Crew for PMDG 777 (P3D V4/V5) version was updated again. Current version is now V3.4. Please see the change log in the 777 sub-forum. V3.4 makes a few important changes to bring the software inline with the latest PMDG update. 2. Flight Crew A320 for MSFS: Version 1.4 is finished and will be released once we complete an additional round of testing. 3. Pushback Express for MSFS: Version 1.8 is also finished and will be released once we complete an additional round of testing. Hi Bryan, Until recently I have not read this General forum. The reason is that I check only, now and then, the 777, NGXu and UCGX forums corresponding to the products I own. Moreover I am a happy user on all those products 🙂 so I don't check the forums often. I want to say: kudos for your very regular product updates on the General forum! Additionally, you have my respect for the so many products not only developed, but also maintained and supported across so many platforms.

777 Captains, Version 3.3 of FS2Crew for the 777 is now on the FS2Crew server. It will shortly be sent to our 3rd party resellers like Simmarket if you purchased through them. It's a free update. Version 3.3 includes a P3D v5 install option and "official" support for the new PMDG 777 big update and expansion packs. That is the only change. Remember: Updates are built into the main installer only. You need to login to your account, re-download the main program and re-install.

FS2Crew Weekend Update! PMDG 777: PMDG has released their long-awaited update! FS2Crew 777 has been updated to Version 3.3, however, we have not released it to the public yet because we need to confirm there are no issues with the 200ER expansion pack. We'll release it as soon as we're sure there are no issues. FSLabs Airbus: I just finished coding the V1.9 update! Major changes: 1. Possible to change modes while "Climb Flow" flashing using arrow buttons on Main Panel should you ever get stuck. 2. Added a vertical speed condition to the "Cabin Crew Prepare for Landing" PA from the FO/PM to prevent it from accidently triggerin…

1) OPEN FS2CREW PANEL (function assigned to Toggle TAIL WHEEL LOCK) Made this function to be TOGGLE FS2CREW PANEL instead of just OPEN. It would be much more convenient to use the same button to close the panel, rather than to have to take the mouse and minimize the panel window. You often just want to quickly check the panel (for example to see the remaining time, or the actual position into the check list, etc...) and close it immediately after. 2) FS2CREW PANEL WINDOW POSITION Please, memorize the position of the window on the screen, so we do not need to place it where we want it, on each start of FS2CREW. For example me, I place it on the left, just un…

FS2Crew Weekend News for 20 February 2021! PMDG 777 Edition: PMDG will be releasing a major update for their 777 sometime soon it seems. We're confident FS2Crew 777 will work with it; however, it will require some minor changes. Our 777 update will be free 🙂 FLY BY WIRE A32NX Version: We're close to starting beta testing! We can control most of the aircraft's switches, and it's looking good 🙂 It features Voice and Button Control. MSFS CRJ, MSFS RAAS Pushback Express and other Projects! All are progressing! We have multiple people working on these projects at the same time!

I am a longterm used of FS2Crew under P3Dv5.1, using the aircraft PMDG 737 NGXu and the Majestic Q400. I have a consistent and irritating glitch which crops up regularly and does not improve with time. When my response to an item in a checklist is "ON" the program does not recognise me and I have to respond with "Set and Checked" in order to proceed - that is, 9 times out of ten. Every now and then I manage to get my intonation right and my response is accepted. Is there any way FS2Crew can lower the tolerance level for my pronunciation of "ON" (Scottish) or is this a problem for Microsoft? JSMcWilliam
