Greetings, I am sure this topic has been covered, however I am hoping someone could chime in to assist me. I just purchased the FS2Crew and have a serial number and a code, both which do not work when attempting to activate. Is there another number somewhere and if there is, where do I access it? Thank you for your help.

FS2Crew Friends, It's that time of the week again! 1. FS2Crew for the Maddog (MSFS): We were hoping to to release it this weekend, but I still need need to proof read the manual. I work full time (real world) in addition to doing FS2Crew, and time last week was tight! We're also looking for a couple more Maddog testers to give it a final spin, so if you are a hard core MSFS Dog and FS2Crew user, let me send me a ticket. 2. RAAS for MSFS: Here's a great new video: 3. Fenix and PMDG 737 for MSFS: Coming after the "The Dog" is released!

FS2Crew weekend update for June 11th, 2022: 1. Reminding users know "Distance Mode" is the preferred mode when using Pushback Express with the Fenix A320. "Rudder Control" is not currently functional in the Fenix because the Fenix is doing something funky with their rudder. But "Distance Mode" is the best mode anyway since it allows you to pre-plan and automate the pushback. It's important to note that that, unlike some other pushback utilities, Pushback Express does not adversely affect the Fenix A320 with regards to performance. Here's a video showing Pushback Express in action with the Fenix A320 using Button Control mode and Distance mode: …

Hello, Can you shed some light on what triggers the software to be deactivated? To explain, I am a casual flyer, sometimes it happens that I find a time to fly an airliner once in a month, sometimes not even that... So between that, sometimes I do fly just quick short flights with a GA aircraft and I just let Pushback Express and FS2Crew for A32NX update... I quess you can understand that when I find a time to fly something bigger, create a flight plan, do some basic airplane setup and what happens: I open FS2Crew for A32NX and pushback express - both asks to enter activation details again.... It happened to me not once! Usually, other surprises like issues…

FS2Crew Friends, it's Weekend Update time! Ultimate Ground Crew X: We released a small update for it this week. A bug crept in that prevented the marshallers legs and arms from animating in the FSX version of UGCX. The P3D version was unaffected. UGCX is now at V2.6 and it's on the FS2Crew server. The updated UGCX was sent to 3rd party last week and they should have it on their server by now. To obtain 2.6, simply redownload and re-install UGCX. FS2Crew over to 3rd party resellers: We've started releasing FS2Crew MSFS products to 3rd party like Simmarket, such as RAAS and the CRJ. The FBW version will be released shortly to 3rd party. …

FS2Crew Weekend Update! 1. All MSFS FS2Crew products have been updated this weekend to address a potential communication error with MSFS. 2. Pushback Express has also been updated with a flashing text reminder if the chocks are still in place when using 3rd party aircraft. Many of you are forgetting to remove the chocks 🙂. Also note that the flashing chocks reminder will only extinguish after you've instructed the ramp crew to start the push. Pushback Express Reminders: 1. After the the tug has connected to the aircraft and you're ready to pushback, ensure the parking brake is on, the chocks are out and the engines are off. 2. If using the Fenix A320 …

Having worked through the troubleshooting guide, I cannot launch any FS2CREW applications (I have the A320NX, Pushback Express and RAAS packs for MSFS) from the toolbar. I get a message informing me that the applications cannot be launched and that the EXE.xml file may be corrupt. So far I have deleted the EXE.xml file, uninstalled everything and tried reinstalling (obviously with MSFS closed). I have checked the Firewall settings for FS2CREW. I have made sure that HTML option is ticked I have made sure that I have run MSFS as administrator I can run the software from the shortcut icons on the desktop. These show a BLUE nose icon in the ta…

When it rains, it pours 😉 In the last few weeks, we've had a slew of major releases: Maddog PMDG 737 and now the Fenix Airbus. I'll keep this short: We'll be supporting them all. Road map is Maddog, then 737 then Fenix. However, Fenix may come before the 737 depending on what happens with the PMDG SDK. We'll have to wait and see. Enjoy your weekend!

Hey Bryan and team, I remember waaaay back when, FS2Crew sold a cool emergency & abnormal procedures expansion for the NGX. My memory gets fuzzy that many decades back, but I remember it being such a blast of added realism. Now that Fenix is coming out with every circuit breaker and failure imaginable, I wonder if the team would consider making their second abnormal procedures expansion, this time for the Fenix FS2Crew product? As I understand it, the NGX version was a "niche within a niche" and may not have been popular enough to be worth the dev hours, but I was hoping with the much larger MSFS market that may have changed. Any chance you could justify giving i…

I run my Dash 8 Q400 with P3D v5.3 under windows 10. I also have the FS2Crew and EZCA addons.I have a problem when I get to the TakeOff Procedure in FS2Crew - the copilot readouts do not occur and I cannot communicate with FS2Crew until I get to the Climb Procedure. My solution for this has been to turn EZCA off during the TakeOff Procedure and turn it on again during the climb. This is the case at all airports and does noy apply to my other aircraft (PMDG 737 NGXu). There would thus appear to be a conflict between FS2Crew and EZCA during the TakeOff Proc. Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a solution? John McWilliam

FS2Crew Weekend Update! My friends, we've just released an update for all current FS2Crew MSFS products. The big change is the Command Center and the way you can now have it auto-launch. As some of you know (because I've moaned about this multiple times), the EXE.xml can be a royal pain, since any corruption on it and our Command Center will not autostart. It's like the old DLL.xml in FSX/P3D: it's truly the weak link in the sim, and why the FSX/P3D/Asobo devs decided to use that system, I'll never know. So, because our motto at FS2Crew is "improvise and adapt"... We've added a new option to each MSFS FS2Crew on the Settings Panel that allo…

I have been using FS2Crew since Christmas. I have just started using it with additional programs.I started with PF3 last week. I have been unable to get things to work together. PF3 continually steps on communications between me and the FO and crew. I have looked but been unable to figure out a setting to help with this. I tried a soft mute and at first it seemed to work but in the long run didn't work. Anyone have a fix? Thanks Doug

Dear Bryan, ..how should i start. Ok, i try from the beginning. Starting from the last week i had troubles of the autostart with the Command Center and FSUIPC. After the last update FBW Project, i realised that, when i start FSMS2020, none of my Addons, seen above, won't start with the sim. I thought, that i made some kills in the community folder, so i delted all in there to see if it is still happening. No change. command center and fsuipc doesn't start. I checked my EXE.xml, no fault in there. I deleted the .xml file so that MSFS2020 is making a new one. No change.FSUIPC and command center, no autostart. Then i deinstalled all FS2Crew…

Hi Team, With FS2Crew for the CRJ, the FO responds to my voice commands for flaps and gear but does not actually set them. He also does not set them before taxi. However, he does retract them after landing. I believe this may be due to my hardware, I use an X-56. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Kind Regards.

FS2Crew Weekend Update! 1. FS2Crew for the MSFS Aerosoft CRJ and FBW A32NX have been updated. Change Logs: https://fs2crew.com/fs2crew-change_logs/ Update via the Product Manager: https://fs2crew.com/downloads/ 2. We've received feedback from our users that FS2Crew for the FBW A32NX works pretty well out of the box with the new freeware A330. It won't be a 100 percent perfect, but the users said things went pretty good. https://news.flightsim.to/freeware-native-airbus-a330-900neo/ 3. Ultimate Ground Crew X for FSX and P3D has been updated to Version 2.5. Change Log is in the UGCX forum. The updated file is currently on t…
