Hi, For some reason I have not understood all my FS2Crew products do not work anymore in P3Dv5. More specifically, when I open the FS2Crew window I can see the window with the buttons etc, but the FS2Crew window screen is completely black. Also my FSL Airbus Configuration Manager does not load correctly. When I click on it, a screen appears telling me that "The FSLabs Airbus was not found in the default Prepar3D Add-ons folder." I uninstalled and reinstalled FS2Crew but no luck. Any ideas what may be happening?

Hi, would that be possible in the near future? Systemwise it's same if not deeper than QW787, and came with full set of SDK which can be easily deal with These 2 birds are share very simular SOP, so maybe in same package?

Dear FS2Crew users, If you find that the Green (Adventure) Bar flickers in P3D V5, disable "Dynamic Texture Streaming" under "Image and Texture Quality" in the P3D V5 Display Options menu. It seems be a bug in P3D V5. Cheers,

I received an e-mail regarding an update on the Ultimate Ground Crew X. When I click on the links, it opens the MS Edge browser for Windows 7 and says it cannot reach the page, and I know the site is not down because I can get to it in internet explorer. I can click on any of the 4 links and they do not work. Hi ! I'm currently doing a full reinstall of P3D v4.5 HF3 (too many bugs and performance issues). For this fresh start, I'm trying to keep P3D Core directory as clean as possible and try not to install any 3rd party add-ons inside it and to use the add-on.xml way. I wanted to know if it is possible to manually install FS2Crew products via add-on.xml ? (I currently own Airbus Pro, QW 787 and PMDG versions). Thanks in advance !

P3D v5, Hot Fix 2 Aerosoft CRJ Professional 2.2.0.1 RAAS Professional (64 Bit) by FS2Crew (LOCKED) P3D crashes to desktop whenever I change the graphics settings, and it happens with every aircraft (not just the CRJ). The issue is with clr.dll - see below. However, if I remove the RAASPRO section from dll.xml, I no longer have these crashes when changing graphics settings in P3D. I'm thinking of purchasing FS2Crew for the Dash 8 while the sale is going on. Will this be automatically updated when Majestic updates the Dash 8 (whenever that is)? Also, the P3Dv4 version of the Majestic Dash 8 works surprisingly well already in P3D5. Would installing FS2Crew for this aircraft work in P3D5? Thanks and happy 4th!

Hi All, I'm having significant issues with my Windows 10 (v1909) voice recognition across all FS2Crew products (NGXu, A3XX, Q400, 747QOTSII, 777). I have my system set up for normal audio to broadcast through an optical output speaker and voice through a headset. It has previously worked but after establishing I likely had a corrupted Windows User profile (significant lag issues with P3D), I moved/re-installed to a new user profile. Hi. I am using FS2crew in the PMDG B737 & 747 and FSlabs a320. For all of them I can not press buttons on the 2d panel. If I move them to the far left or right of the screen they become clickable bit it's not reliable. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

I've bought three FS2Crew products, and every time, 1-5 days later, I've gotten an email with the subject line 'Your Crew is Missing You!" asking me to go finish purchasing the product that I already purchased. This kind of email comes off as very spammy in the best of times, but when I've already purchased the item, they're downright inexcusable.

Good morning, I've got an issue with all my fs2crew. When I start a flight with fs2crew voice everything is good but after the take off and a part of the cruise when I want to do the arrival brief, he doesn't recognize my voice when i call for the brief and yesterday it's was with the 777 for the landing checklist it's was the same. Hi, i asked a question recently about how do i stop both FS2 Crew and UGCX ramp agents replying at the same time. The answer i was given was to hard mute FS2 crew when speaking to UGCX. This works fine. But how do i do it the other way around as now the UGCX ramp guy replies when im talking to my FS2 crew co pilot! Thanks

Hello, I have 6 monitors, when I undock a panels in P3D V5, pmdg b747 v5 from top 3 main screens and drag down to bottom 3 screens and speak in Voice FScrew Latest Version, my bottom screens flicker every time I speak, displays in top screen are ok. P3D V4 is ok, doesnt flicker. My bottom screens use a second video card that doesnt support DX12, Video card for top monitors supports DX12. I am thinking this could be the problem because P3D V5 is DX12. Have you got any ideas about this problem. Regards, Ludwig Eiternick

Hello everybody, I bought Ultimate Ground Crew X, but I have a big problem that makes it almost impossible to use. I use the Prepar 3D v 4.5. At all airports where I wanted to use UGCX so far (I tried at least 15 addon airports), I get the following error message when I request the pushback: "User aircraft is NOT located in a parking spot". A look at the map also shows that the aircraft stands far between the existing parking positions, even though it is exactly right in the scenery.
